Just throwing this out there. In need of some accountability. January 2017 I started Keto at 199 lbs🤷🏼‍♀️i lost about 35 pounds in ten months. Got lazy over the holidays and managed to put on 20ish I’ve lost a bit since I’ve resigned myself back in. Did and egg fast and lost almost 7 pounds I’m two weeks. 🤭... right now I’m doing 8/16 intermittent fasting and it’s been great for my blood sugars. Hope to lose about 20 more before my 40th birthday in a few months.
