Name🪽: Rei Kouzuki (Born Reina Takami). Kouzuki has the kanji for “night” as well as “moon” in it- a reflection of her love for both the moon and the night time. Reina thinks of her occupation in Fenrir as “no place under the sun” or “a place in the shadows”. The world of heroes on the other hand is the opposite- and she´s not a part of it.

Personality 🪽: Headstrong, intelligent, incredibly sassy. Not to mention the fact that Rei can get incredibly arrogant and over her head some times. Rough around the edges with an incredibly small, soft core (does it even exist? only Reina knows). An unbothered and very unserious qween.

Hero or villain🪽? villain. Hired by the Paranormal Liberation Front as extra help; leads a double life- one as a popular journalist and one as a mercenary of Fenrir.

Hair🪽: originally light brown, fluffy like her mother's, however she uses keratin treatment to keep it straight and dyes it black. Occasionally curls it for special occasions. It reaches to her hip- Rei finds it easier to manage while long, easier to tie up and braid and just to “forget about”. Her hair can be complicated, therefore the keratin treatment. It´s simply easier than figuring out a whole haircare routine. 

Eyecolor🪽: Golden. - but Rei wears green contacts to avoid any comments or being traced back to her brother. The markings on her eyelids and tearducts are longer and a bit more pronounced but usually covered by foundation and the likes.

Lead weapons🪽: Rei is a weapon in experts and close-range as well as ranged combat. So anything you give her she can use. Out of sentimental reasons she uses a rifle with a bayonet stuck onto it, can be seen resorting to axes, spears and bigger swords. If left with no weapon, she'll just take anything lying around or even her teeth to rip out flesh (actually got famous for that move in her organization).

→ martial arts expert: Rei started early on to train in karate, later picked up krav maga and the likes as well as a special nerve-based martial arts developed by the organization called “Fenrir”. Once she hits certain points on the body, she can paralyze a bodypart or lessen the power of a quirk..or take it away. This is only temporarily. If she gets a clean hit, Rei can nullify a quirk for up to 30 minutes.

→  Stamina and determination: Due to lots of training she has a lot of stamina. Is ruthless. she'll do anything to fulfill her mission. No qualms or care about getting injured either. 

→ Bloodlust: Rei can omit an aura fulled with bloodlust to an extent similar to Stain. This either stuns enemies or at least weakens their morale. This doesn´t happen often, due to Rei keeping her composure in most battles. 

→ intelligence/knowledge: Reina has a lot of knowledge about biology, having focused a lot of energy into learning everything about the human body that she could. She also has the ability to pick up on things and skills. For example: Reina can speak about six languages (Fenrirs language, arabic, english, japanese, chinese, russian)

Quirk🪽: “Allseeing eye”- can control birds, however, does not understand them. Does so by screaming/singing/calling. Useless in combat. (She didn´t care about a name but one of her fellow mercenaries/soldiers named it so she´s using that. She thinks its lame.)

Quirk awakening🪽: Rei starts sharing senses with her birds- allowing for more precise commands and even better observation of her surroundings. Rei cannot share her senses with more than two birds at once. Her eyes turn fully golden whenever she does so- one for each bird.

Mutation🪽: has a pair of black wings- originally dark brown, the wings are dyed black (wings similarly built like a peregrine falcon). I HC that Hawks and Rei both have the genetic mutation of a peregrine falcon. Those birds have larger females so she´s way taller than her brother (stands around 6ft). Her wings are also made out of proper flesh and bone and not just feathers. Not to mention that she can´t control them like her brother does. Between the two of them..she definitively got more bird genes in her.weakness🪽: In combat, she's limited in the damage she can do without her equipment. Sure, she always takes a bunch of grenades with her but once she runs out of those, Rei has a problem. And guns and rifles need loading. Personalitywise..She's stuck in her ways of thinking, loves to complain but never does shit about the things she hates. Ready to sacrifice her life, body for whatever mission she's been put on. However..She does have a heart and is a bit more humane than the rest of her companions. 

Strengths🪽: a feral, scary soldier- In terms of strength and skills she's one of the top ten in her organization. her skills and development of martial arts are almost unparalelled. Very strong-willed and quick witted individual..Also a good liar and an incredible actress. The ideal soldier.
