I need music or radio to workout which means I need earphones. I have been through 6 pairs thus year including ones that come with cellphones. They either got lost,got caught in equipment, one ear died or sound is just really bad. I have resorted to using headphones Great but this means my whole ear gets covered in sweat which is like giving yourself a wet willy😢😢 I am yet to come across a good pair of earphones. I know, I stopped posting but I'm back FOR NOW. Birthday in precisely a month(22Oct), H2O on the 10 so need my abs sooner than anticipated😂😂😂So I started my own abs challenge this morning,that's all I'm doing here. Day 1: normal old school crunches. Dirty 30s. Do 30 then take a 30 second break, repeat 5 times then take a 1 minute(you'll appreciate this minute) break. Blame yesterday's hockey shenanigans for a delayed video!!! Fat arms,chubby cheeks, boobs😭,tummy and thighs are gone 70% of your fitness is in the kitchen & what you eat when you are alone. 1. Portion sizes do matter! 2. Cut out junk food from your diet for the first 21 days. No cakes,chips,sweets,biscuits & BREAD. I did it. 3. Replace your snack every now and then with Protein/boiled egg/nuts. Simple things like that help you. Your body slows down at night,so dinner no later than 7:30(yes you sleeping late,doesn't matter,drink tea). Don't add sugar to your tea/coffee. Use raisins for your cereal. I didn't think I was fat. I thought I was "OK". I weighed less in the 1st picture, I just didn't like the way I looked. I hate this,I really do,it never gets easier,its painful but has to be done. You won't have arms like Dj Fresh/Serena BUT you won't have the bottom of your arms still waving after you've stopped. Tricep dip: Exercise 1 Hands should be shoulder width apart fingers facing forward and elbows pointing backwards with a slight bend in the elbows.Legs extended out in front of you with a slight bend in the knee. Do 20 Exercise2: lift 1 leg& opposite arm then switch sides after 10.
