9/10, a swoonworthy romance fantasy!
Fangs by Sarah Anderson- Who hasn't wanted a romance between a vampire and a werewolf? Low stakes and adorable.

Trickster: Native American Tales, A Graphic Collection- A collection of short stories by various writers and artists about the many tricksters from the various cultures.
7.5/10 full of tricks and stories
The Old Guard by Greg Rucka- A little too gory for my taste, but as someone who loved the movie, I really enjoyed seeing the material it was adapted from!

🍵 The Tea Dragon Festival by Kay O’Neill
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Rinn has lived in her alpine village her whole life, taking tender care of the tea dragons the community is proud to host, every year having a tea festival. When a guardian dragon who’s been asleep for 80 years wakes up, Rinn decides to show the dragon what home feels like.
Out of the three Tea Dragon books (Society, Festival, and Tapestry) this one is my favorite! I love Kay O’Neill’s use of sign language in this story and the diversity of characters. Everyone helps in this community to keep it running, even Aedhan- the dragon who has awoken. Festival is wholesome and inspiring, bringing forth themes of home, belonging, purpose, and dealing with regret. Also, we get to meet a younger Erik and Hesekiel, which the two are charming as ever!
You don't have to read The Tea Dragon Society to understand this one, but it does give you a deeper appreciation for the characters and story.

Book summaries below:
A Dowry of Blood by S. T. Gibson
S.T. Gibson's sensational novel is the darkly seductive tale of Dracula's first bride, Constanta. This is my last love letter to you, though some would call it a confession. . . Saved from the brink of death by a mysterious stranger, Constanta is transformed from a medieval peasant into a bride fit for an undying king. But when Dracula draws a cunning aristocrat and a starving artist into his web of passion and deceit, Constanta realizes that her beloved is capable of terrible things. Finding comfort in the arms of her rival consorts, she begins to unravel their husband's dark secrets. With the lives of everyone she loves on the line, Constanta will have to choose between her own freedom and her love for her husband. But bonds forged by blood can only be broken by death. Fantasy, horror, gothic, historical fiction, adult

Quote
I needed help, but I didn't know how to ask. I didn't know how to explain I needed help with the small things. The things I never noticed before, until suddenly they took effort. Sometimes I feel like I just want to go to sleep for a while, and wake up when I'm stronger or things are different somehow

A few dragon book recs:
Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon (Her prequel, A Day of Fallen Night, comes out this year. I read the ARC and it's EVEN. BETTER. The dragons talk!)
Novice Dragoneer by E.E. Knight (Again the dragons TALK. There are big chapters on the care and keeping of the dragons in this duology. Slow burn that is 100% worth it. FMC who ascends through the ranks of a dragon-based academy.)
The Poppy War trilogy by R.F. Kuang is more dragon-adjacent, but is one of the best fantasy series ever. (It does not pull punches, so read the trigger warnings!)
The Tea Dragon Society by Kay O'Neill (A beautiful graphic novel series with the cutest artwork in the world. Sometimes I flip through and just look at all the pretty pictures. If you want something light, gorgeous, and cozy where a sense of well-being is at the core of the books, this is what you want. There is also a card game associated with the story that you can acquire here!)
Fireblood Dragon series by Ruby Dixon (A post-apocalyptic drakoni series based on planet earth that can be read independently of the Ice Planet Barbarians and Icehome books. Very smutty for those who like spicy romance!)
