Hello my name is Katty Sanchez I am 16 years old about 6 years ago On Saturday April 16, 2022 at 08:37 TL, a tectonic earthquake of magnitude 3.8 MLv was registered, whose epicenter is located 1.5 km west of Puembo, province of Pichincha-Ecuador. Almost 75 seconds: that was the time it took for Ecuador's worst earthquake in decades to shake the country and leave 671 people dead. With a magnitude of 7.8 on the Richter scale, the earthquake of April 16, 2016 marked the name of a tragedy that survivors were just beginning to memorize. I witnessed an earthquake that marked the lives of many people and in general throughout the country of Ecuador because there were many deaths, people were left without their homes and it was something very sad and bad because two years had passed and everything was just returning to normal That happened on April 16, 2016 and this is my little story.🙇🏻‍♀️

fire emblem, or, as i like to call it, the game where you can make no mistakes and still lose. yeah i'm fucking mad but whatever, i did it.

this chapter really isn't THAT bad, i feel like the strategies for dealing with everything are fairly apparent. i just got some really dogshit luck on multiple attempts (3 60% attacks in a row missed and then in a separate attempt 2 90% attacks missed 🤪) so it really soured the shit out of my mood. the basic strategy you want to use is send two cavs + hector + priscilla and one other unit (in my case, it was guy) to the north, send matthew to the west and give him a buddy unit to kill the shaman unless your matthew has gotten stupidly good (or you just want to roll dice loaded against you 3-4 turns in), leave two of your units (one of them should preferably be lyn) behind to deal with the cav + nomad reinforcements. lyn benefits greatly from mani katti here and will nail kills she otherwise has next to no business getting. in a bizarre twist of fate, my lyn has 14 strength and 13 speed. can't tell if i should be arguing that she's blessed in strength or getting burned in speed. probably both.

speaking of level ups, i feel like i got an okay assortment of them. feel like i'm getting mostly average level ups in that people are getting the stats they should be (i.e. florina's getting speed and resistance, hector's getting strength and defense, lowen's getting whatever + defense), and while i wish i was getting ever so slightly better level ups on people like guy (he's always juuuuuust shy of 1RKOing and can't double with the iron blade), i feel like i should largely have no complaints. kent's basically caught up as well, low on skill but skill is a meme stat.

the biggest annoyance of the map is the thieves that spawn in the north. one of them will just fuck off (i assume this is because it's there to go for the chests to the west that i always end up getting before he's even a presence), but the other one is a super asshole. on my previous attempts i was able to intercept him and kill him before he looted more than one chest (meaning you can still get all the treasure), but in the one that beat the chapter, the little cunt got to the silver sword then the knight crest, meaning i lost the silver sword. the only positive i can say is that he never does the reverse (which would be a colossal hit (that i would reset over)), and the silver sword is only 1500 gold. but it's really just the principle of the matter. way more annoyed about it than i really should be but i'll survive.

people shit on lucius but he does one solid thing, regardless of whether or not you used him in lyn mode: he's able to lure out one of the knights in bernard's room and kill it with a 3HKO. it's nothing impressive but it's something. meanwhile, his boyfriend raven unfortunately wasn't able to do much for me since i needed him to recruit lucius. he doesn't need experience that badly for now, but the sooner i can make him a frontliner, the better. he is one of the stars of HHM after all.

speaking of bernard's room! capital F FUCK that mage in that room. dude's a gigantic fuck and i wish the worst on him.

bernard himself was very "whatever" to kill. hector with wolf beil deleted him in 2 hits. i would've vastly preferred to get the kill with someone else, as hector's about to hit level 15 (which is fairly overleveled compared to the rest of my units and enemies in the current chapters + i don't need him hitting 20 early), but there were no really good options out of the people available (eliwood, kent, guy, lowen). eliwood could've maybe done some damage, but the rapier only has 4 uses and eliwood isn't as reliable as ol' hector.

i am grouchy and bitchy rn, but i'll probably wake up pretty happy with how things turned out. i was very worried about hitting both tactics and experience goals, so to clear both that well is very fortunate. i'm at the point where i need to start cycling some units out (i.e. lowen), and i'd like to make use of rebecca/bartre but it's hard to catch them up. maybe pirate ship will be kind to them. but you know what chapter isn't going to be kind to me? the next one! not looking forward to port of badon, but at least it's got double the turns for 5 star compared to HNM (seriously, fuck doing that chapter in 5 turns). also gonna have to decide how many units i want to bring just for the premise of using them in the arena. erk in the arena for experience buffering is extremely tempting. i'll meditate on it.

Chapter 8: Noble Lady of Caelin (Section 3)

Once they traveled down a small hill and made it north through the large forest that covered the south, they would arrive at Castle Caelin.

When they started to fight, Lyn and her allies would join them. Knowing that, Eliwood had Oswin, Marcus, and the other experienced fighters start their march as the vanguard.

Rather than prioritize meeting up with Lyn, he decided to prioritize putting their efforts into moving separately, as if they did so, they could throw the Laus soldiers into chaos. 

Meanwhile, General Bauker, while on the defensive, was desperately trying to figure out where the pegasus had fallen when she dropped out of the sky.

"Someone! Figure out if that pegasus knight is really dead! And if she is still breathing, then finish her off!"

If the pegasus knight was a messenger from the remainders of the Caelin Army being led by the escaped Lady Lyndis… she would not be just a nuisance to them. Laus had ambushed another territory within the Lycian League and captured their castle. If Ostia or one of the many other territories knew about any of this, then the entire Lycian League would likely become their enemy.

They now needed to bide their time and regroup their forces.

But then one of his soldiers approached him with a report which utterly crushed that thought. 

"Reporting, Sir! An enemy is attacking from the west! It is Eliwood, son of Marquess Pherae!"

"...So they're here."

It must be the army that had conquered Laus Castle. He couldn't imagine that any other army would be able to arrive so quickly once they had learned of the situation. Knowing full well that he was going to lead them down a path to their own destruction, Bauker made the decision to fight for his lord. 

"This is our opportunity to show our loyalty to Marquess Laus. Our foes are nothing more than a ragtag group of random soldiers! They are no match for us!!"

Within the thick undergrowth of the forest, Lyn unsheathed Mani Katti and started to move towards the castle.

As she ran, to protect her, Sain and Kent were on either side of her, and Wil was behind her. It might have been the right decision to wait for Florina’s return and Eliwood's arrival before doing anything, but Lyn couldn’t bear it to just wait around.

And so, in order to reduce the enemy's numbers as much as they possibly could, she decided that they would utilize guerilla warfare tactics. As there were so many places to hide within the thick forest, they could engage in an advantageous battle even in their small numbers.

Even Kent, who was against the idea at first, reluctantly agreed, so long as they kept this fight a feint operation, and they began to make their move.

"What is the current status of the enemy?" Lyn asked Wil upon his return from reconnaissance. 

"Their archer unit appeared to have deployed out on the front line, but are now receding. I wonder what could have happened to lead to that?"

"Archers…?! No! They couldn't have been targeting Florina…?!"

"It's alright, Lady Lyndis. We can't say that is necessarily the case."

"What do you mean?!" Lyn calmed her panicking heart, and looked at Kent.

"If their archers moved to the front and they are now retreating, then two options are conceivable. One reason could be that they fulfilled their goal… Or the other could be that they are now in a situation where their archers have no other option than to retreat."

"They had to retreat?"

"Because of a situation like an enemy attacking?"

At Sain's guess, Lyn realized what Kent was leading up to. "So that means Eliwood and his allies have arrived?!"

"Yes. That is one possibility."

What Kent was saying was nothing more than a guess. The latter possibility was mostly wishful thinking. But Lyn didn't want to think that Florina might have been shot out of the sky. 

Lyn announced her decision, made to obtain a grasp of this unclear situation. "I want to know what's going on. Let's get a little closer to the enemy!"

At Lyn’s words, all of her allies nodded in agreement, and they started to march once again.

They were careful as they progressed and pushed their way through the vegetation.

As they neared Castle Caelin, the sounds she heard became more and more distinctly those of battle.

'It really does seem like the battle has already started.' 

When they reached the edge of the forest and could see the field from where they stood, Lyn's thoughts were proven to be reality.

She saw the magnificent swordplay of the red haired lord she'd met one year ago, fighting against a Laus soldier.

"Eliwood!"

"Lyndis?! It’s so good to see you safe!" As he wiped the blood off his rapier, Eliwood turned towards Lyn, who was coming out of the forest. "Florina told us what's going on. Everything will be alright now. We're going to fight with you."

"Thank you!" Both the arrival of reinforcements and the confirmation of her friend's safety made a sense of relief wash over her from the very bottom of her heart. 

'Now we can go save Grandfather!' She looked at Castle Caelin in the distance, and renewed her resolve.

Once Lyn, leading the remainder of the Caelin army, successfully combined forces with Eliwood’s unit, the outcome of the battle was decided.

Though Eliwood and his allies were also disadvantaged in sheer numbers, morale was high towards their goal to take down the Laus soldiers, who had not predicted at all that they would be assaulted by another territory of the League. The Laus soldiers also seemed to sense that what they had done was underhanded, as their performance on the battlefield was half-hearted.

And as the tide of battle became less and less in their favor, more and more soldiers started to flee, until it led to the complete downfall of the defense unit that had been deployed to surround Castle Caelin. General Bauker continued to put up the best resistance he could in front of the castle gate, but once he was defeated by Hector, the initial battle for the recapture of Castle Caelin ended with Eliwood and allies claiming victory.

"Lyndis, once we defeat the remaining soldiers inside the castle, then we will be able to recapture it."

After gathering everyone back together at the front gate, Eliwood turned back to face Lyn standing behind him.

"Thank you, Eliwood. Without your help, we never could have made it this far."

"This all happened because we cornered Marquess Laus… of course we would help."

"The situation… it's as I heard before, right? About your father. I think I would have done the same if I was in your position. What happened in Caelin isn't your fault. Don't let it get to you."

Eliwood felt his guilt ease a bit at Lyn's words.

Though he would do whatever it took to find out where his father was, the consequences of the events he had caused were harming Lyn and the people living in Caelin. He felt that he was more responsible than anyone else, and couldn't help but blame himself over and over again.

And because of that, he vowed to return peace to Caelin by his own hand, no matter what. "Thank you. But allow me to take responsibility until we recapture the castle."

"I will. Please lend us your strength."

"Eliwood! We're going inside the castle already!" Hector came to tell them that their preparations to invade were complete. 

Eliwood nodded enthusiastically and answered, "Understood."

"...Who's that?" Lyn asked, this being the first time that she had ever seen Hector. 

At her question, Eliwood realized for the first time that he had not yet introduced her to his friend. "Ah, that's right. I'll introduce you. Hector!"

"Hm?"

"This is Lyndis. She's the granddaughter of Marquess Caelin. Lyndis, this is Hector. He's the younger brother of Marquess Ostia."

At Eliwood’s introductions, the two faced each other and exchanged a brief greeting.

"Now let's go inside the castle!" At Eliwood’s order, everyone rushed towards Castle Caelin at once.

Dica #TBR "&Juliet"

Já que o último post foi dedicado à repaginação do universo de Romeu e Julieta, temos uma dica teatral para você é que chique e consegue dar um pulo no exterior (não é o meu caso).

O musical jukebox "&Juliet", escrito pelo autor da série Schitt's Creek, David West Read, que conta a história de Romeu e Julieta a partir do seguinte cenário: "e se Julieta não tivesse morrido ao final da peça?".

Com músicas do compositor pop sueco de Max Martin, responsável por sucessos de Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, Katty Perry e outros artistas; a produção americana da peça foi indicada esse ano para 9 prêmios Tony (o maior prêmio teatral americano), incluindo o de melhor musical.

Além da versão da Broadway, uma produção também está sendo encenada em Melbourne, na Austrália, e há planos de uma turnê para 2024 no Reino Unido e em outras cidades da América do Norte. While reading more closely through Gloam’s journal, Avi got the feeling that there was something deeper going on than Gloam’s account of Harmonce weather and other mundane things. Valor cleverly discovered that taking the first letter of every sentence on the last entry in the journal formed a new sentence: “if the guard finds me, tell Gale in Currace.” So, the goal now was to go west to Currace and find someone named Gale and get them involved in this debacle.

Kattie helmed the process of purchasing some rations for the road. Calypso discovered that Foaz actually boasted a variety of cigarette options, as “everyone there hates their life.” She purchased some “fancy” clove cigarettes before the group set out for Currace.

The Water District apparently hasn’t put up any roads or boardwalks to easily traverse through its swamp, so the group made their way through the mud and water without any real path. Valor rode on Sven’s back to avoid trudging through the mud directly. Calypso had a lot of gremlin-type of fun by catching swamp critters like frogs and crabs, with Guidance from Avi, as he wanted to sketch the animals she caught. At one point Calypso got some mud in her mouth, though she denied it when Fea asked her about it. Valor was (correctly) disgusted. Jokes about eating nastier things were made.

In the evening the party found a nice weeping willow to camp out under/in, and Avi put up a Tiny Hut for those that didn’t want to climb into the branches to rest. God bless Tiny Hut.

Later on the group encountered a large patch of cat tails, which they curiously approached. Avi picked one of the cat tails and bonked Calypso with it playfully, and the plant exploded into a mess of plant material. The resulting poof caused everyone but Fea and Avi to become depressed and insistent on laying down in the mud, to return to it, as all things do. Valor’s strong will against Being Dirty actually kept her from flopping into the mud, but Calypso basically just faceplanted directly into it, and Kattie slowly slid down with a sigh. Even Jericho succumbed.

A rather concerned Fea tried multiple times to wrassle Calypso out of the mud, but Calypso of course didn’t make it easy to keep a hold on her. But eventually Fea did succeed, and kept a grip on Calypso’s tail to hinder any further struggle. Avi then busted out Lesser Restoration to cure the group’s mud depression and get the show back on the road. Calypso asked that Fea not hold onto her tail, as out of certain contexts, holding a tiefling’s tail is kinda weird. (I love making up lore.)

Eventually the party made it to the border of the Air District and approached one of the guards, fake IDs at the ready. The guard accepted the IDs, and Kattie spun an effective tale about the group being a traveling band. Avi (and Calypso, less deftly) vogued in the background to back this up. The guard bought this tale completely, and recognizing Kattie’s face from somewhere, insisted he see their show at some point. He even asked for her autograph! The guard was named Adrik, though probably it won’t matter to remember his name. Hell yeah Kattie :)

After successfully proceeding into the District, Calypso mentioned (finally) that she had a flute from the Vorkrieg Monastery, since she just sorta took it with her when she left. She attempted to play something simple on it (think Hot Cross Buns) but completely sucked at it. Kattie politely asked for the flute, mercifully removing it from Calypso’s possession.

The party noted the large presence clouds took up in this area. A fog of them drifted near the ground pretty much all the time, and every breath everyone exhaled seemed to drift up and join the cloud. Calypso started on a cigarette, finding that the air here seemed to whiten and purify the smoke before pulling it into itself. Fea brought out Augustus briefly, but summoned him back behind her mask once the air tried to take him as well.

Out of curiosity, Avi cast Water Walking on himself. Due to the water content of the clouds and the nature of the spell, this caused him to rocket into the air, lifting him higher and higher into the sky. The party either panicked or figured he was returning to the moon. Avi then ended the spell, which caused him to start plummeting back down to the ground. Luckily, Kattie cast Feather Fall on him so he would fall slower and Sven also helped him down. What followed then was banter about how Calypso doesn’t understand that clouds basically are water.

The group arrived in Currace! It’s a bit of a tiered city, with some structures on the ground but also higher up in the air supported by tall metal bars and accompanied by terraces. Many people could be seen traveling via strong air currents and gliders. Avi found a cloak to purchase for Kattie to thank her for earlier, and so that Kattie could obscure her face from the people of Currace in case they would recognize her.

Finding a tavern called the Grounded Sparrow, the group set about asking the bartender for information. He seemed hesitant to tell them much before they spent some money ordering food and drinks, as Currace is a very business-centric, make money, grindset kinda place.

According to the bartender, Gale was an air genasi with white braided hair and flowy clothes. She travels around the city a lot, but for a little extra money 🙄 he also offered up her address so the party could find her. Fea also carefully poked around in conversation and through the use of many water metaphors, found out this bartender was in support of the Rising Tide, and that his name was Hidras. He also explained that the ground level of Currace tends to be where products are crafted, and the upper tiers are where the corporate show-runners are located. He also tried explaining the self-purifying air thing to Calypso.

The party left the Grounded Sparrow and headed for Gale’s address. Along the way a lot of ridiculous discussion took place. This began with the party asked Avi about his boyfriend, who is apparently very large-- larger even than buildings(!).

Once at Gale’s small home, Calypso knocked on the door. After a long moment of waiting, the door flew open and Calypso was greeted with a long curved sword looped threateningly around her throat. Gale glared at her, demanding an explanation for her sudden uninvited guests, and Calypso (keeping it cool) said simply, “Gloam got popped.” At this, Gale relaxed slightly and with a bit more explanation she allowed the party to come into her home.

Gale kindly made some tea for everyone (that could drink it) and poured it into a random assortment of cups, lacking an actual tea set. Fea asked Gale what Gloam was doing in Harmonce, and Gale explained that he had become an informant and recruiter for the Rising Tide.

After reading some of Gloam’s journal, Gale told the party that she was skilled at getting in and out of prison, as she had done so more than once. She asked if the Breakfast Club would be interested in helping her free Gloam. Much of the party was hesitant to go inside the prison-- Avi had already been in prison and did not enjoy it, Valor doesn’t like grime, who knows what would happen if Fea were separate from her big sword--  but Calypso was all in, vibing with Gale’s rebellious spirit and the prospect of fucking with the cops (and made the suggestion that the group were knida being babies). Once Gale mentioned she has a network of inside and outside accomplices that would also be helping, the group agreed to join the cause.

Avi offered to Scry on Gloam to make sure he was still alive, though he lacked a focus to cast the spell with. Gale happily offered to go “acquire” one for him, and Valor happily offered to go with her to a magic shop.

Gale successfully “acquired” a Scrying focus, and Valor “acquired” an elemental gem. While they were gone Calypso snooped around a bit, finding some letters to Gale from Luna, concerning the Tide, though there wasn’t a whole lot of detail. Calypso made sure to leave the letters exactly as they were when she found them. Avi used Lesser Restoration to de-drunk himself.

Gale and Valor returned, the former now bearing a silver mirror for Avi. He cast the spell and did find Gloam within Prison City. He was in a cell (labeled with a number in the 200s) with two other people-- a dwarf and an elf. The elf was pacing and muttering to himself, and Avi was able to hear pieces of what he was saying: “ ...how is Gretta going to... if I'm not there... what'll they... she can't just...” 👀

With evening setting in, Gale offered her home to the group for the night. Valor agreed to stay with her because she’s gay, but Avi, Calypso, and Fea returned to the Grounded Sparrow for more drinking and (most likely) stupid conversations.

10 facts about Look What You Made Me Do video

Taylors new video is full of references. Like FULL. So lets look into it!

1) The dress she wears at the beginning of the video when she´s zombie is from very last music video of 1989 era Out Of The Woods. 

2) When she lies in the grave, she´s wearing her 2014 Met Gala dress from couple years ago.

3) In the bath full of jewels is a single dollar bill. Maybe reference to the David Mueller and the whole thing with court?

4) When Taylor is sitting at the throne there is hiddenly written in Latin the well known “Et tu, Brute?”, it means “Even you, Brutus?”. They are the last words of Julius Caesar before he was stabbed by his close friend Marcus Iunius Brutus. Does it show how Taylor was betrayed by close friend like Caesar?

And there is a lot of snakes… Haters gonna hate, hate, hate.

5) During the car crash is Taylor holding grammy with cat in the background. Do you know who doesn´t have grammy? Yes, the only and the one Katty Perry. Oh you silly Tay-Tay.

Also you can see a paparazzi photographing the car crash. Does this mean how every mistake she does is seen and she must be flawless?

6) The scene where is Taylor in cage can be also reference to the media.

7) At first look i didn´t know what Taylor with the cat mask and hoodie with the baseball bat meant but then i noticed that in the background you can see “Stream Co”. They are robbing the streaming company. Maybe it´s about how she has taken songs from Spotify and media and people were saying she´s hungry for money?

8) In the factory with all the “robot” women can be seen how media was saying that her squad is fake. It represents how she´s brainwashing them and controlling them to be in her squad. Then she´s laying with the “dead” squad members. Probably about how their friendship died?

9) When she walks into the room, all the guys rush and look flustered. I think its about how everyone is saying they wouldn´t date her because of her bossy nature. When she clicks her fingers the guys show the I <3 TS shirt. Supposed to be about media saying her controlling over Tom and forced him to wear the shirt. Also the 8 men represent her 8 exes.

10) Jet plane can be about the Ariana Manchester terror attack where the media says that Taylor was borrowing one of her private jets to get Ariana home but they have split the fare 50/50.

Chapter 2: The Small Band of Mercenaries (Section 1)

"What!? Madelyn's daughter is still alive!?" Lundgren was in his personal study at Caelin Castle when one of his subordinates gave him the report. He furrowed his brows and his face, already beginning to show signs of old age, creased with displeasure.

"Yes sir, Lord Lundgren! The girl is acting together with Kent and Sain. How shall we proceed? At this rate, she might…"

"Hmph. I’ve heard that the northern region of Bern is a land where bandits run rampant. She is just a girl, so there is no way she can make it this far.” Lundgren cackled, then broached what he was actually currently concerned about. “What’s more important is that my brother… must quickly draw his last breath. The poison we administer… we cannot make any mistakes with it.”

“Yes, m’lord! He is drinking it and does not suspect a thing. His death by illness is only a matter of time…”

“Muah ha ha! So it will be soon, then. Soon, Caelin will be mine!” His deeply wrinkled face twisted with a cruel grin.

Lyn and her companions would travel towards Caelin, where Lyn’s grandfather was.

After she had made her decision, she prayed for a safe journey at the altar located on the eastern outskirts of Bulgar. Then, she traveled the road heading west with Kent and Sain.

At the altar, they were pulled into a conflict unlike any they would have ever expected. 

A corrupt mercenary tried to steal the Mani Katti, argued to be the most or second-most sacred blade in all of Sacae. They made quick work of the mercenary and his men, but it was after that when the most unexpected event of all happened.

A spirit resided within the Mani Katti, so only its chosen one could wield the sword, and it chose Lyn.

'Why did the spirit choose me?' It made Lyn fear many things, and she hesitated at first.

"How about you think of it like this? Whether a weapon is easy or difficult to wield depends on one's compatibility with it, and Mani Katti fits you very well. That’s the best way to consider it, don’t you agree?” Sain said to her.

She agreed with his words, and graciously accepted the sword. “A sword that fits me, and only I can use. Yeah… if you put it that way, then I do understand it.”

After that, they left Sacae, and ten days passed.

The three were now traveling Taliver Mountain, located between Sacae and the Kingdom of Bern. There, they arrived at a village on the mountain.

“Bandits… they…” At the sight of the sad state of the village, Lyn could only utter those two words.

“They ravaged this place as they pleased. What is the marquess of this area doing?” As Sain’s words indicated, the village was entirely destroyed, as if a storm had just blown through.

The brick walls had crumbled, broken barrels rolled around, and they could see countless areas of damage on the roofs of the rows of houses. It was clear to anyone that nature had not caused this destruction. It was a man-made disaster for which bandits were responsible.

It was the marquess’ duty to protect the citizens of their territory.

Common knowledge dictated that the marquess would quickly dispatch an army meant to stop bandit attacks, and help restore the village, but it was hard to argue that this village was under its marquess’ protection. Though it was afternoon, not a single person doing any farm work could be seen. The people seemed to be hiding, holding their breath and holed up inside their homes. It was a very serious question to wonder what the marquess was doing.

Lyn answered him in a way that explained the suspicion Sain had. “...This mountain, Taliver Mountain, is home to an especially cruel group of bandits that even the marquesses can do nothing about.”

The settlement where Lyn lived had been on the opposite side of Taliver Mountain.

It was the land of her childhood, where she lived together with her family and those of her tribe. It was the place where the Lorca tribe had lived each day safe and happy, but was also the place where those peaceful days came to an end. 

“My tribe was also… attacked in the night by the Taliver Bandits, and they destroyed it in that one night… Including me, there was less than ten people lucky enough to survive… The bandits shed neither blood nor tears… I will never… forgive them…”

“...Lady Lyndis.”

“...”

Kent saw that her shoulders shook softly as she spoke, and he could not bring himself to say anything more than that.

Sain looked at her in silence.

“I am not running away from them… I… will come back one day. I’ll get stronger… so strong they won’t even know what hit them… and avenge everyone! I will do anything to accomplish that goal!" Lyn looked up and shouted to the now cleared sky.

And as she did so, there were two figures that walked up to her.

“When that time comes… please take me with you!”

“Sain!”

“And do not forget me, either.”

“Kent… Both of you, thank you…”

Was it because she was the granddaughter of the lord they served?

Or was it simply because they sympathized with her?

Lyn did not understand what they were thinking, and why they would help her as she risked her own life for revenge. But them saying without hesitation that they would help made her very happy. After losing her family, and then her entire tribe, and having to live and train to take revenge all on her own, their kindness moved her.

Kent, seeming to have noticed something, looked towards the inside of the village. "Lady Lyndis, please be careful. Something appears to be happening there."

Because Kent pointed it out, she looked in that direction, and saw a single white horse with large white wings.

“...That’s… a pegasus? Could it be…?!” 

For a moment, the memory of a girl flashed through the back of her mind.

There was no reason why she would be here.

But even knowing that, Lyn still found her legs rushing over to the pegasus.
