Why do I love this dynamic so much? It really came out of no where, I was a IzuOcha girly before, but now it won't leave my head.

So I’m rewatching MHA season 2 and like all things you tend to notice little things that make you kinda think. And I’m not sure if someone said this already but I’m going to still put my thoughts out there lol.

Let’s start by saying this. From what I’ve seen of the stadium there is only two main pathways to the battle part of the stadium and I’m going to call them point A and point B from now on. (Point C is where spectators are at)

After their fight uraraka is taken to get fixed by recovery girl afterwards she goes to the point A waiting room. Deku then heads to the point A waiting room because his fight is up next.

We then see bakugou on the point A side of the stadium.

but why?

The only reason I can come up with is that he was going to speak with Uraraka. My second idea is they just needed him to be there so that deku and bakugou could be there at the same time (My last idea will be at the end of the post)

But the only reason why I don’t think that’s the case on why he was over there is that they make a very deliberate choice to show his reaction to seeing deku. He has a more “surprised” reaction, Before getting upset. Like… He wasn’t expecting him to be there.

This next part I find interesting because it’s really telling about bakugo as a character in general lol

NOTE: I can’t translate Japanese so I’ll only be using the English version of this and maybe next time I’ll use official translations of the manga.

Bakugou then stops deku before he leaves to the waiting room. He then blames deku thinking that the meteor shower was deku’s idea. He then states…

“You would come up with something that annoying. “If we end up-”

And then he’s cut off by deku but the part that stood out to me is him saying “if we end up-“

I want to know exactly what “we” he is talking about “we” as in himself and deku? Or we as in himself and uraraka?

WHAT WAS HE GOING TO SAY????

my crack theory idea of what he was going to say could be:

A: bakugou saying that he (as in deku) could have really hurt her by having her do what she did

Or

B: bakugou saying that we could have fought longer if you didn’t give her the idea

Because he honestly did want to keep fighting. He did have a hard time blasting the meteor shower.

I don’t really think he’d actually be worried about hurting her though, but I can still see him getting upset at a deku plan that could potentially hurt others. That’s why he saw her plan as stupid it relied heavily on her getting blasted over and over again.

I honestly think I have an idea of what exactly he wanted to say to her or what he could have said:

It honestly wouldn’t be too far from what he said to deku. He’d still get upset with her asking her why exactly she did what she did. And she would have told him that it wasn’t a deku plan it was her plan.

There’s a reason why Horokoshi didn’t have bakugou and uraraka have this conversation.

Bakugou needed to hear it from deku. It doesn’t make since for him to be all that angry with uraraka. Annoyed yes but not angry.

The conversation between deku and bakugou ends there it’s focused on bakugous expression. He’s annoyed and slightly twitches not having anything else to say.

As I said before I have one last “idea” of why he was over there he could have been trying to go over to where 1A is sitting. I tried looking up a layout for the stadium but there isn’t really a map detailing the floor plans because honestly why would you need that?

Unless your a crazy person writing a in depth explanation of why I think a character was on his way to a classmates waiting room

Ok ok I swear one last thing! I think a few years back someone (not sure who this was a few years ago lol) had said he was trying to return her damaged jacket. Which I really don’t think that’s it. Because 1. Why would he care to do that? 2. Even while walking up the steps he wasn’t holding anything and 3. They probably gave the jacket back to her when giving her a new jacket. It’s a neat HC though!

ANYWAYS IN CONCLUSION TO ALL OF MY RAMBLINGS!

Horokoshi is really good at adding a layer of subtext over certain things. So much so that it makes people like me read into certain things. And ofc we will never know if that’s what he was doing but I honestly really think he really was on his way over there. There should have been either an exit to class 1A’s seats on his side of the stadium or I’m pretty sure that the waiting rooms are not actually connected to the hallways leading to the stadium seats.

If I missed something I’ll probably make an update post or something.

I’m not even sure if anyone will even see this

UPDATE: it’s only been like an hour but the ep bakugo vs todoroki at least confirms one thing it wasn’t an accident that he was headed over to where uraraka was as confirmed that he did in fact go into the wrong room later in this episode

So, uh. How we feeling about Katsuki x Ochako x Izuku?

I always love main trio ships. I like this one bc they can both handle Katsuki in their own ways.

I also enjoy all of their ships separately.

Though, i will say i do have preferences for how they’d get together.

Usually prefer established Izuocha with painfully pining Katsuki. I need him to be suffering. Guilt-ridden to the point of avoiding them both. He was also Izuku’s wingman😭 Basically bro is in the trenches.

On the other hand, within the first week of dating Ochako talked to Izuku like “Boy i know you’re in love with Katsuki.” They talk about it and find out it’s not exactly a deal breaker for Ochako.

Then they force Katsuki to hang with him a bunch. Ochako gets it after hanging with him. She laughs sinisterly one day to Izuku about how they’re going to seduce Katsuki into dating them.

They’re just like “We’re gonna rock his world tehe”. Meanwhile Katsuki is like literally living in constant fear of them finding out about his feelings😭

There are other ways i enjoy the dynamic but this is my fav rn.

BnHA: Team up Mission Volume Cover

Thoughts:

The Ochako Volume Cover we always wanted but never got...she looks sooo angelic!!! God!!!

I have so much to say about this: She looks so angelic here!! Like straight out of a volume cover! Too bad, only 2-3 volumes are remaining and the covers will most likely go to people like AFO, Deku or All Might, maybe even Bakugo if he wakes up.

I'm hoping for at least a TogaChako cover for Vol 39. An Ochako cover is way overdue, but at this point I'm just happy with what we got.

All the Kacchako, IzuOchas, and TogaChako shippers are gonna have a field day with this on Twitter! I'm really seeing a lot of Demon Bakugo X Angel Uraraka and Demon Spider Toga X Angel Ochako arts.

I wish Ochako got this hype earlier in the series, especially when so much of the main plot was hogged by the Todoroki family drama.

Anyways, I also love the fact that Ochako is depicted as an Angel here. Her quirk is literally float and she has big white wings along with that serene expression on her face...it's just so beautiful.

It really complements her soo much!! And contrasts to Toga who was seen as a devil / monster by everyone else.

Plus I really don't understand when people say, Ochako's not gonna be that popular as a pro, like are you kidding me?

Even if we just follow the cannon events, Ochako is popular among the common folks:

She was on TV during the sports fest and managed to impress a lot of pros, she was in Ryukyu's team in season 4 which also got some attention from the media.

She was helping the citizens in the aftermath. There is a chance that a lot of people, she directly saved might recognise her.

I mean, who wouldn't be thankful, if someone got you out of a falling house or someone that was trapped under a debri? Plus, rescue Heroes like Wash and 13 are pretty famous.

Plus, some might recognise her after her speech from the Dark Deku arc that was the first step to bridge the gap between heroes and villains.

And now in the final arc? SHE LITERALLY SAVED EVERYONE FROM TOGA'S SAD MAN'S PARADE!! AND THAT WAS ON LIVE TV!!!

The heroes trapped there, the people watching on live TV!! Who wouldn't recognise that?

Anyways, my point is Ochako's gonna be rich and popular and that's that.

Lol, I got way out of track here.

But Ochako's beautiful and everyone knows it!!

Baku Ship Headcanons

In honor of Bakugou's birthday, here are a few headcanons with various Bakugou ships!

KiriBaku: they love a date night in where they cook together. It's almost always beef ravioli with handmade noodles. Kiri always whips out the candles and nice plates because going all out is manly

BakuDeku: I haven't read much for this ship but I feel like they do puzzles together

ShinBaku: they LOVE people watching and making fun of questionable fashion choices. Bakugou will take Toshi out to a cafe. Buy him a giant ass coffee and they'll sit for ages while loosely holding hands and clowning on people

Kacchaco: I also don't know much about this ship but I feel like they go to musicals a lot. Like for an anniversary Bakugou shells out the money to go see Hamilton but they also go see off Broadway stuff all the time

BakuKami: Denki likes to give Bakugou shoulder and neck rubs/massages because Bakugou tenses up his neck and shoulders when he gets mad

TodoBaku: they like to listen to classical music while doing adult coloring books because it calms them both down and helps them work through their feelings. But once it's over Bakugou is blasting metal. Sometimes they go to those wine and paint places for dates and Bakugou tries to out do everyone so much.
