I just rewatched Crisis on Two Earths, and man it's just as fun as I remember it being in my childhood. It makes me wish that awful Suicide Squad game was about taking down the Crime Syndicate instead, I would've lost my mind! Suicide Squad: Forever Evil, you kidding me? Fans would've been foaming at the mouth with excitement... And you wouldn't have to kill the Justice League, so that would've been a plus. Lego DC Super-Villains did it better.

I watched Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths recently and I really liked it, so I go on social media and look up some content about it, as one does, and I see people shipping Batman and Superwoman???

For context, in this movie they work with the concept of a multiverse. The ‘normal’ universe gets a visit from a different universe which was dubbed Earth 3. On Earth three, variants of the Justice League formed the Crime Syndicate, while the normal universes villains are the Justice League. Superwoman is the evil counterpart of Wonder Woman, and Owlman, Batmans evil counterpart, is her boyfriend.

Let’s look at some the interactions between Batman and Superwoman.

During a fight between the two, she holds him down and kisses him without consent

He tries to hit her (which she Very easily deflects) and she breaks one of his ribs for it, while he is already trapped under a block of marble. Does it with two finger and practically zero effort, too

She gave him the options of either dying painfully at her hand, or becoming her personal pet to do with as she pleases

He is very clearly in pain, due to either her or one of her soldiers, I can’t quite remember which, and she says ‘I like my lovers to make some noise

All that in mind, even disregarding the rather obvious bit of Batman being a genuinely good person and Superwoman being sadist and “psychopathic murderer”, you really wanna ship that?
