Asher: Well, we’re running out of options, and you know they’d be happy to help. Atlas: That’s not the point.

Asher: [breathless] If this is about your pride or some shit… Atlas: It’s not. I’ve already agreed to move in with them to save money. I’m not asking them for a loan on top of it.

Asher: It’s an interest free loan. Vendor: Can I help you? Asher: Yes, can I get six of these frozen peaches, please?

Atlas: Interest free or not, it’s a loan that we don’t know how, or when, or even IF, we’d be able to repay. Asher: [sighs, defeated] Fuck. No, you’re right, we can’t do that.

Atlas: There’s no way our storage unit is going to hold all this furniture. I can probably sell the couch. And maybe the bed too since you already have one there. Asher: You don’t have to. My parents are clearing out a room upstairs for you.

Atlas: Why? Asher: Because I know it’s not going to be easy for you living with so many people. The house will never be empty, so I wanted to make sure you have your own space in case you need time alone.

Atlas: … Asher: What? Is that okay?

Atlas: I love you.

Asher: [laughs] We’re never gonna finish packing if we keep taking breaks. Atlas: You’re the one always telling me it’s important to take breaks. Asher: Hmm. Good point.

yay yay yay yay yay I got my skates back 🙌

#by bug #I’ve felt so restless lately and want to do an Activity again and like #not just weightlifting bc while I like it I feel like actually moving around #I still have to get my bike at some point and I talked to the rowing people #but I’ll have to wait until later this year for rowing bc the practice schedule just wasn’t going to work out rn with work project #but watching roller derby made me miss going skating #albeit I only have inline skates but those are fun to take to the greenways #I used to always skate by the river when I was living in the Twin Cities and I miss that #so maybe this will help with the springtime constant desire to move

i have become a convenient scapegoat for multiple issues at work and no matter how many time i explain the issues to involved parties they still double down that its all my fault SO

im gonna fix the problems. Are we gonna go over budget? Yup! Are we gonna hurt people's feelings? Oh you betcha. But whatever the fuck you thought the problem was, you will most definitely start 2025 with a different fucking problem.

wait omg daylight savings tonight.. we lose an hour of sleep... guys it's the one day a year where i can maybe pretend that i managed to sleep in

#sorry but i do like the spring time change better than the fall one. the fall one always messes me up SO BAD #but in the springtime. sometimes i can wake up at 7 instead of 6 for one singular day and it's a beautiful feeling #literally tho the spring time change takes me like one day to adjust to and the fall one takes WEEKS #everyone is like 'but in the fall you get an extra hour of sleep!!' no. you don't understand.#i just have to be awake for an extra hour. i can't get 'extra sleep'. i can't even get ENOUGH sleep.#meanwhile in spring. since i already don't get enough sleep. i don't really lose an hour of sleep; i just lose an hour of being awake #anyway sorry to all of you who will be suffering. but i'm going to be busy pretending my sleep schedule could be fixed <333 yayayay yippeee #hello grace here

Those who are newer to the Zelda fandom, don't sleep on the older games. They are charming as hell. Me and my partner started playing Oracle of Seasons (he's playing, I'm watching). You can play on a flower trampoline with one of the village kids. 😊

the way the regular non-extended LOTR essentially cuts out all the Eowyn/Faramir romance scenes is a crime really

#like i totally get why it was done i dont think its a bad shout overall #but to me its such a core part of this energy of hope coming out of the darkness...#for all they've both suffered! to find each other and to find healing and a home #for eowyn to hang up her sword.... augh. AUGHHUGUGH.#the idea of fighting like that and being so damaged by it and still having enough green new springtime things in you to step away #to go home and live another life #man i dunno i just love them i really do

It was nice outside so I went to the park. There were no children in the play area. So I went on the swings. It was the highlight of my week. I am 33.

Your character is built more stocky so I'm sending Beef cattle pics. Photos from my grandparent's farm during the summer when calves are the cutest. Mostly Black Angus for the types they have BUT there are some neat colorful ones! (I just visit and help out often and even went to the fair often and showed. "Part-time farm kid" I guess :D I actually live in the woods with no large farm animals.)

American White Park is really pretty! (really sassy too but you know)
