❧ he was throwing this annual gala at his castle which was a pretty big deal in his side of the kingdom as no one is usually allowed in his castle

❧ and since this party is so fancy and exclusive, there's some pretty high end alcohol being served

❧ and since this alcohol is made for not humans, you can imagine how much it would affect a human like yourself, needless to say after one glass you were starting to get pretty hammered

❧ mikael spent most of his night doing host stuff and talking to his guests, so he doesn't find out about your condition until noel comes up to him hours into the party with a simple "y/n is very intoxicated"

❧ so he's like "oh shit" and excuses himself immediately to find you

❧ and when he does find you, he sees you talking to like seven people at once, spouting absolute nonsense stories and comments about your audience like "wow you're so tall!! you should play basketball, i better see you at the next game; oh yeah that reminds me of this one time..."

❧ you're talking a mile a minute and in any other situation this would be not a good thing as it's a terrible first impression, but the guests all think it's hilarious and adore you

❧ you eventually see mikael making his way towards you and you exclaim, "it's him!! my lovely lover!!" and you run at him, tackling him into a hug

❧ at first he's like "this is hardly appropriate, please let go" but you continue squeezing him tight and rubbing your cheek against his arm and talking about how much you missed him and scolding him for leaving you alone with all these people

❧ mikael was like "don't say that in front of them!!" but the guests couldn't care less, they were enjoying the hilarious scene playing out in front of them

❧ at this point, mikael has mellowed out a lot more and everyone in his side of the kingdom has become more chill overall so this situation is really just a funny no big deal type thing; in fact, everyone at the party is happy to see their leader with someone who loves him so dearly

❧ he asks one of the bystanders how much you've had to drink and points at the several empty glasses on a nearby table and he's like "ok yeah we need to get you some water like rn"

❧ he calls noel over and tries to get you to go with him to the kitchen to get you some water since he has to stay and continue hosting the party, but you refuse to leave without him

❧ since he still can't leave he sends noel off on his own to bring some water back and sits you down off to the side of the ballroom

❧ the whole time you're waiting you're still hugging onto his arm and you have you're ankle wrapped around his, and the poor man is trying to continue entertaining his guests but let's be real, they find this situation more entertaining than any small talk

❧ so noel finally comes back with your water and hands it to you before walking off, but your hands are too wobbly to bring the cup up to your mouth, so you turn to look at mikael with pleading eyes until he gives in and helps you take sips

❧ since the party was almost over he decides to continue to sit with you until it was time to see the guests out; so he's formally thanking them for coming while you're next to him swaying a bit while clinging onto him and exclaiming "byeee, i had soooo much funn, see you next time!!!"

❧ as soon as the last guests leaves, he immediately ushers you to y'all bedroom to help you get settled in for the night

❧ when you get to the bedroom, you just flop down onto the bed without even bothering to take off your evening clothes

❧ when he tells you that you both need to do your night time routine, you whine like "noooo i just wanna cuddle :(("

❧ so he sighs, and pulls you off the bed and suddenly you perk up like "lemme help you!!" so now you're following him around as he gets ready for bed and he tricks you into getting changed and ready for bed

❧ so once that's all done, y'all get tucked into bed and you instantly latch onto him and ask him for a bedtime story and for him to caress you until you fall asleep

❧ he obliges, too charmed at how cute and demanding you are when you're piss drunk

❧ as soon as you drift off, he mumbles "why are you like this" before placing a gentle kiss to your forehead and falling asleep as well, holding you just as tight

Ricardo

❧ it was one of his days off and he decided to take you to this cozy little bar he used to frequent

❧ he was really good friends with the owner so y'all ended up getting a lot of free and discounted drinks which totally didn't do well for you lol

❧ a lot of the alcohols on the shelves behind the bar you hadn't even heard of because they don't exist in your world

❧ but ricardo insisted that you try a bunch of them because they're so good, much better than the weak stuff humans are used to

❧ so considering this it was no surprise to anyone when you got absolutely hammered about a half hour into your little date

❧ at this point you have several empty shot glasses laid out in front of you and you're practically leaning on ricardo for support

❧ so you're just leaning against him and holding on tight to his arm while he's sipping on a bottle of even stronger alcohol than what you were drinking

❧ and about five minutes into your clinging onto him you just suddenly announce "i need to pee"

❧ ricardo looks at you, quite amused by how you're acting, and he agrees to walk you to where the bathrooms are

❧ he opens the door for you to go inside and once you're in the bathroom you look back at him like "well? aren't you coming in, too?"

❧ you even ask him out loud if he can stay with you while you pee lmao

❧ but he says no :(( but he also reassures you that he will be right outside the door waiting for you

❧ this makes you happy and you let him close the door so you can do your business

❧ but when you get done doing your thing, you open the door and find him talking to someone else >:(

❧ they were just asking for directions to a little restaurant nearby but you didn't know this shh

❧ so you march up to the two of them, kinda swaying a bit, and you hug ricardo from behind, peaking your head out a bit to glare at who he was talking to

❧ ricardo's acting like this is no big deal and keeps giving your new enemy directions to the restaurant and even some recommendations

❧ once he's done the person goes to thank him, but you interrupt by slurring out "back off he's mine, you can't have him, he's already buying me dinner"

❧ needless to say this poor person is bewildered and very confused because they were just asking for directions?? not a date with this big scary dude??

❧ so they just laugh awkwardly and scurry off while you laugh to yourself like "hehehe success >:)"

❧ ricardo moves your arms off of him so he can turn around and face you, but without the support of holding onto him, you start to sway a bit in your place

❧ so he grabs onto your shoulders, sighs, and looks at you with a soft smirk before suggesting that the two of you go home

❧ you agree, happy to go anywhere with him, and wait patiently on a chair as he goes to quickly pay his bill

❧ when he comes back over to you, you remain seated and you lift your arms up to him, looking at him expectantly, clearly asking to be carried

❧ so he sighs again, turns around and kneels down so you can get on his back for a piggyback ride, which is the most wonderful position for you in this scenario because you don't have to walk and you also get to hold on tight to him

❧ so he walks with you all the way back to the castle, smiling gently to himself when he feels you nuzzle into the back of his head and neck or tighten your hold around him for a bit

❧ when you finally get back to the castle, mans hasn't even broken a sweat, he can carry you from town all the way up to the castle like five times in a row

❧ but mikael sees the condition you're in and is like "really?? it's not even five o'clock yet" it's five o'clock somewhere mikael

❧ so he just waves the two of you off and ricardo carries you back to his room for you to lie down and get some rest

❧ so he turns his back toward the bed and kneels down a bit so that you can hop off and into the bed, but you're just,, not letting go, you're like a koala

❧ he's like "umm,,, you can get off of me now??" but you're like "nah i like hanging onto you like this, i wanna keep holding you, if i let go that means i won't be able to hold onto you anymore"

❧ and now he's like "ok you got a point,," but then he says "but if you stay like this, i won't be able to hold onto you as well"

❧ and now you're like "ok you got a point,," and you let go of him and flop down onto the bed

❧ he turns around to face you and looks down at you with a look that says "i can't believe this idiot is mine to have forever" and brushes some hair out of your face before saying he'll be right back

❧ and now you're like >:O cuz he just said he was gonna hold you?? and he's leaving??? how dare he

❧ but he's too fast and you're too drunk and comfy to get up and chase him so you just lie there in bed all pouty until he gets back with a big glass of water, some bread, and pain meds for the morning

❧ he helps you sit up and makes you sip some water and nibble on the bread so you can sober up a bit, and leaves the rest of the water and pain meds for your morning hangover lol

❧ you let him do these things without protest because he's back and he's feeding you, you're happy :)

❧ once you're all done, you flop down into bed again and hold your arms open for him to join you, and as soon as he does you fall right asleep, finally content in being close to him and in a comfy bed

❧ he laughs under his breath at your antics again, places a few kisses on your forehead, and rests his eyes while holding you close

Noel

❧ ok idk how likely this scenario would be, but let's pretend the band of thieves he was a part of was having a little reunion at an underground bar

❧ noel was hesitant to invite you along cuz these aren't the best people, but oswald would be there too, and these people were like his family for a while so you wanted to meet them

❧ so the night of the reunion came and you met up with oswald outside of the bar and the three of you went in together and met up with a large group of rowdy, tough looking people

❧ ngl you were intimidated as hell when you first saw them, but when noel introduced you as his partner, you could see them lower their guard a bit

❧ one of the members, who you assumed to be one of the former leaders, comes up to you and you're shaking in your boots like "oh good lord what do they want from me"

❧ but then they hand you a whiskey glass with some alcohol in it with a small smirk, inviting you to join in the drinking but also to lowkey test your nerve

❧ noel's beside you squeezing your free hand like "hey you don't have to drink that if you don't want to" but you're like "nah i'm gonna do it, i gotta impress my lover's friends"

❧ so you take a deep breath and down the drink in one gulp

❧ the person who gave you the drink is a little shocked cuz that was a relatively strong drink and you just downed it no problem, you're pretty impressive

❧ and then you start coughing lmao noel pats your back until the fit goes down and all you have to say is "that was disgusting"

❧ this makes the crowd laugh and now all of them love you; congrats, you're in with the clique :)

❧ so you and noel find a seat at the bar and order a couple drinks, ones that you would actually like, and spend a while getting to know some of his former friends

❧ but as the night goes on, you can feel the effects of the alcohol start to get to you, but for some reason you just don't connect the dots that it's the alcohol doing this to you and you keep ordering drinks

❧ poor noel, who has a surprisingly high tolerance despite his small body mass, doesn't realize you are absolutely hammered until it's too late

❧ you just finished a conversation with another person when you lazily lean into noel's side to whisper "why are all your friends so blurry, is it cuz of a fight?" and the poor guy's like "huh???"

❧ so you have to explain that everyone you talk to has been like super blurry and they sound kinda funny and their words aren't making sense to you but you didn't want to say anything in front of them in case it was a side effect of a fight they got into a while ago

❧ to noel and to me too and i'm the one who wrote it this makes no sense, so he just straight up asks, "are you drunk?"

❧ you give it a bit of thought, look around at the empty glasses in front of you, and finally say "yeah, probably"

❧ you see him breathe a little sigh and he's like "that's ok, i'll go get you some water"

❧ but as you see him begin to stand up and walk away, you jump up and stumble out of your seat to catch up to him

❧ he catches you right before you actually trip over yourself and asks why you stood up, to which you reply, "why are you leaving me here, don't you want to take me with you??"

❧ he says again, "i'm getting you some water" and you're like "ok?? take me with you??"

❧ and it's not like he really has a choice at this point; you've already hugged onto his arm with the intent of not letting go anytime soon, so he's just like "ok this is fine, let's go"

❧ we love an unbothered king, he walks over to where the water is while still supporting you and keeping you from falling

❧ so he gets you the water and makes you drink it right then and there so you can sober up as asap as possible

❧ but as you're sipping on your water, one of noel's former friends comes up and it's instantly clear to your intoxicated mind that those two used to be really close

❧ well, it'd be obvious to anyone, this person was hugging noel and ruffling his hair affectionately and looking at him fondly, and surprisingly noel isn't batting them away like he would most everyone else

❧ so as you're watching all this go down, you're fuming behind your water cup, still sipping but glaring knives at this person who's being so affectionate to your partner while you're standing right there

❧ as soon as you finish, you interrupt their conversation by announcing that you drank all your water, pushing the cup toward noel for approval

❧ all he says is "ok, very good" and takes the cup to fill it up with more water for you while still listening to that person talking endlessly to him

❧ now you're starting to get offended and you make the executive decision to steal back noel's attention

❧ so what do you do? you try to chug all of the water in your cup. and what is the result? you start choking

❧ at least you got his attention. and the attention of everyone in a six foot radius of you lol

❧ he's patting your back, trying to help you pass the coughing fit, and even the person he was talking to is concerned

❧ once the fit passes, he decides that it's probably time to take you home, so he says goodbye to the people nearby and helps you walk out of the bar

❧ about halfway down the street though he has to carry you since you can't keep yourself up, and you hold onto him really tight

❧ he's not gonna realize that you were jealous of that person he was talking to, so he's not gonna ask what that whole scene was about

❧ so you have to be the one to ask who he was talking to so you can get an explanation, which he provides: that person was like an older sibling figure to him when he first joined the band, and they've always been affectionate like that with him

❧ this puts your drunk little mind at ease, and in the wave of relief you feel yourself start to get really tired

❧ you nuzzle closer into him and mumble out, "good, cuz you're mine ya know" and doze off into a little snooze

❧ he's still not gonna understand that you were jealous, but he does hold you a bit closer while whispering out "and you're mine" before continuing the walk back to the castle

My Thoughts on S1E1, "The Rising"

Good old Lake Como.

"How do I look?" Always amazing, Mac, though here you are so bebby. Gosh, tiny Lucas is tiny.

Ugggh, Nikki. My least favorite story arc in the show. Even with her redemption arc, even her face makes me mad.

I am soooo glad this awkward flirting is only in this episode. Mac and Nikki have never vibed with me.

JACK DALTON

"Who loves ya, baby?" We all do, Jack.

I always wished they would have played more into the original Mac's reason for not carrying a weapon - not just so he doesn't get caught but because he doesn't like them. That was actually one reason I used to be so upset at the reboot when it first came out. I still feel like Mac's character was off for this first episode - a little too cocky, not super developed. But still lovable, and with so much potential!

It's so cool to see how much Lucas has grown into this character over the years, really making it his own while still holding on to its essence.

Lol "serious bad-assery" - Nikki thinks she's so cool. (Spoiler: she's not.)

That fight scene in the back of the vehicle is one of my all time favorites. The whump is excellent.

DIY or die. Still so lame, lol. The parachute is awesome, though.

Oof. That landing looks painful and the whumper in me loves it. Even more, I can't get over how worried Jack is as he rushes to Mac's side. ❤️❤️❤️

Oooooooo Nikki's on the loose. Gotta end with suspense, to hook those viewers and make them want more. Well, I want more of this show, but not because of her.

Well, awesome re-watch of episode 1. Definitely not my favorite by a long shot, but so iconic and with some amazing moments! It just makes me that much more excited to get to see the show and the characters grow!

Mystic Messenger Saeran’s AE Thoughts (.......And Prayers..) #Spoilerz

Hello, I just finished Saeran’s after ending and I have a lot of things to say and I am going to write it down while I'm still all keyed up about it.

First of all… Please DO NOT ask me how much money I spent to finish this as fast as I did…. I’m grown but my bank account is certainly going to have a good ole fashioned CHUCKLE at this….. It’s been a long quarantine I deserve a lil happiness as a treat methinks!

I have been playing this absolutely insane game since I think 2016? When I first started playing the deep routes had JUST come out I think? And I was just finishing up high school and am now a college grad...lmao

I’ve played all routes at least once except Jaehee but i’ve seen walkthroughs of her route (I’ve heard it makes you hate Jumin and he’s my favorite so um. hehe). V’s and Saeran’s routes I found to be so emotionally intense and just….a lot and I've been waiting a long ass god damn time for this after ending okay…. I would theorize and make up an ending in my head but i’m no writer so it was hard to figure out lol. I’m a Jumin stan mostly but I love everybody and yeah I should probably play that jumin dlc too but I need like a DAY to recover from Saeran’s AE. Enough about me HERE are my thoughts on it overall

Major Saeran AE Spoilers under da cut!

Can we please discuss V showing up to the C+R conference room with basically chloroform and made everybody Pass Out like??? I was alone in my room at like midnight just SCREAMING at my phone???? And the creepy ass CG ???? It’s like that gif of sarah paulson from ahs being like “I put arsenic in the wine….and the pasta”

Anyway I screamed at V a lot during this process!!

Loved RFA being sweet and kind to saeran (before V fucking drugged them…)

This is such common V behavior “I have to do it all myself...there’s no other way..” GIRL SHUT UPPP You do this every route....

SO many CG’s and I enjoy them a lot

Saeran’s sprite looks a little TOO crisp compared to everyone else but maybe its a glitch??? V next to him is in 480p while saeran is like 1080p

When they go to the apartment and see boss and vanderwood and poor saeyoung is sitting there seeing his brother for the first time in years i wanted to D word sooooo bad like PAIN...PAIN….

Can we HAVE A DISCUSSION ABOUT JUMIN HAN BEING THE BEST CHARACTER IN THE GAME AND HE LOST EVERYTHING IN THIS AE……. he just took the blame and moved on jumin what the hell….. I love him so much r we serious? He watched his 2 closest friends betray him in the worst way and found out abt how Rika abused Saeyoung and Saeran???? I felt just AWFUL. Terrible ...Terrible….

Rika’s change in demeanor from Saeran's actual route is certainly a Choice. I find her much more bearable this time around and unfortunately i think I was too nice to her and ended up with a bad end LMFAO

I was happy to see Saeran stand up for himself and become stronger and confident. You go king!

The CG of Yoosung laying in Zen’s lap is everything to me…

HOWEVER YUP I sure did get a bad ending and I was so mad fdsafdskfdhsf ! (I would be happy to clarify how I got the good one the second time.) MAKE SURE To SAVE EARLY in days 2 and 3 bc the branches on day 4 is where the bad end will show up. For me it was the first day 4 chat and then a story mode titled “SAVIOR”.... If you see that RUN FOR THE HILLS!!

I was so mad! But I had saved in day 2 and replayed and MANAGED to get good end

I’m obsessed with everyone calling V and Rika “that psychotic couple” like…..its true its true…

No those two are so toxic… V’s route was torture watching them go on and on about the sun like yo can yall just call each other babe like normal people.

I respect straight people but not V and RIka that shit was just wrong… Straight marriage was a mistake

Oh lord i also FULLY Forgot Rika killed the twins’ mother…. Yeah that scene was um Certainly a lot but it needed to happen eventually

Like it’s good they know but damn that storyline is just so bleak

I think it was satisfying TO A DEGREE….To see Rika understand where she was wrong, why she was wrong, fess up and even APOLOGIZE! I was very surprised.

Saeran and Saeyoung are Certainly twins with the amount that those two self sacrifice in every route MY GOD…..

The scene with Jumin talking to his father and the other scene of him praying oh my god I cannot tell you how happy I was to see him begin to understand and address his own feelings in a route that was not his own. My main problem with Jumin’s route has always been the trapping MC in his penthouse aspect.. This way Jumin understands love and emotions without being overly possessive !!! YAY also loved seeing him be on good terms with his dad who was surprisingly profound

That last Story mode was Really a Lot…. and Strange things occurred which I will get into in just a minute

Jumin becoming a politician is so funny but ngl … i see it.

Yoosung going to france to study pastries ok king I see u! (it made more sense to me than the vet thing anyway)

Nextly….Rika and V….. Naw that knock out gas really ...that hurt lol. Coming from “I would do anything to protect RFA” V? Idk like…. EYE felt betrayed reading that. It was just hurtful. I can’t even imagine how the members would have felt as they were passing out. It was just so cruel. I suppose I understand why but like?? Just TERRIBLE

V just felt so irresponsible like I do understand that he ended up in a weird web of secrets that’s hard to untangle but he’s so fucking stubborn he’s SO stubborn it makes me insane. But in this AE it seems more to me that he was like yeah i’m protecting Rika and That’s It… so fucking hurtful to me. Both of y’all apologize ESPECIALLY to the twins and Jumin..

The forgiveness thing…… Okay so I think some people will not like that Saeran decided to “forgive” the people who hurt him (Rika, V, Saejoong, his mother). I would point out that I actually think this was approached somewhat well. He says at one point that he doesn’t think they’re good or bad, just people. I think he sounded mature and like this was the way for him personally to accomplish his healing process. Would I have loved for Saeran to flip V and Rika off and kick Saejoong off a cliff? Yea I really would. But like…. If that’s what HE needs to do to heal then who am I to judge?

HOWEVER…. Everything Eye just said goes out the window when the scenes at the end with Saejoong come up… I was PERPLEXED. Like why did he HUG his deranged father who just kicked the shit out of him??? Also all the chat options that MC has with him r like blah blah you’re like this because no one loves you were so corny to me LMFAOOOO?

My Ultimate Top 10 Favorite Drag Race Queens

#10 - Kameron Michaels: NGL, Kameron is partially on this list because I would fuck her in a heartbeat. I actually plan on making a list later of queens I would sleep with in and/or out of drag and you will definitely find Miss Michaels high on there. I’ve seen her live on the Werq the World tour and I 100% regret not getting Meet and Greet though I probably would’ve just drooled on her and made a fool of myself so maybe it’s better that I didn’t. It’s a known fact that Kameron is an incredible lip syncer (if you haven’t watched season 10, please do so just to see her in action because honestly, she’s one of the few good things about that season) and she did NOT disappoint. Her dancing was only beat out by Vanjie who you may or may not see later on this list. Kameron if you’re out there reading this (LOL, we all know she isn’t) and you ever feel like experimenting with an actual biological woman, hit me up!

#9 - Sharon Needles: And here we have another attractive man out of drag! Sharon was the OG underdog and while I’m not going to sit here and bash Phi Phi O’Hara because she’s actually talented AF (checkout her Harry Potter cosplay, it’s soooo good), Sharon definitely didn’t deserve all the shade thrown at her on season 4. Her drag aesthetic has always been equals parts spooky and equal parts fabulous, but she’s actually improved over the years and it’s made me love her even more. My favorite Sharon moment ever is during a “Queens Reading Mean Comments” video on WOWPresents’ Youtube channel where someone said they liked her old teeth better and she just goes, “Well my old teeth just looked ridiculous with my new lips!” Get ‘em, girl.

#8 - Jinkx Monsoon: I want Jinkx to be my mom. There, I said it. Also, if you don’t get that reference, get your shit together and subscribe to WOW Presents on Youtube you fucking bumpkin. Jinkx was the loveable weirdo on her season and received a lot of hate from her fellow queens but I loved her from the start. I have since forgiven Roxxxy Andrews for her cattiness because of her rudemption on All Stars 2 (insert her Read U Wrote U verse here) but nothing was more satisfying than watching Jinkx go from the underdog to America’s Next Drag Superstar. I don’t know what’s more iconic; her tendency to fall asleep at inopportune times, her laugh, or all the jokes about her being a full blown swamp witch. Either way, it will always be Monsoon season in my eyes.

#7 - Nina West: Hands down, the DEFINITION of Miss Congeniality! This choice was so obvious, I don’t even know why they took a vote. I think that even if they left it up to the fans, it would’ve been her. I fucking LOVE Nina. I’ve actually met her IRL and my first thoughts were 1: she’s HUGE (hello, she’s a six foot tall man in like 6 inch heels and I’m barely over five feet) and 2. she just radiates happiness! She is the only queen I’ve met that asked me my name (though shout out to Plastique Tiara for calling me gorgeous as if she’s not the most beautiful creature on the planet) and she didn’t make me feel like an idiot when I just stared at her adoringly and just word vomited “you’remyfavoriteiloveyousomuch”. Class act people!

#6 - Bianca del Rio: Do I even need an explanation for this one? Hands down, the undisputed winner of season 6, and that’s coming from a die-hard ***** fan (see entry #2). Did she wear the same silhouette 10+ times? Yes. Can she kind of be a bitch sometimes? Definitely. But is she the funniest fucking person alive? Probably! My love for Bianca is infinite but I still wouldn’t want her to read me, at least not in person. Actually, scratch that, I’ve seen her Twitter feed and getting read online is almost worse. I fucking love Hurricane Bianca and the sequel even though it’s one of those so-bad-it’s-good type of film series. I sadly missed her last tour because it was the same night as Sasha Velour’s Smoke & Mirrors show and as amazing as Sasha was, my heart was broken that I couldn’t go to both. But you better believe the next time she’s in town, I’m forking out lots of $$ for VIP and I may or may not faint at Bianca’s feet #noregrets

#5 - Vanessa Vanjie Matteo: Mother. Fucking. Vanjie. OKAY, I’ve met this bitch IRL and let me tell you, she is the cutest fucking thing. Like Nina, it shocked me how apparent it is that she’s a man (square jaw, hello?) but she can still paint for filth and look fishy AF even with her boyish features. Also, AMAZING performer! I waited 3 hours after the M&G for her to actually come on stage and perform only two songs (that’s a story for another day) but let me tell you, it was worth the fucking wait. I showered that bitch with Canadian monopoly money and I would’ve given her more if I wasn’t such a broke millennial. And to top the whole night off, I got woken up at 5 am to my friend screaming because Vanjie had reposted my photo in her story so I was essentially Instagram famous for all of like, a day. Thanks girl xo

#4 - Bendelacreme: I love me some Dela. This queen proved in both her regular season and All Stars that she is a force to be reckoned with. Season 6 wouldn’t have been the same without her and did I want to yell at Darienne Lake for being a bitch to her? Absolutely! (Gia Gunn pun intended) And I honestly think that if she hadn’t eliminated herself, she would’ve won AS3 (though if you read my #1 entry, I am 100% satisfied with who did win). She completely deserved her Miss Congeniality title, and while I see where the others AS3 queens were coming from when they suspected she was trying a little too hard to keep up that image, I did appreciate her trying to play the game with some class, because we don’t see that often on Drag Race. I also love her friendship with Jinkx and it’s definitely on my bucket list to see one of their shows one day. You know what they say, the Creme always rises to the top!

#3 - Brooke Lynn Hytes: Full disclosure, I’m Canadian but that’s not the only reason why I love Brooke (she is the Queen in the North though, and I’ll fight you if you say otherwise). This queen is fucking TALENTED! Season 11 would have failed without her, IMHO. She can design and sow a complete outfit, read people to filth, sort of sing (I still listen to Queens Everywhere daily, especially her verse), dance circles around ANYBODY, and lip sync like her mother fucking life depends on it. Did she, by the end of the season, forget that’s there’s more to a lip sync than being on pointe? Yes, absolutely. But that doesn’t change the fact that she is literal perfection and I think that’s why Ru gave Yvie the crown instead of her (though I love Yvie so don’t come for me). Brooke’s biggest downfall was the fact that she wasn’t relatable and I am 100% okay with that. Sometimes you just have to worship the unattainable. The only issue I have with Brooke is her and Vanjie not being officially together anymore because yes, I am one of those fans that ship queens together, especially queens that have actually dated. I will never get over #Branjie, just saying.

#2 - Adore Delano: "I'm a fucking Libra!" As soon as these words left her mouth, I knew I was in love with Adore Delano. Season 6 is by far my favorite season (spoiler alert if I decide to make a Top 10 Best Seasons list) and if it weren't for my #1 pick, she would 100% have the top spot. Hell, before I discovered WOW Presents, she WAS my #1 pick (read my next entry to understand what I mean). Adore is simultaneously adorable (pun intended) and fierce AF. She's beautiful, hilarious, and did I mention beautiful?! She is the reason I say "party" at inappropriate times. She is the reason I wish I was a Libra instead of a fucking Scorpio. She is the reason I insist everybody start their first Drag Race binge with season 6 because I know they’ll fall in love with her as much as I have. Adore, if you’re reading this, I fucking adore you.

#1 - Trixie Mattel & Katya Zamolodchikova: Of course these two are tied as my number one spot. Individually, these queens are fucking fierce and extremely talented (go download Trixie's country albums if you don't believe me), but together they are pure gold. If you've only ever watched their run on season 7, you probably don't understand why I love them so much, so do yourself a favor and go watch All Stars 2 & 3, as well as their web shows "UnHhhh", "The Trixie & Katya Show", and “Queens Who Like To Watch”. I can even give you a list of other stand alone videos of them to watch (ex. "Besties for Cash", "Fashion Photo Review", compilation videos of the pair in Palm Springs... I think you get the gist). Truth be told, I'm absolutely obsessed with these two, so much so that I may or may not have indulged in some online fan fiction about them from time to time...don’t judge me, okay?! I love a friends-turned-lovers love story, and I know I’m not the only one wishing #Trixya would happen IRL. I've also shelled out so much money to Trixie alone on her merch and makeup, and I'm waiting very impatiently for them to go on tour together so I can go full Futurama and just scream "take my money" as I buy the most VIP package they have. Trixie and Katya are the ultimate definition of All Stars and I'll fight anyone who says otherwise.

I’ve seen Frozen 2 four times now and yikes. I’d kinda hoped it would get better with each viewing, but it’s somehow worse??? I really loved the first movie; it literally changed my life in an incredibly drastic way (don’t ask) but it had been very important to me over the past six years, and...I’m so disappointed.

My initial reaction was disappointment, and I should’ve stuck with it. Like, wtf was that? But some parts were also really well done? It left me so conflicted lol

PROS

Vuelie was a good way to open the film; I quite liked the nostalgia :’)

The intro scene in general was good; I liked seeing more of their parents, although idk what their father was thinking telling them such a tale before bed lmao seems like some shit my mother would do

All is Found is my favourite non-depressing song in the movie, and it opens it beautifully. ERW has a wonderful voice.

The animation really is beautiful; it looks so realistic. Specifically the clouds and the one scene of the waves crashing over the pine trees. It looked amazing!

The music is good but not great. FTFTIF is my favourite; it’s so catchy and cheery. I really liked TNRT, and SY is perfect, but these songs just weren’t as catchy as the ones in Frozen?? I’m thankful for AURORA tho, that was a lovely gift.

Bruni was absolutely adorable (even tho he was an obvious cash-grab for merch lol), 10/10 love Bruni. Bruni + Elsa = even better.

Anna looked absolutely breathtaking throughout the entire movie; the redesign they did animation-wise really works in her favour, and now she’s rocking those Emilia Clarke eyebrows which is a hell yes from me. Her final look gave me all the feels; I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the dress and hairstyle?? it seemed a bit too not Anna, but at the same time, it showed her growth and maturity and I’m very happy with that.

As dark as it was, the shipwreck scene was beautiful. It was handled beautifully; their reactions were devastating. There is a huge con here, but I’ll save that for later.

The ocean battle was really neat. The water looked so good, and Elsa looks good wet???

The whole scene in Ahtohallan was well done; I liked the memories. I wish Anna had been there; she deserved to see her history, too, and it wasn’t fair that Elsa got that spotlight once again.

Everything after Elsa freezing was absolutely breathtaking as well. Anna’s reactions, the song, the scenery-- it was tragically beautiful.

Kristoff had the two best lines in the ENTIRE movie: “I’m here. What do you need?” and “It’s okay. My love is not fragile.” It’s so rare to see a good, supportive relationship in tv/movies, be it heterosexual or homosexual, it doesn’t happen. It’s so rare. So this was a beautiful break from that; the faith he had in her was amazing. Thank u. the real mvp.

The scene with Anna as she accepts the fate of her future; as she takes in a breath and realises/accepts that her home is gone, and her blood family is gone. Everything about it was perfect. You could feel her emptiness. Poor baby needed a hug :(

I liked that Kristoff also hugged Elsa when she returned; it showed that they were friends, which is really important for Anna tbh

I think that’s it for pros??? Now for the cons.

CONS:

Gonna start this off simple: the plot was weak. This is unfortunately not an unpopular opinion; it made no sense. It was too convoluted to the point where nothing was explained.

The pacing was off, and it was ridiculously anti-climactic. The layout in general seemed a bit weird tbh I could definitely sit here and justify all of it, but I shouldn’t have to.

They gave us no reason to gaf about this voice that Elsa was hearing. How long had she been hearing it for? Why was she so drawn to it? Why didn’t she think she was just hearing things? Or maybe she did at one point and then realised she wasn’t crazy? 

There was almost no character development. Elsa was the same as she was in Frozen, but this time, it was just annoying. She never learned or grew. Anna was demoted to a clingy side-character even though she’s the protagonist; I have no words for how frustrating this was to watch. I miss the Kristanna bickering. I liked their dynamic overall; I understand their insecurities and lack of ability to communicate because of it, and I liked how non-toxic they were. Overall, they did love and trust each other; they believed in and supported each other, even though they had a falling out (again and again) and were separated for most of the film (again, wtf?) EA had no development together, and honestly, they were annoying asf as a duo. There was no communication and no understanding. I will say that Anna’s fear and frustration throughout the entire movie was absolutely 100% understandable and sensible; she’d already lost too much before, and wasn’t prepared to lose anything else. I just wish she’d been portrayed a bit differently??? And it would’ve been nice if Elsa had stopped for, like, two minutes to be like, “hey, are you okay, you seem clingy and worried” but instead she just kept running and didn’t gaf.

It was over dramatic for the sake of plot, when it didn’t have to be. Elsa didn’t have to continuously try and push Anna away “for her protection.” They absolutely could’ve done the vast majority of things together. Fuck, they could’ve gone to the dark sea together. Anna could’ve stayed on the beach while Elsa tackled the Nokk. Then when Anna saw that Elsa was perfectly capable of protecting herself, they could’ve parted ways then and done whatever it was they needed to do. Or, Elsa could’ve taken Anna to Ahtohallan?? They may have discovered there that Anna couldn’t enter, but then they’d be given the opportunity to communicate, and Anna would’ve at least been included, since this was her history, too.

If this is a movie about two sisters, why the ever loving fuck is it all about Elsa and her origins? What about Anna’s origins? They were her parents, too. Sure, we ask “why does Elsa have magic,” but why doesn’t Anna have magic? Why was Elsa the “gift”? Why is Anna’s superpower “love”?? And why is that “superpower” only valid when it’s in regards to Elsa? Why is Anna so strong, physically? Emotionally? Personally? Is it just her? Why isn’t she an element, too? What’s with this bridge bullshit? Why the fuckkkk is Elsa the “fifth spirit” when she’s ice and ice is literally just water? I have so many questions.

How the heck was Iduna Northuldra? Did she become “whiter” because she remained inside a castle for twenty years? Or was she always “white passing”? Or was she adopted into the forest? Who are her parents? Did anybody miss her when she ran off to the kingdom? Her scarf was from “one of [their] oldest families” and yet nobody seemed to know who she was? And what do you mean “oldest families”? Are there no remaining members of that family? Nobody who was missing her? Nobody who would’ve recognised her daughters who are literally carbon-copies of her????

The shipwreck scene and the following scene pissed me off soooo much in the theatre lol First, it really was beautiful how they did it, but the interactions felt out of character. Elsa brought up the memories of their parents’ demise without consoling Anna at all. Not only did she just do it without at least a warning, she then proceeded to leave her behind in her own fit. Which, okay, yes, to an extent that makes sense; she was over-ridden by guilt. But those were Anna’s parents too. Elsa was all she had, and Elsa left her behind. I just- AND THEN in this moment of severe grief and horror, as these terrible things were revealed, Anna was pushed away again to be left on her own to deal with things alone. She’d JUST sacrificed her own feelings for Elsa, and Elsa’s response was to shove her away. WHY. I just??? hello??? Like, Elsa does care about Anna, right? That’s canon? So why tf would they write her like this?? jfc

Every single new character was wasted potential. Mattias above all else was very interesting, and should’ve had at least ten minutes more screentime??? I liked the scene of him and Anna discussing whatever, but there should’ve been more. They both cared more about Arendelle than anyone; they were both sworn to protect. There could’ve been more of an on-screen relationship there. (and don’t fucking come at me with your gross-ass ships please, tyvm). Honeymaren and Ryder were there for ??? merchandise? A reason for Elsa to stay behind? Queer-baiting??? I don’t get it. They did,,, nothing. Yelena? Did nothing. Why do these name-characters do nothing?? What’s the point???

This was advertised as a “big adventure” but had hardly any adventure. Frohana was apart for most of the damn movie, the action scenes had little consequences, the “climax” was ??? what, Elsa freezing? Who cares?? It’s obvious she’s going to come back. The wave heading for Arendelle??? Yeah, that would’ve been a good climax if it actually did any damage. But no, I guess Elsa can teleport now? aight. and now she gets to play hero again even though she didn’t do shit

The plot(?) was very predictable, and didnt really have a twist. Old white guy kills innocent POC. Okay. That’s real life, yeah? It’s shit; it happens, but why was this whole movie based around that? Was it a political statement? We don’t really need more political movies these days??? People are aware, and things are shit as is; idk it just felt forced. But this is a v controversial subject so imma shut up lol

THERE ARE NO CONSEQUENCES. Unless you’re Anna. Then you suffer severely cuz,,, fuck her, right? The entire cave thing (as beautiful and needed as it was) could’ve been prevented entirely if Elsa had just fucking communicated. But instead, Anna had to suffer again in such a severe way. Her feelings DID have consequences; they effected her severely and even influenced wreckless behaviour. But then?? it’s all over. And suddenly, it doesn’t matter. Suddenly, who cares? Elsa returns and is (for some unforeseen reason) magically forgiven. This ISN’T HOW SISTERS ARE. If my sister pulled half the shit Elsa did, the first thing she’d be greeted with is a slap across the face and a very loud “fuck you.” THEN she’d get a hug and some tears. You don’t fuck with people’s emotions like that. And the fact that there were no serious consequences is infuriating.

Anna becomes Queen without context. Did she want to be queen? Did she suggest it? Did Elsa decided “eh fuck it i’m bored, your turn” and just dump it on her? Anna is a free-spirit. Yes, she was absolutely devoted to her kingdom; her people always came first; she was an incredibly loving and selfless princess, but was she truly prepared to give up that freedom to be Queen? I think she fits the role beautifully; she was absolutely born to rule. But is she happy? Or is she yet again cleaning up Elsa’s mess, since that seems to be all she does?

Why did Elsa stay in the forest? Is it because she felt like she belonged with the spirits? With the people? Away from civilisation? All of the above? None of the above? And how did that conversation go with Anna? How did she explain; “hey, I know I died and fucked you up and promised that we’d always stay together, but I’ve decided I’m gonna leave you behind again and stay here with these people I barely know.” Did Anna object, or did she see the positives of being away from someone so toxic???? It makes no senseeeee, they were so good together in the first movie; it all feels so out of character. Both of them feel out of character.

There were few (very few) moments in which they really were like themselves:

but that’s it? I’ve seen it four times in theatre, and a few times online (though mostly in pieces) so I don’t think I missed anything. Perhaps I’m blinded by the frustration that this film caused. Overall:

The plot was weak.

The animation was beautiful.

Kristanna wasn’t the Kristanna we truly know?

Elsa was dramatic and annoying because she had no development.

Anna was demoted to a clingy side-character and was given a half-assed purpose.

The music was meh.

There was too much and yet somehow not enough.

It was a mess.

final note: PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS IF I MISSED SOMETHING. I think it’s also important to note that if you went to the theatre for 2 hours of entertainment, that’s great, but not the same as those of us that have dedicated six years of our lives to these characters? So please don’t come @ me if you were just a movie-goer. I also wanna say that there were a lot of parts of this movie that I loved and will hold onto, but overall, the movie as a whole was meh. I LOVED Anna & Elsa in Frozen; they had good development and had reasons for being how they were. They had a good dynamtic and worked well together. I hated their relationship in F2; it was toxic and forced in many ways; they didn’t interact nearly enough, and when they did, they were bitching for the sake of plot, which was very frustrating.

dig a little deeper, betty has always been put on some sort of pedestal whether by her friends or by her mother. it was easy for her to go with it for most of her life, but she eventually wanted to be seen as something more. the pressure to be quote-on-quote perfect put on her shoulders by her mother was hard to deal with, and she was sick of being the .... angelic one of the friend group. she often felt as though she was playing a role, and eventually broke out of the labels to be who she really is.

family toxicity trigger. a picture perfect family isn’t always as it seems , which was the case for the coopers . betty and her sister polly grew up under a strict mother and a charade of a father , always under pressure to keep up a reputation and try to present themselves as perfect . alice pushed betty harder than she did polly , often pushing her buttons in order to push her to be the ideal daughter she wanted . maybe it was projection , maybe not ... it sucked nonetheless . after finding out the real reason her sister polly wasn’t staying with them anymore , betty wanted to cut most ties that alice had on her . for a while , they were at each others throats in a passive aggressive way , each trying to get under the others skin . their relationship remains on/off , but for the most part betty only feels close to her cousin , cheryl .

death/murder, serial killers & mental illness trigger. whew ...... love the riverdale writers ! anyway , while investigating a case on a killer that appeared in riverdale ... he began to seek betty out . he was conversing with her and leaving hints that only she would know , trying to manipulate her into some Wild Shit and yeah ... eventually it turned out to be her father ? idk , but he died a bit later . while unsure on how to cope with the death of her father , if she should mourn or continue to resent him , betty also struggles with the fear that she’ll turn out the same way he did . while still alive , he often told betty that she was exactly like him and that he saw something in her and she shares the same traits as him and blah blah blah. anyway she’s scared that she’ll be like him lol

so in storybrooke she’s trying to get herself on track and she’s actually happy to be far , far away from riverdale. can’t imagine why !! once she began treating the storm as a case , she started to become more comfortable in the small town than she’s been in a long time . it didn’t take long for her to enroll in school , studying towards something she wants to do on her own . to summarize , she’s happy now and wants to start fresh . leave the past behind her for good . she won’t be phased if she never gets to leave .

oh , and , she caught on that some people don’t know who they are/have blurry pasts ... and now she’s pretending that she's in the same boat in case anyone she doesn't wanna run into is here . as a treat .

Well, I actually made some of my MC x Noah HC because they are s o u l m a t e s and this is the post buuuuut some Noah hc I have are:

- As I mentioned in my other HC list, Noah is insomniac. He is always staying late and avoids sleeping because almost everytime he falls asleep he has nightmares thus he is always anxious when sleeping. Since he began dating MC in this magical AU the nightmares have been more manageable

- Can I reiterate on the fact that he has a beanie collection?? Like, I am talking all colors and sizes, homeboy’s only fashion statement is his beanie and we stan.

- He is terrible at using social media. MC and Stacey had to b e g him to create an Instagram account. To this day he still does not understand why people add hashtags to posts

- His favorite bands are Green Day, Simple Plan, Set it Off and Rex Orange County (see as I self insert myself in Noah LMAOO)

- His favorite Disney movies are treasure planet and Dumbo because he used to watch them as a kid a lot with Jane *crying noises intensify*

- He is actually a pretty decent singer! The one or two times MC catches him whispering some song she makes a huge deal out of it and asks him to sign autographs for her so when he becomes famous she can sell them, causing him to dramatically roll his eyes and blush while looking away.

- Even though he is a good singer, Noah haaaates dancing and he sucks at it. As I mention in the other HC list, he always ends up tumbling over with his own feet and avoids dance floors like the plague, only slightly softening for MC

How much he grasps into that hope his sister is alive and how much he suffers for it, even willing to sacrifice his soulmate friend for that, which okay, was wrong, but he did it with all the good intentions in the bottom of his heart.

- His humor definitely. asdfghj cynical and dark humor is very uwuwuwuwuwu attractive to me and my dankness so yeeee

- His passion for culinary school is soooo asdfghjk of his part. So I answered an ask from my homegirl Kato a while back answering and analyzing if Noah and I would actually work out in real life and I think in a way, the same answer can answer this question.

We would break up because in some way, we are too similar. In the sense that we are both pretty introverted, kept to ourselves, a bit of bad humor and that would lead us to clash in our own ways. Thats why I believe he needs someone like I HC my MC to be. She is outgoing, helping him get out of his shell, get out and explore, she is like the light and they balance each other out. If I were to date Noah we would just both fall into one side of the balance xDD

That being said I still loVE ma BaBY BOOOiiii nOahhhh but I think he would make a much much muuuuuch better couple with someone like MC :33 as I said, they are soulmatessss 🤧

didnt really attend the live it was just a delayed live viewing at a local cinema~

this is just based off my memory lol idk how accurate my memory is...but i trust it to a certain extent....

hnnnnn there was many izumi bros moments i kind of dieded bc wing and massu...cute...

also trigger.......kept giving fanservice im pretty sure the entire cinema hall died a million times over. there was a funny story that satou takuya told, about him posing like a “beast” on the first day that his pants ripped and on the morning of the second day, there was about 20 staff-san who were sewing his pants LOL.

SOOOOO FIRST OFF LET ME START WITH DANCING BEAT. ohoho KENN DANCING AND TAMASOU HIGHFIVE U HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH THE CINEMA HALL DIED

ame and dear butterfly!! ame was like really good yo kenn and abe-san were really cool for ame, and for dear butterfly, the graphics were really cool!! like abe-san raised his hand and a butterfly on the screen “coincidentally” landed on his palm and he kind of “let the butterfly free” if u get what i mean orz. also!! mezzo mezzo amazing!! and mezzolife dome!! 

i cant remember if it was during this time when they had mc but they basically decided to show off their outfits by turning in a circle and they decided to go from riku back since they did iori first on the first day lol. massu was not very happy (jokingly). egu (nagi) did a weird turn. egu’s well, weird. abe-san (sougo) was very elegant orz. kenn did his choreography for dancing beat! wing (mitsu) wanted to look cool since he got called cute on day 1 but he failed lol in the end everyone went “kawaii!!!!!!” HAHAHA. shirai yuusuke tried to do a cool turn, took off his glasses and put them back on without facing the crowd and everyone else was like “omg did u just put ur glasses back w/o facing the crowd wyd...” massu did a cool ish turn, but everyone was kind of unimpressed lol.

another mc moment but i dont remember when was it, but onoken was like, for dancing beat’s choreo there was a part where they were supposed to have their ring finger down but he just couldnt do it lol. but he managed to do it during the song itself and he was really happy about it! what a cutie....

next is tachi and soichiro hoshi orz these 2... the choreography was really cool aaaa and they kept on hyping up the crowd non stop through their songs and when theyre just mc-ing. 

then fure fure seishun sanka aaaaa bc it was a day b4 the twins’ birthday, massu (iori) asked the audience to sing a birthday song for them aa so nice ;; and the twins had to make fun of him after they sang the song ahhahaha they’re so cute ;; their performance was really good tho aa sasuga ainana and trigger’s centre and iori....

and danshi tarumono matsuri... pythag trio + gaku were so hyped omg everyone was so hyped 

next was love and game, and mezzo’ + ryuu did a really sexy dance which had the cinema dying another million times over.....i mean it....everyone was really hyped about it though, shouting “love game!” together with them!

then they showed some memorable lines from the anime and ~cue the angst and potential spoiler~ riku having to be replaced temporarily as centre by iori bc of his asthma.........cries we all died

and they showed restart pointer after that!!!!! THEY FOLLOWED THE BEGINNING OF THE PV, SO THERE WAS /THAT/ IORIKU MOMENT YES

then sakura message!!!! abe-san was playing the piano and singing orz what a talented man for the second half of the song the other 6 of them were sitting along the steps and they sang it really beautifully orz

good night awesome showed yamato in his drama acting, and everyone kind of laughed at shirai yuusuke bc his actions kind of looked funny orz idk how to describe this

thEN RE:VALE, DECIDES TO MAKE THEIR APPEARANCE AGAIN, IN KING THRONES, AND THE ENTIRE CINEMA HALL DIED AGAIN. istg re:vale please stop killing your fans orz but they looked really majestic and soichiro hoshi made a comment that the costume looked normal on tachibana since it fit him well and tachibana joked that he wears something similar to their costume on a daily basis to work LOL

next was memories melodies, nanatsuiro realise and party time together ahahha the crowd was really engaged during these 3 songs!!! esp nanatsuiro realise~

welps then was wish voyage, which i missed a part of bc i went off for a bit, but there was a really big airplane balloon!! and it “flew off” halfway into their performance aw. i7 even commented that the airplane was “freely roaming” lol. this was the supposed end to the live!

then encore! started off with thank you for your everything, the 7 members were all so hyped aaa they were running around the stage and hyping everyone up again!!!! and they still sang so well orz these people with such amazing voice control....kenn didnt really care though lol he just shouted his lyrics HAHAHA

natsu shiyouze! lol they grabbed water guns and started spraying water at the audience which was a reason why some of them forgot to sing their parts LOL. re:vale was called out in the second half of the song!

hmm more mc, people were crying because this segment was touching and them seiyuus really know how to make a speech....most memorable for me was when egu borrowed nagi’s words and asked the crowd “are you happy?” im so weak for him...and wing cried omg i cri too.... (announcement was i7 compilation album, re:vale’s 1st album and anime second season lol)

last!!! was welcome future world, and they asked the audience to sing together with them in their last song and everyone was so happy and hyped singing along with them orz how not to sing with them when they look so happy....

then when they finished all their songs, they went around saying thank you to the entire venue, bowing and waving and being so happy and grateful to everyone when everyone was instead grateful to them for holding such a great live.....

at the end, they stood on the main stage, held hands and without their mics, said their final “arigatou gozaimasu!” and it signaled the end as the curtain(?) closed on them as they kept bending down to wave goodbye to the audience lol.

Not gonna lie, Axca kinda felt like Black Widow in Civil War with the amount of side switching she did; I want to know her motives??? And the other Generals??? Please??? i want an episode dedicated to them that’d be so cool like them trying to start over and stuff 

WHEN THEY ALL BONDED WITH THEIR LIONS THAT LINEUP SHOT WAS DOOOOOPE ngl I loved lance and keith next to each other that was such a cool shot of them and the whole team 

also where did Matt go?  He didn’t go back with his dad so I guess he was off on another rebel mission?  idk maybe someone ask at a panel where he went 

same with the Blades like I guess they were off doing other missions and didn’t bother to check in oops

tbh, this season was awesome.  Did we get all the interactions we wanted? not really.  Was it kind of battle heavy? yea.  But was there serious character development? H E L L YES.  Even though there were a lot of Keith and Shiro centered episodes the paladins screen time felt more balanced, at least to me.  Even though most of Lance’s stuff was angst about Allura I still feel like he got to grow as a person from it and he’s starting to become someone who comforts others and really be there for the team.  All we need now is for them to reciprocate and support him when he’s feeling down.  I cannot wait to see what the crew has in store for us and I can’t wait for them to get back to earth it’s going to be so interesting!!!

BTIMFL Review

This is long and it goes from Negative to Positive, and then to Negative... and then to Positive. I guess you’ll see if you decide to read it. Also it’s very long. warning. Also it’s disorganized and i don’t have time to spam the drama for now but i will later just a warning ok also spoilers and this is just my opinion you don’t have to agree with it. here it is:

It was an okay drama. I probably wouldn’t watch it again though, because there were a lot of things that I still had questions about and although the ending was nice, it was not that great, in my opinion. When I was reading the captions/subtitles when Jiho was talking (whether it was the background voice or just her speaking), half the time I ended up not even understanding anything she was saying and I started zoning out .-. Of course, there were cute scenes and scenes that made me smile. There were also scenes where it hurt my heart and I teared up at (like when Sooji’s mom told her that her legs were holding Sooji back from being with her boyfriend LIKE THAT SCENE UGH. MY HEART.) Cute scenes where Jiho was smiling and everything made me really happy :’))))) honestly idek why she decided to terminate the contract bc she twisted and turned with her words so much that i got lost and i was like man, i need a new GPS system. Anyways. The characters were great! The plot? the storyline...???? idk. the scenes also cut off weirdly. everything about this drama is weird. even the whole contract that Sehee and Jiho made to live together/get married and have like nothing else... that was weird. I told my friend and she was like “marriages are more like contracts of loyalty rather than contracts of businesses” and although it wasn’t a business... it wasn’t... i guess it was for loyalty? man idek what im talking about. it was weird that’s all i have to say. what really tugged my heartstrings was when Jiho came back and Sehee was like “no ur just a dream, this is so cruel. but i love this dream, please never leave” aND LIKE JIHO SAW HIM CRY LIKE BRUHHHHHH SAME HERE MAN I WAS LIKE UGHFHFHHHHH JIHO!!!!! my love :( seriously... Jiho... idk who plays Jiho but i remembered her from D Day and in this drama she looks so beautiful. ok here comes the positives im so excited. the lighting... especially the lighting when it came onto Jiho’s eyes (or anyone’s really) WAS SO. PRETTY. WTFFFFFFF honestly she’s so beautiful. I loved her hairstyle, I want to draw her. I suck at drawing but literally @Jiho ur my muse now. i loved the hair and makeup and the lighting so soooo much in the drama. I loved Jiho’s pink coat at the end of the drama, and I surprisingly liked her wedding gown at the beginning of the drama when they first got married. I love Jiho’s shy smiles, she looked like an actually bunny!!! I love everything about her! ok maybe im talking about the actress more than the character BUT STILL. she’s so pretty ;(( Sehee’s pretty cool. Everytime he made a facial expression, I found it hilarious bc he was always keeping the same face in every episode. Idk how he did it. but he’s amazing. i loved when CEO Ma came up behind him and was about to surprise him but then he said Jungmin? AND SEHEE LITERALLY SCREAMED AND ALMOST KILLED CEO MA ok maybe not that far but he almost whacked him in the face lol. the way he got surprised made me laugh. throughout most of the drama though, he had red eyes and from my experience, everytime i’ve had red eyes is when i havent slept enough... i hope the actor who plays him gets a lot more sleep :( CEO Ma. I love him so much. One of my favorite characters. He was so pure honestly and he deserved everything. I’m glad he was there for Sooji, and everything he did for her. It was weird because Sooji didnt want him to intrude on her life but he did it anyway, and in such a romantic way too? I thought he’d be somewhat annoying about it but he was sincere and such a gentleman. Love u CEO Ma. Please continue on your being nice path. Sooji. Very harsh, difficult... she scared me at times. But I loved how badass she was. i would probably be afraid to approach her but i would love to have her as a friend. she’s tough, but sometimes i think she needs a break from life ;( glad she started her own business and quit her job (even though i would’ve loved to see her quit sooner and have a flourishing business) Wonseok.... and Horang :(((((((((((( SERIOUSLY RELATIONSHIP GOALS. Despite the arguing THEY WERE SO CUTE TOGETHER. I loved them so much. It was so weird when they broke up and it felt so wrong, but they got back together in the end... it was weird. like i said, this whole drama is weird. BUT MINSEOK PLAYED IN THIS AHHHH GOOD JOB MINSEOK!!!! Horang is literally gorgeous. so so beautiful, and her smile BLINDS you, god. she’s so pretty. Overall, this drama was okay. ALSO OMG I FORGOT TO MENTION Bok Nam. he’s kinda cute. i wished Lee Hyunwoo played him. he’s adorable in my eyes. Bok Nam was really fishy at the start with him knowing everything SO I WAS SO SURPRISED WHEN HE WASNT THE KIDNAPPER WTF? dude u played that part so well, good JOB. i fell for it. we all fell for it. anyways, at the beginning the drama, Jiho was in a group where she was the assistant writer and honestly i didnt understand anything that she went through with her writing and stuff, all i know is that 1) she wasnt enjoying her position because the other writer kept crossing everything out on her story and making it her own, 2) the guy who had flirted with her for three years and got a FRICKING GIRLFRIEND ended up almost raping her while he was drunk like you deserve to eat dirt. good bye. glad Se hee kicked his ass at the end of the drama (which also made me angry because WOW. it took THIS long for him to come and apologize AND THAT HE SAID HE DIDNT MEAN TO?? WHAT?!!?! son u had every intention of doing that to her that night dont u even dare cover it up with any bs excuse, ur poop now) and to bring back the third point, 3) the writing team tried to get Jiho back WITH HER FRICKING RAPIST AND SHE DECLINED I WAS LIKE YES DONT DO THIS TO YOURSELF YOU DESERVE BETTER IM SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!!! overall. it was an okay drama. didn’t like the almost rape part. didnt like how the scenes were cut weirdly. didnt like how the contract was made and how jiho explained her way of things (even towards the end, her mom was like “i dont understand you” or smth and i was like omfg same thank goodness im not the only one), and didnt like how jiho explained the divorce. but the scenes where you could see sehee and jiho get closer together (the kimchi and the ocean and the looking forward to seeing your husband on the bus, waiting for you, saving a seat for you like son....... that’s so cuTEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! ALSO WOOSEOK AND HORANGS RELATIONSHIP. minus the bickering and the fact that Horang tried to change Wooseok.. being together 7 years and being happy for that long is amazing. i loved when wooseok called Horang Rang. it was so pretty. i love sooji’s and CEO MA OMG HE’S SO GREAT. I WOULD GIVE HIM EVERYTHING. So glad he was there for sooji. the characters and their relationships together were so great, i really liked it a lot. but the plot was just ahhh.... it could’ve been better. that’s all. i give it a 6.8/10. maybe a 7, but not quite a 7. thank u for reading. hope this mess makes sense :/

OKAY i have so much to say about dm3 so here’s my #Thoughts (spoilers) IT’S REALLY REALLY LONG

OKAY i’m basically doin this off the cuff scene by scene from memory (i’ve seen it twice) but also touching on just. aspects of the movie as i think of them.

i’m gonna start by saying what everyone knows but idc i’ll say it until the end of time: I LOVE FELONIUS GRU SO MUCH OHHH MY GOD HIS EXISTENCE MAKES MY LIFE GOOD

ALSO!!!! RLY MAD AT THE MARKETING OF THIS MOVIE BC IT COMPLETELY /LIES/ ABOUT GRU’S INTENTIONS!!! HE HAS NO INTENTIONS OF GOING BACK TO VILLAINY AT ALL THROUGHOUT THE MOVIE HIS ENTIRE PLAN IS TO STEAL THE DIAMOND BACK FROM BALTHAZAR TO GET HIS+LUCY’S JOBS BACK SO BASICALLY GRU IS PERFECT 

oky so i thought the movie was RLY GOOD it basically does everything good that the first two movies do. the girls are in this more than 2 which is a big improvement. 2 may always be my favorite just bc it’s mostly abt grucy but 2 has the biggest flaw of them all (it’s fuckin racist as hell) so at least dm3 isn’t as...flawed.

it’s main problem is that it’s got a looot goin on, which is kinda common for sequels (especially third movies onward) bc they gotta give existing characters that everyone knows/likes plots/development while also establishing/developing new characters. i don’t really mind this so much bc i like all the characters in this movie a lot. i do like some plots/subplots more than others but i personally was never like. overwhelmed. the only subplot i didn’t rly care about was the minions one but i’ll talk abt that later. it’s not terrible tho.

MY main problem (basically the only thing that bothers me when i watch the movie) is how soooo fast paced it is. like, i get that the other movies kind of are too, but i can think of multiple parts of this movie where it just would’ve been better to just. let stuff sit? like okay, i have some examples that i’ll address when i get to them.

okay actually goin scene by scene now

first scene is good it’s basically just the first trailer but longer. i’ve said this before but i had the clownfish part it’s the worst part of the whole movie. but at least it’s only like two seconds. agents grucy is still my reason for existence and i’m kinda salty they never called back to that but i’m still blessed. balthazar is honestly so fuckin funny and Truthfully i liked the part when he blasts (naked) gru away with his keytar way better in the actual movie than in the trailer bc playing jump by van halen during that part was fucking HYSTERICAL.

gru...is so fucking funny and extra. “i don’t want to waste another breath on him. AND ANOTHER THING!!!” honey please chill. also “you’re making me nervous” BABY NO

okaaay buuuuuut the scene after they get fired slays me. “honey, you didn’t have to do that, i know how much you love your job” “well, there are some things i love more” LITERALLY MURDER MY ASS GRUCY IS MY REASON FOR LIVING

also catch my ass overanalyzing what gru says and tracing it back to lucy’s backstory (her parents were killed by supervillains when she was very young for those who don’t spend their free time researching everything about dm canon). she didn’t just love her job bc it was fun, it had significant meaning to her and just. excuse me I’M NOT CRYIN

“we should really tell the girls...can you do it?” girl same

the luau scene isn’t new to me so i don’t have much to say except that I Love My Daughters More Than Life Itself.

OKAY OKAY BUT here’s an example of the too fast paced parts i’m talkin about. when gru tells the girls that he and lucy lost their jobs, i read the jr novel before i saw the movie and i thought that part would be/should’ve been slower. like when he goes “lucy and i were invited to...not work at the avl anymore.” like? it just felt like he’d be a little more hesitant when telling him. just felt like it should’ve had a tiny bit more weight to it.

also “and let’s NOT go to katie’s house anymore.”

listen. i don’t hate the minions catch my ass defending them most of the time but i’m so salty at them in this movie. i get that their purpose is to serve the baddest villain but they’ve been with gru for like 45 YEARS THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE FAMILY!!!!! aso gru has been away from villainy for like more than a year so can they just chill please. these minions ain’t loyal.

I KNEW DR. NEFARIO WAS GONNA BE FROZEN IN CARBONITE BC JR NOVEL BUT I DIDN’T REALIZE HE WAS GONNA BE IN THE EXACT SAME POSE AS HAN SOLO SO I LOST MY SHIT. AND WE NEVER SEE HIM GET UNFROZEN SO IS HE LIKE GONE FOREVER? RIP I GUESS

the take on me scene was soooo goddamn funny

lucy comforting gru saved my life. that scene was actually well paced it wasn’t rushed but it didn’t go on longer than it needed to. a+ scene.

i knew from the trailers that agnes was gonna sell her unicorn but i didn’t know she was gonna look so SAD WHEN SHE DID IT THAT DESTROYED ME

uhhh skippin a few scenes bc whatever. stuff we know from trailers. OH OH but “YOU TOLD ME MY DAD DIED OF DISAPPOINTMENT WHEN I WAS BORN” WHAT THE FUUUUUCK I LAUGHED BUT GOD WHY IS SHE SO MEAN

lucy on the plane tryin to engage with the girls. i’m so sad pls just let her feel like a mom.

gru’s private part

the first scene in dru’s house reminded me that illumination’s lighting is always KILLER that scene was so beautifully lit 

DRUUUU INTERACTING WITH THE GIRLS WAS HONESTLY SOOO CUTE?? esp the part with agnes it just felt like genuine kid dialogue. i love. and “SHE’S 12 SHE LOOKS 12 AND SHE WILL ALWAYS BE 12″ oh honey (but same)

OKAY the most bothered i was by the pacing in this movie was when gru was like “lucy can i get a fuckin uhhhh leave i feel like garb” and lucy was like “honey just deal”. that’s another part i read in the jr novel and thought would have more. emotion to it. like it didn’t need to be heavy or anything but i remember feeling really sad when i read gru say “i feel worse than i did when i came here” but in the movie it just kinda flew by? ESPECIALLY bc lucy was immediately like “well, he’s your brother just try to get along with him”. like, okay, you just had a scene of gru venting to lucy about feeling like a failure so you’d think if she found out meeting dru made gru feel worse she’d be like “oh no i’m sorry this isn’t what you were expecting and you feel even worse now” like she doesn’t need to say any of that but even just. a pause and a facial expression can say a lot. just a look of sympathy and then trying to cheer him up or be more optimistic like “well he is your brother and you were so excited to meet him and you only just met like you might eventually be glad you did this” that kinda thing. it was just sooo rushed it felt like nothing when it should’ve felt like Something bc lucy knows gru’s been feeling bad and just. a little sympathy would’ve been nice and still could’ve led to the same conclusion. but shit we gotta save time for the minions musical number i guess.

speaking of that i’m just gonna talk about that subplot in one bullet point. it was the one i cared about the least and had nothing to do with anything really. i’ll admit the singing part is kinda funny bc idk what it is but they always have good song choices for when the minions sing. like make em laugh in the minions movie and now modern major general like yeah those are minion songs yknow. and okay it is kinda funny when they’re in prison bc they just IMMEDIATELY show them and they’re like runnin the place. i figured there’d be some kinda transition but nope they get there and they rule the prison. also the first class/coach separation in the plane was funny but i have to wonder what dictates whether a minion ends in first class or coach. but yeah like i said i don’t really caaaaare and i’m salty over the minions leavin gru anyway so fuck em.

OH OH OH BUT THE PART WHERE MEL MISSES GRU AND IS REMEMBERING GOOD TIMES WITH HIM LITERALLY MADE ME CRY GRU IS SUCH AN ANGEL!!!!! THAT WAS ONE OF MY FAVE SCENES

i don’t have much to say abt the scenes with gru and dru except i like them and i like their interactions. i didn’t think i’d like dru as much as i did  tho i do see how people could find him annoying. i guess i’m just like. well i’m lucy and he’s part of my family so yes i love him.

BAR NONE THE FUNNIEST AND JUST MOST CHARMING SCENE IN THE WHOLE MOVIE WAS GRU AND DRU PRETENDING TO BE EACH OTHER. everything about that scene gives me life. it was sooo genuine and natural like when they couldn’t keep it up and just burst out laughing. they’re adorable i love my husband and my brother-in-law they’re such children. i just love that it was gru’s idea bc you know when he was thinkin about twin stuff on the plane ride there he was like ‘omg what if we switched places and pretended to be each other to fool ppl omg that’s a twin thing’ but it was so obvious bc kids can get away with that but they’re in their fuckin 50s you fools.

THAT REMINDS ME steve carell was honestly so good in this movie. like he’s always good as gru but he was rly good as dru too like obviously they sounded similar but i was never watching it and thinking “oh this is steve carell talking to himself” like he voiced both characters well and obvs they had different personalities and that rly came through and just. i love you sexy grey hair steve carell.

scene with gru and agnes was so damn pure just. everything i want out of a scene with gru and agnes. thank u illumination for my life.

gonna talk abt the agnes subplot in one bullet point bc there’s not much to it. basically i love my daughter, she’s an angel, and i like that we just. have a goat now. also another animation highlight in the scene where she and edith are in the forest looking for the unicorn. that forest was gorgeous. and again, beautifully lit.

also how did balthazar perfectly mimic lucy’s voice? when he was disguised as the museum guy it was clearly trey parker doing another south park voice but WHATEVER

while i’m thinkin abt it trey parker was fine as balthazar i guess like he was funny but i used to watch a looot of south park so i would so often just her the south park in his voice and i was like Alright

THE CLIMAX OF THIS MOVIE MURDERED MY ASS!!!!! i looooove this movie’s climax it’s easily the best of the dm franchise. i never wanted to murder balthazar with my bare hands more than when he left the girls for dead and tried to kill an unconscious gru with a giant lazer. i was SHOOKETH. lucy jumpin across the giant bubble gum...balls or whatever to save the girls was the BEST SHIT. dru saving gru was so good i’m so proud of him...love my brother-in-law. and the dance fight with gru and balthazar SAVED!!! CINEMA!!! i was screamin oh my god..i know y’all know i love gru with everything i am but y’all he’s SO GOOD IN THE CLIMAX OF THIS MOVIE

SO IN SUMMARY hi i’m lucy wilde, and my husband and daughters are absolutely everything to me. as a viewer balthazar is the most entertaining dm villain bar none (overkills excluded obvs), but as lucy wilde i hope he fucking dies for trying to kill my family. dru is a good brother-in-law and is also a gay icon. this movie came out in pride month for a reason. dru (a gay male) and lucy (a pan woman) are true mlm/wlw solidarity.

You both do this thing where he would play soft music in your home, the empty practice room, anywhere private really, and you would just hold hands and feel the music, swaying happily in each other’s arms

So anyway, back to the proposal

I doubt Chan would be exactly willing have a GRAND, ROMANTIC proposal that involves all the preparations and all that stuffs

And he wouldn’t tell the boys when he’s planning to propose

Because he really doesn’t want them to freak out or become super overbearing or anything like that

Also because he wants this moment to be special just for you and only the both of you

It’ll just be like any other day, you both will be taking a relaxing walk through the gardens

Kids are already home for dinner now so it’s pretty deserted, but oh so romantic with flowers readily blooming at the peak of spring

Maybe he’d be having a bad day at practice, so you’d bring him out to relax and unwind after work

And he feels so lucky that you’re always looking out for him and taking care of him

Hand in hand you’d bring him to a small but prettily lit pavilion

“It’s really nice here, isn’t it?” you tell him.

“Would you like to dance with me?”

And he does, slipping your hands into his you both waltz to a slow, melodious song, his body behind yours, his chin on your shoulder

You can feel the timbre of his voice when he lightly hums to the song, and it makes you so soft and it takes all you could to not melt in his arms

He’d start planting little butterfly kisses down your neck and you laugh in protest because it tickles.

And your laugh is just melodious to his ears. He wants nothing more than to be able to wake up to this every morning.

So he tightens his hold on you and sighs ever so blissfully, “God, I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”

You chuckle again, “You flatter me, Chan.” But the look in his eyes were dead serious and so full of emotion. “I mean it, I want to be with you forever.”

And he gets down on one knee.

“I know I don’t really have everything prepared… I’m not the most well-endowed, nor am I the most talented, but I’ll try my damnedest best to make you the happiest girl on Earth, so please...

“Will you be my dance partner for the rest of my life?”

Your only response is gleefully throwing your arms around his neck, and he happily lifts you off your feet and swings you around the pavilion, planting sweet kisses along your jawline (like how Ruby does alsjflkjfsaf) as you both celebrate.
