Steve not caring much about his health or body until he meets reader!! Yes he works out and runs but it’s more to let off steam than anything else. Also, in a world where he’s not really up to par with technology it’s not like there’s much else for him to do.

To him, his body is just some science experiment that he knows looks good, but only cares about when it comes to helping people.

He meets reader and is suddenly so worried about how aging will affect him! He wants to live with reader the rest of his life. Goes to Bruce asking how to get his body on the same timeline (if that makes since) with reader because he can’t even believe he fell in love again, he can’t stand the thought of outliving her too.

Wants to make sure his golden locks are thick enough for her to run her hands through for years and years to come. Wants to make sure his stamina can keep up with hers to go round and round on nights where they can’t stay away from each other.

Wants to have babies with her, but not seem like some weird perv as reader & the babies grow older.

Stays up so many nights wishing how he could just.. be on the same wavelength as her. Wishes he could undo it as soon as he meets her so they can be on the same biological clock.

Wakes up with tears in his eyes at the thought of watching another love grow old without him.

Who really is Suiren?

LN14 SPOILERS

I have a theory that Suiren is part of the Mi clan.

It’s pointed out so often how sharp she is. Maomao, Taomei, Maamei and Chue, all highly intelligent and strong ladies, are scared of her. Jinshi says at some point that not even Maomao can get the best of her. She even discovered that Maomao’s ticklish.

It’s just so convenient that she entered the Rear Palace just when a scared 10 years old Anshi was hiding her pregnancy and she was the one who discovered it and started protecting her and the baby from assassins.

When Maomao hears about it for the first time she thinks it’s fiction, showings how unbelievable it sounds.

We know the Mi clan are people trained to serve and protect the Imperial family. I think it’s safe to assume that the Empress Regnant wanted to make sure her son had at least one heir. Maybe she suspected Anshi was pregnant or hoped that some of the girls were so she sent Suiren to check and protect any girl who was expecting. And Suiren found Anshi.

Suiren just had Ah duo so she was perfect for the job. She could bond with Anshi and be her child’s wet nurse. She would be close enough to the baby to protect him.

Funnily enough, right before Maomao hears about this “legendary lady-in-waiting” she is told about how consorts were using ladies-in-waiting as spies.

Maybe off topic, but 1987's demo of J&H musical could make a classic Disney movie, at least in my opinion. It's nothing like the original book, but oh how I love this version.

I mean, just listen to it: you could get rid of inappropriate words in a few songs, and you'll get that love movie Disney did billions of times but with a protagonist that is also an antagonist.

as much as i love au fics, it’s hard for me to get behind castiel as anything but an angel (or maybe former angel).

his connection to the host and his relationship with god as God™️ AND father is such a huge part of his character for me!! especially in destiel fics where it serves as a contrast to his devotion to dean, you feel me??
