I theorize one of two things

The person under King Bowser who gave him the I.Q test purposefully fudged the numbers to make him happy

Bowser doesn't know how I.Q scores work and made up a large number off the top of his head

I'm leaning toward option 2, considering that even the most brilliant minds rarely score above 180. Depending on the canon I'd give Bowser an 130 I.Q max, and that's being generous.

I'm seriously going mental over this Rus' and Russia distinction. The precise reason Peter the Great changed the name from Moscovy to the Russian Empire was to establish a direct connection to the rich history of Kyivan Rus' and assert the claim as the sole true descendant of the Rurik dynasty. His thought process went like this: to build a formidable empire, a strong historical foundation is needed. I’ve been thinking about avatar the last airbender again lately and I can’t decide if Zuko is just one of the most powerful fire benders in history or a spirit is protecting his dumb ass when he decided to jump into below zero water and swam like a mile. After being exploded no less.

In the later seasons, it seems that fire benders normally can’t keep themselves that warm to not die in cold temperatures. That was the point of the coolers, it was supposed to freeze a fire benders core temperature so much, they just wouldn’t be able to bend right? And considering how awful that prison was, I would assume it has killed more then one fire bender to be tossed into there for long periods of time.

Like I can imagine being in just normal snow, they would be fine with a limited amount of time but Zuko himself nearly died in the blizzard proving cold can kill fire benders

But no listen, even the most badass person can’t swim that long in that freezing temperature of water. Even if he did survive, he should have been pretty unable to walk after getting out of the water since his body would likely go into shock.

I know it’s a cartoon but it does treat its world very seriously. So that either means that Zuko technically has such powerful bending in him he could just shrug off a light little swim in frozen sea water or his guardian angel spirit is always on constant alert and that was a big code red day for him

sometimes, in conversations regarding john, and comparing him to other characters, people like to utilize smarts in a battle. for example, we have bruce wayne, batman, whatever. and they’re like “well he’s so smart.”

okay well john deceived satan. respectfully i think that john constantine, the unkillable cockroach (or. at least. he won’t stay that way if he does have a death), could deceive the batman. just because he has degrees does not make him smart. like i have a degree. i cannot outsmart john constantine.

sorry it’s one of those things i keep picking up on. sure yeah batman could beat his ass in hand to hand. it’s john. he’s not a fighter like that. but i hate that people like to say batman’s so smart he can never be tricked. he’s brilliant, but there’s a difference between like. what john’s world and outsmarting people looks like there, and then trying to compare it to batman’s relatively nonmagical world with another type of outsmarting. but that’s just me.

movie touga makes me so beyond insane. the way he got to inhabit the role of the doomed prince exactly like dios did in the series and died in the same senseless sacrificial way while someone he loved begged him to save himself. the way he suffered and suffered and was so brutalized and still somehow stayed gentle enough to drown for a girl he didnt even know. a version of touga that held onto his kindness and nobility and never turned bitter and hard in order to survive. so he died.
