hi all!! we're recruiting for our scanlation group, teddyscans! we're currently urgently seeking:

jpn -> eng translators, especially for umi ni nemuru hana, a historical bl manga by nakamura shungiku. since this is a historical series, knowledge of historical japanese language + culture is a plus, but not required. translators for junjou or junai romantica are also in need!

we would also appreciate support with:

cleaning, especially for those comfortable with working from physical raws!

numbering, which requires no fancy software and helps improve access for those who cannot use snapchat to access our scanlations!

Am I the only one who finds it kind of sweet that Akihiko's pen name for his BL novels (Akikawa Yayoi) is a combination of his first name and Aikawa's last name? I'm not sure if Nakamura did that on purpose, but I like to think it's because Aikawa plays an important role in the creation of the Junai Romantica novels.

The audio track from the appendix to the Summer 2015 Ciel Emerald Magazine! From what I can gather it’s related to the portion of Junai Volume 8 where Takahiro and Misaki are wolves (basically just human with animal ears in this case lol) and Usami is a regular human.

Akihiko recommends they watch the newly television film adapted from his boys love series “Junai Romantica”. Akihiko leaves before Misaki realizes that it’s actually about Suzuki Misaki , from his BL series. Sneaky Usagi, makes me laugh a little but I mostly feel bad for poor Misaki 😭😳🤗❤️

hello all! as you may have noticed, this account has been inactive for some quite some time! as most of our staff is inactive/no longer with us, we have stopped scanlating. i, scan person naomi, don’t really know what our projects were 💀 but this includes sekaiichi hatsukoi and ameiro paradox. these projects are free to pick up for whoever’s interested in continuing translations!

however! i, scan person naomi, will continue working on junai romantica and and then i know love (the only two projects i’m personally interested in 💀). if any jpn -> eng translators or cleaners (or just scan groups in general lol) are interested in helping me with these, please dm me @juroguro​! i’ll make a separate blogs for scan stuff eventually lol
