hi all!! we're recruiting for our scanlation group, teddyscans! we're currently urgently seeking:

jpn -> eng translators, especially for umi ni nemuru hana, a historical bl manga by nakamura shungiku. since this is a historical series, knowledge of historical japanese language + culture is a plus, but not required. translators for junjou or junai romantica are also in need!

we would also appreciate support with:

cleaning, especially for those comfortable with working from physical raws!

numbering, which requires no fancy software and helps improve access for those who cannot use snapchat to access our scanlations!

no previous experience is required for these roles + we have no harsh deadlines/work around your schedule! please dm me @juroguro or @/fishysama on discord if you're interested!

I just think that it's wild that out of all the JRSiH that would have some three-way link is fucking UsaMisa and ToriChia of all pairs... WE ARE BEING TEASED FROM POTENTIAL INTERACTIONS!!

Btw by of three-way link I mean their relation to Sentiment and the fact that the ukes of Romantica, Domestica, and Sentiment are Hardcore The Kan fanboys + each pair contains the best-selling authors of Marukawa aka the most-difficult to handle authors

We need some kind of Usami-sensei and Yoshikawa-sensei mutualism (Usagi writes Junai Domestica and Yoshino writes new manga inspired by Romantica. Both Misaki and Tori are unhappy with that development)

JR Manga: Chapter 55 Act 22:

Akihiko recommends they watch the newly television film adapted from his boys love series “Junai Romantica”. Akihiko leaves before Misaki realizes that it’s actually about Suzuki Misaki , from his BL series. Sneaky Usagi, makes me laugh a little but I mostly feel bad for poor Misaki 😭😳🤗❤️
