ok chicos, ahorita que estoy en receso se me ocurrió asignarle un platillo típico de mi pueblo a cada personaje de junjou romantica (si me dan ganas y me queda tiempo, hago el de sih)

Misaki - Pupusas

Misaki es como una pupusa, todos lo aman. Nadie odia las pupusas y si no te gustan te miran raro.

Nowaki - Empanada de leche

La gente rara vez come empanadas de frijol, a todos les gusta las de leche pq son dulces pero no empalagosas. Siempre caen bien a cualquier hora, ya sea como desayuno, cena o un postre.

A simple vista no parecen ser tan ricas, pero una vez las pruebas ya te encantan

Asahina - Pastelitos de pollo/carne

Increiblemente infravalorados. Perfectamente es uno de los mejores platillos pero nadie lo admite pq nadie le presta tanta atención. Es raro ver gente comiendo pastelitos... Tal vez por su aspecto que no se ve tan rico

Hiroki - Quesadilla

Puede ser un postre bastante conocido pero aún así no es de los favoritos. Quizás es porque no es empalagoso, tiene su toque salado y no todo el mundo lo disfruta

Shinobu - Chocolate artesanal

Una de las bebidas favoritas de todo el mundo. Un dulce agradable mezclado con tantita amargura que lo hace perfecto.

hello my first class was cancelled and im bored so im gonna assign a sanrio character to each sihjr character bc why not :) (some of these are very carefully thought, some of these… are not)

-misaki as hello kitty (he’s like the main character™️ and they are both 5 apples tall and nice <3)

-usagi as cinnamoroll (the blue eyes and white fur reminded me of usagis grey hair and purple eyes,,)

-ritsu as my melody (and takano gets to be kuromi)

-takano as kuromi (and ritsu gets to be my melody)

-hiroki as badtz maru (they both always look angry for some reason)

-nowaki as pekkle (i like that pekkle is a duck bc it reminds me of the egoist ducklings also they are both very nice ^^)

-kisa as wish me mell (i like that wish me mell’s thing to help young girls express their feelings kinda translates into kisa’s job as a shoujo manga editor. And i like that she is very shy even if she doesn’t look like it bc thats kinda like kisa too. But ngl the main reason is just bc my heart told me to(?)

-yukina as usahana (they are both colorful!!! and also usahana was made to brighten up sad office people, which is kinda what yukina does to kisa uvu)

-miyagi as pompompurin (to be super duper honest, miyagi was the last one i did and i realized i hadnt assigned purin to nobody yet so xd but personality wise it kinda works i think)

-shinobu as cogimyun (this one was a bit tricky ngl. idk, somehow cogimyuns fragility resonates with shinobus easiness to get all emotional… to me? and also i find it funny that cogimyun wants to be an onigiri without knowing what that is bc her grandpa likes them, bc it is to me kinda like how shinobu insists on cooking for miyagi without knowing how bc he loves him u3u)

-chiaki as gudetama (do i even need to say anything?)

-hatori as tuxedo sam (this one is very stupid kdhsjdhsfhshdj tuxedo sam owns 365 bowties, one for every day… kinda like how hatori gets to wear a suit almost every day of his life :))

-isaka as marumofubiyori (they both like to be warm and do nothing at home)

-asahina as marroncream (brown haired, kinda old, really nice and painfully underrated…..)

-yokozawa as chococat (this is indeed a reference to sorata)

-kirishima as pochacco (to quote the hello kitty wikia: “he is a curious and clumsy dog who sometimes sticks his nose in where it isn’t wanted”. I rest my case :))

-yuu as keroppi (i dont get it either but i saw keroppi and just thought “yanase :)” jdhdjdhdjdh and i like the idea of assigning my fave sanrio character to one of my faves in sihjr <33)

-ijuuin as hangyodon (“a nice guy who likes to make other laugh but has a soft spot and doesn’t like to be alone…” yeah)

Ay no amigos, Misaki es la personificación de la palabra resolver. El tipo puede estar todo acabado económicamente y aún así seguiría resolviendo Y NO SOLO RESUELVE EN EL SENTIDO ECONÓMICO !! Se me hace que él es de esos que te ven que estás que te lleva la verga y te ayuda como sea para que puedas descansar. Mi raiting es de 1000/10

Chicos yo amo mucho a Hiroki pero siento que no resuelve mucho 😭. Se me hace que de la pena no hace NADOTA o termina buscando la manera de ayudar indirectamente y en el peor de los casos ps complica más las cosas. Yo le doy un 6/10 nada más porque tiene buenas intenciones pero es medio pendejito ☹️🩷

Shinobu

Yo lo quiero mucho y todo pero se me hace que no puede hacer ni mierda JAJSJD 😭. Me cae que al igual que Ritsu, que nació en cuna de oro, no sabe hacer muchas cosas por sí solo; me da vibes de ese capítulo de Alejo y Valentina en la que dice "vengo a hacer un trámite" y cuando le preguntan cuál responde "no sé, cuáles tiene?" 😭. Creo que en su defensa ps está chiquito y mi hc es que por eso todavía ocupa que Miyagi lo lleve a hacer trámites

Yo le doy un 3/10 porque siento que al menos hace el intento de ayudar

Siento que él y Shinobu te pueden ayudar económicamente, pero nunca lo pongas a hacer algo muy complejo que te queda mal JAJSJS. Siento que el maje tiene complejo de payasito y a veces no te va a tomar muy en serio 💔

Creo que es muy obvio que él no te va a poder resolver en situaciones que involucren cocinar, limpiar o algo por el estilo pero en cuestión de dinero te resuelve ASAP

Uffff, a mi me cae que si hicieran un premio al que más resuelve, fijo que él estaría nominado. En sus épocas de estudihambre puede q no resolvía mucho con el dinero, pero ahora que ya está más cerca de ser doctor ya tiene más dinero para resolver en ese sentido. Lo único negativo es que ps el dundo es doctor y las 24 horas del día no son suficientes para él 😞

Yo le doy un 8/10

Creo que por ser de los más viejitos me cae que resuelve pero no mucho. A veces le cuesta entender el problema y llega a hacer las cosas peor o simplemente no se da cuenta 💀💀

Since Nowaki was still a teen when he got together with Hiroki I'm sure his hormones must have been something else entirely back then. He doesn't strike me as a type to date seriously unless head over heels, so I highly doubt he had any experience prior (demi?). To the hell, Hiroki might have as well been his first - not just sexual experience but sexual fantasy altogether.

So it's like a dam exploded and gravity of unruly libido crashed on him. He's thrown into uncharted waters. Nowaki would try to control himself around Hiroki to a degree but it'd be futile. If they just as much as hug or Hiroki blushes at something he did or said it'll be all over. His body would start reacting and since such predicaments are completely novel to Nowaki he wouldn't know how to hold it. So each time he drops by for tutoring they end up bed - for hours and hours.

And that too wouldn't be an issue - if they didn't meet sporadically due to busy lifestyles. Nowaki would start worrying Hiroki might think it's just lust, in spite of all showering with affections (he doesn't think that but does berate Nowaki for acting like a horny dog). He's obsessed with catching up with Hiroki, acting like a mindless hormonal teenager is the complete opposite of winning over someone older and way more mature (at least in Nowaki's eye). Thus he would try putting some distance until he 'fixes' the issue; out of overtop worry, of course. Needless to say it makes matters even worse. Now he can't even focus on studies and numerous part time jobs because he's frustrated in all sorts of way.

Now they have another issue on shoulders because Hiroki is prone to jumping to conclusions. He thinks lust wore off and that Nowaki now sees him for a grumpy mess that he is, thence ghosting as means of breaking up. Ouch. Truth to be told he fussed about having bones jumped nonstop but that was just a farce. Yes, he's worn out but in all candor being desired so ardently was flattering. For the first time he was feeling wanted, not merely sexually but emotionally too. Of course pride would never let Hiroki admit that outloud, but he liked it when Nowaki found most trivial things about him that arousing he couldn't control himself; so immature but that's how he felt. Maybe he should have been nicer to Nowaki while he had a chance. But it's too late now, he's reaping what he sowed.

Miscommunications greatest foe of theirs, they mop angst for some time (are communicating just over messages), until Hiroki decides to be direct for once in his prideful life and ironically instead of being upfront comes up with an excuse to invite Nowaki over. He forgot something or Hiroki has some issue at his place, something trivial Nowaki has no reason to refuse. So he comes over, they have some tense as hell conversation, all passive aggressive. Hiroki wants Nowaki to say 'it's over' directly to his face instead of resorting to these games uncharacteristic of him, just so he can pick up the pieces and move on.

Something would happen and in heat of a moment Hiroki would get close to Nowaki, either to stop him from leaving or just because he missed Nowaki's touch. It's been weeks, maybe even months, of course mere hug is enough to make Nowaki hard on spot. Alarms go off in his head. Despite not wanting to he tries to push Hiroki away - which alarms Hiroki in turn. He refuses to let go. In all that struggle he brushes leg against Nowaki's groin and brat cums in an instant.

Silence drops. Hiroki would be flabbergasted, Nowaki probably the most embarrassed he's ever been in his life. Alas, there's no skirting around the issue any longer. He comes clean about what's the problem and all concerns regarding being viewed as immature and shallow. Now it's Hiroki's turn to be embarrassed but let's be real, his ego would be stroked big time. He'd call Nowaki immature for his approach to the issue rather than issue itself; it's his own body, he can't help it. Hiroki would probably blush like some virgin bride and admit how he actually liked Nowaki's uncontrollable libido deep down and that's when he gets pounced. They have to make up for time lost.
