Hello Anon, tara jump 💙 #JumpforHealth nga sabe ni Jump Manila, ganorn 😊 hihi masaya sya. Alam mo, when I started jumping I can’t make 5 consecutive jumps. Tapos ayun practice lang everyday and eventually makakaya mo din. Basta andun ang determination 💙 Tapos Nabasa ko somewhere na 15minutes of doing jumprope can burn 200-300 calories 😊 tapos always remember na slow progress is still a progress 😍
Edit: Di pa din ako pro. Hahahaha nag eenjoy lang ako mag jump sa ngayon and dami ko pang di naaaral na basics, so better if you would do research din 😊
