Hello, this is rihter513 again, and in conclusion I would like to discuss my ideas in your fanfiction (since I now consider them as suggestions and not another version). So one of the ideas is to attack Chopsuey Jumby and get a database of experiments. The database is a Page replacement, so it's not necessary in your fanfiction. But how do you like the idea of attack 621 of experiment 622? He's already captured Jumba, but 622 might be as smart as Jumba, what do you think? 2) The concept of rehabilitation of all evil experiments. I read the messages in the archive and as for 000 and Dark End, I have to agree that they have nothing to do in the franchise, and to be honest, I don't like anime either, they corrupted the entire franchise and even the whole idea of ohana. As for the 627, you have written that the 621 will activate it when he needs it, but the question is will he ever need it? And will he be rehabilitated? You gave 621 and 629 such a chance, but what about 627? By the way, you also mentioned that 621 is jealous of all the subsequent experiments, and then why did he decide to hire 629? I just don't quite understand why he immediately accepted 629, but postponed 627. As for 628, it turns out he will never be rehabilitated because of his insensitivity?

1. 628 is a girl! And she will never be activated in Stitch and Ani. Her design was made for fun.

2. 621 is using Leroy after careful planning, and he doesn’t see Leroy as any different from the other experiments he’s using status-wise, whereas in 627’s case, 627 is a loose cannon, uncontrollable, and worse still, 627 seems stronger in many ways than 621. See, 621 is not keen on utilizing an experiment he both can’t control and may feel inferior to. Those are some of the reasons he’s wary about using 627 at first. Arti has other reasons, too - she may reply later. As for whether or not 621 will ever need to reactivate 627? That remains to be seen!

3. Who says 621 is getting a chance to be rehabilitated? We haven’t confirmed the end to his story yet! As for Leroy, yes, there are hints of feelings other than animal instinct, bitterness, and malice surfacing in him due to the influence of Page, and that may be a gateway to redemption - you’ll see! Maybe! But Jumba explicitly stated in-canon that 627 “absolutely, positively cannot be turned to good”, and we stick to that engineering here. 627 will not be doing what Jumba specifically said is impossible for him, because that would be considered OOC.

4. Page needs no database replacement, and Jumby will not be attacked by 621.

Thank you for the suggestions; I like your imagination, but we don’t need any suggestions! The story is settled.

Few things brought me so much joy at Christmastime as when my mother recounted the story of how her sister, my aunt, ran from the Jamaican masked masqueraders known as Jonkonnu and tripped over her own feet.

“Jonkonnu a come … Jonkonnu a come!” she would exclaim in her full-bodied reenactment of how my aunt dashed in fright at the announcement that this grim parade of masqueraders was quickly approaching their doorstep. My aunt would often be present for this retelling, cloaked in both shame and amusement. She would fight to withhold her smile, but it was hard to resist the humor. Once the air of amusement grew thin, my aunt would snidely say, “Mi still nuh like dem.”

What was the original thought that led to the creation of this character?

i wanted to make a curly little dragon character that liked to fly kites. she was a bit of an experiment in action lines- a mix of hard-angled wire frame and those curls you see around her ears and tail. the rest of the design was built around that stick figure lol.

3. What was the first thing you decided on, the character's name, appearance, personality or their role in the story?

i made up her appearance and the name came very quickly after. her personality came together in chunks over the course of years, and then i was like "ok. she should have a story" and in high school i sat down and made up a story about her, which is where her buddy evan came from. then in college i re-wrote the story after some things happened in my life that hurt me, and it took on a much more abruptly dark tone about jumbi recovering from her creator tormenting her. i think that's still going to be the skeleton of her story, but it doesn't get so bleak the way i would write it now.

4. And reverse, which one of the four things did you struggle with the most?

definitely her personality after changing the story. she's always been pretty perky and upbeat and high energy, "that sign can't stop me because i can't read!" energy, but i had to figure out how to temper that with her past and how she mellows out over the decades of her story.

A lot of freed slaves including my paternal 3rd great Grand Mother settled in St Mary's Village Diego Martin, known today as Covigne Road. Predominantly the Yoruba and Congo people settled in Covigne Road. There is a community named Congo Village that still exists today, even a cemetery where one side is for the burial of the Congo people and the other for the Yorubas. As the dismissal bell rang " bussing" through that cemetery after school was a normal short cut for me since I attended the Diego Martin Girls RC School, which bounds with the cemetery. A wall is now in place stopping all would be offenders..lol. I was told Ade Jeri , the name my 3rd great Grand Mother went by ( I'm still researching to get records of her full name ), always used to warn her relatives " Doh bury meh on dem people side, bury me in the Yoruba part.... I is Yoruba "

Maybe now you can understand my name " Ajetunmobi " and why I am proudly the way I am. It's in my DNA....

Queen Adelaide ( not sure if she was Yoruba or Congo ) was Queen of the Macaque Regiment ( freed Africans would form regiments which served the community in different ways e.g help families build homes etc). Historians believed that the Haitian revolution which took place in 1791 agitated and inspired other revolts throughout the Caribbean; however the planned retaliation of 1805 by the Africans in Trinidad against their slave masters never actualized. Adelaide along with others were found guilty of a conspiracy to revolt against the slave masters/plantation owners., Her punishment was working in chains for life with a 10lb iron ring affixed to one of her legs.This information is documented in the history books as the 1805 Christmas Revolt

Congrats to Mr Mr-Alan Vaughan and Moko Somõkõw on highlighting this part of Trinidad's history that many want us to forget. ....
