Just speaking this out into existence here because I thought about this the first time I saw season 2, but i think Daeho x Junhee would be a really cute ship! (I have them as a wallpaper on my backup phone :3)

Junhee demanding Daeho let her be independent and instead of Daeho insisting on her letting him help her, he steps back but keeps an eye on her. Or he tells her “If you ever need help, I’m here. I promise.” And they do like a little pinky promise with a stamp or some cute shit like that????

Also in the pentathlon when theyre all cheering you notice how he wants to hug her really tight like Inho and Gihun but he just gently waves his hand around her like hes excited instead? I thought that was so adorable because hes genuinely careful around her and her baby!

Bonus before i go: Daeho being ultra protective over Junhee, like he doesnt bother her whenever she does something on her own no matter what but the minute someone gives her trouble he’s ripping that person a new one.

okay so i just finished my rewatch of season 2 of jtv and it goes of netflix tomorrow

so by my calculations that's 56 chapters left, each of approximately 40 minutes

and I'm watching at 1.25x (but i usually watch at 1.5x)

so 56 x ⅔ of an hour x ⅘ which is approximately 30 hours

and it's 3:30 pm right now so i have approximately 32.5 hours AND I'm on break

I always think of how AWFUL dan humphrey was at writing because of your posts. Even occasionally pause the show when it shows one piece or writing of his and man is it bad.

This one part of season 3 where his note about Vanessa’s writing was “your male character talks too much like a girl” or something similar like lol you are a fraud. How tf is he known as the novelist in the reboot?😹 I love him but cmon.

Listen. When I paused it on his story about Chuck and his birthday, I fucking LOST it. But I don't think I've seen a writer on TV who is good at writing. Like, Carrie is a HORRIBLE writer and an even worse sex columnist. Noah in The Affair, his book was trash. I feel like I didn't think Jane in JTV was a good writer either.

Season 3 Opinions:::

This is my favorite season of JTV so far. The character growth that Jane, Petra, and Rafael all get after the 3 year time jump is just incredible....

1.Jane and Rafael's friendship is the staple of the season. So perfect.

2. The family dynamic they all 3 built is too cute. Those brunches as a family are ❤❤❤

3. Petra is a terrific mother and one hell of a woman...and I never thought I'd say that.

4. Rafael has become my favorite character...he really grew on me and I love that he changed for Mateo

5. Mateo may have behavioural issues but gosh he really does have a sweet face.

6. Lastly, Xo and Rogelio back together is everything to me. They are my otp 💍💘

I thought my love for this show would fade after Michael was gone but they have made me fall in love with all the characters. Well done. Seriously, bravo 👏

I just finished season 2 and I'm on the ep 2 of season 3 of my 1st n only re-watch and I got mad cuz Michael was MUCH MORE than just Jane's husband, like almost everybody (since I don't recall if Alba ever did it) asked him for an advice and even in one episode the narrator acknowledged that he was good at that.

2 important things in the shows were when Jane gave Rafael a second chance after "Bora Bora" because Michael told her that he must be a better person that back then (i mean even if at the time the reason was that Michael didn't want the baby 😅) and with the twins, Michael told Jane his experience to an unexpected pregnancy for her to take it better with Petra.

And the writers expected us to believe that NOBODY cared that he was alive? I mean they all gathered when he was Jason for the shocking news but once Michael was back (his memories)... he never talked with anyone, that was horrible.

He and Jane may be judgements but time to time he made her a better person, she is a good person but at least he make her sometimes think twice about a certain situation without causing a scene 🙄

Jane the virgin made me cry in such a positive way tonight

Alba learning to be brave and Jane teaching Mateo the same thing was so beautiful everyone should watch it

Ro and Xo got engaged again and I think it’s for real this time. Also the reversed gender roles of Xo giving the ring it was so romantic cos it really shows how their relationship has developed!

Do you know what, I don’t care if they’re super problematic and will def end in tears cos since bae is dead they’re probably heading for jafael endgame but fuck I ship rafael and Petra! He’s the only man I’ll ship her with cos their aesthetic (srsly everyone on this show is ridiculously attractive) the flirty chemistry, the angst! Gah this show will kill me! (other thoughts) (Also chuck is another bad older man that petra should not be dating. What a shocker)

My god, Lina and Jane. The tears. I’m so proud of them. The scenario seemed like it was going to fall apart (we’ve all been there in real life) but this is jtv so unless you’re not the biological parents then you’re probably going to have a happily ever after.

I’m glad Fabian read 1984 but i still think that the longer the relationship goes on the more likely it will end in tears.
