Ok I’m just wanted to talk on here about the whole “Ice on my teeth” title track and it possibly involving grillz or whatever. Bc it is causing some discourse and here’s two things. First of all, I personally think we should wait for the song/MV to drop before complaining. I mean we know little about this album in general, it won’t do any good being upset over basically nothing at the moment. When I saw the title the first thing I thought of was temperature play. A sexual innuendo following the whole love/lust concept I didn’t even think of grillz.

Second, I’m black and maybe I’m just out of a loop (likely so) but I didn’t even know grillz was an inherently black culture thing. I’ve seen every race wear those things so I just assumed it was a signature thug look. For me, as long as they aren’t wearing dreads/braids (I’m looking at you Thanxx HJ and Wonderland halloween performance San) or talking hood I’m not bothered. But everyone has their own line in the sand.

It’s my first comeback with ateez so I just wanna be hype and enjoy it thoroughly without some fans or ateez themselves disappointing me :)
