Welcome Home (Continuation of this comic)

Bruno: "What an exhausting day. I'm home!" Kimiko: "Welcome home, Bruno.." Kimiko: "I have a surprise for you!" Kimiko: "I made you "spaghetti alla bottarge"! Ms. Menini helped me out. It's your favorite, right? I made it special." Bruno: "Amore, you didn't have to go through the trouble." Bruno: "The last time I had this homemade was back then.." Bruno: "It's nice coming home to a warm meal like this, you really warm up the place. Thank you, mio amore." Kimiko: (Ah! He praised me!) "I'm just glad that I could do this for you, y'know?"

The continuation of my last comic. After Kimiko learns to make Bruno's favorite meal she goes home determined to prepare and surprise Bruno with it! She's often the one to do the cooking (if her and Bruno don't do it together), staying up on late nights just to join Bruno for dinner despite whatever time he arrives home. Bruno appreciates her efforts. Before she moved in with him his home always had this underlying feeling of emptiness. One that he had gotten used to over the years. But having someone like Kimiko there breathed some much needed life back into his home. (Also she's a bit of a sucker for praise lol

(I'm so glad I finished this.. it took me a few weeks because of my chronic issues but I powered through it! )
