Evie had a secret relationship with another trainee. The public does not know about this relationship. Not much is known by the boys.

Only Stray Kids knows that this relationship even happened as she told them.

The only thing SKZ knows is that Evie said the relationship was extremely toxic after a while. She didn't know how to get out of the relationship until one day she caught him cheating and that's what made her break up with him.

 Facts:

John Miller (John) and Beatriz Marcaida were legally married. They bore four (4) children, namely: (1) Glenn M. Miller (Glenn); (2) Charles Miller; (3) Betty Miller (Betty); and (4) and John Miller, Jr.[

After John's death, Joan Miller (Joan), through her mother Lennie Espenida (Lennie), filed before the Regional Trial Court a Petition for Partition and Accounting of John's estate with a prayer for preliminary attachment, receivership, support, and damages. Alleging that she is John's illegitimate child with Lennie, Joan presented her Certificate of Live Birth which showed John to be her registered father.[6

Glenn filed a separate Petition praying that Joan's Certificate of Live Birth be canceled. With it, he also prayed that the Local Civil Registrar of Gubat, Sorsogon be directed to replace Joan's surname, Miller, with Espenida, and that Joan use Espenida instead of Miller in all official documents.

Glenn claimed that John did not acknowledge Joan as a natural child,[7] pointing out that John's signature was not in her birth certificate. It was also not shown that John knew and consented that his name would be indicated in the certificate.[

Joan countered that from 1978 until John's death in 1990, her mother Lennie and John had an amorous relationship,[9] out of which she was born on June 25, 1982. While she admitted that John did not sign her birth certificate,[10] he "openly and continuously recognized [her] as [his] child during his lifetim

She narrated that she grew up in his ranch and went to John Miller Primary School with John financing her studies. John also mentioned her name in his July 5, 1984 letter to Lennie. Moreover, in his holographic will, he gave Joan a 1/8 share of his estate. Further, in a February 14, 1987 document, he assigned Betty to act as Joan's guardian and her inheritance's administrator until she attains the age of majority. Also, by his bidding, Betty obtained an educational plan for her

Glenn, however, countered that the authenticity of the July 5, 1984 and February 14, 1987 documents and the July 1985 holographic will was not proven. Since Joan failed to prove that John wrote and signed these documents, Glenn claimed that they failed to establish Joan's filiation

Before the trial court, Glenn presented Apulio Ferreras[15] who brought Joan's birth record. It was revealed that Joan had two (2) existing birth certificates. The first, dated June 30, 1982 and registered as Local Civil Registrar No. 760,[16] indicated Johnlyn Espenida Miller as the child and John Manares Miller as the father.[17] The second, dated July 20, 1982 and registered as Local Civil Registrar No. 825,[18] pertained to Joan Espenida Miller as the child and John (Manyares) Miller as the father.[19] Neither certificate bore a name or signature on the space provided for the parent's Affidavit of Acknowledgment. Further, the July 20, 1982 birth certificate was the document submitted to the then National Census and Statistics Office.

Later, he learned that Joan had two birth certificates, neither of which had his father's signature confirming Joan as his kid. He therefore requested that Joan quit using the last name Miller.

They claimed that even though John did not mention Joan in the birth certificate, their evidence—the letters, the holographic will, and the paperwork designating Betty as Joan's guardian—clearly shows that he did.

Here, petitioners sought the correction of private respondent's surname in her birth certificate registered as Local Civil Registrar No. 825. They want her to use her mother's surname, Espenida, instead of Miller, claiming that she was not an acknowledged illegitimate child of John

What petitioners seek is not a mere clerical change. It is not a simple matter of correcting a single letter in private respondent's surname due to a misspelling. Rather, private respondent's filiation will be gravely affected, as changing her surname from Miller to Espenida will also change her status. This will affect not only her identity, but her successional rights as well. Certainly, this change is substantial.In Braza v. The City Civil Registrar of Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental,[61] this Court emphasized that "legitimacy and filiation can be questioned only in a direct action seasonably filed by the proper party, and not through collateral attack[.]"[62] Moreover, impugning the legitimacy of a child is governed by Article 171 of the Family Code, not Rule 108 of the Rules of Court.

John has tried like twice with Evelyn before giving up because it’s not looking how he wanted it to so Evelyn is the one able to finish making a sweater for John

4: How would your OTP react to having a snow day?

They’d have to be like super snowed in so when it is bad enough to warrant just staying home they sleep in and John is attached to her more than usual, like he’s always holding her when he can but when snowed in she literally only gets 10 minutes to herself the whole fuckin day, it’s a good thing he’s pretty or Evelyn wouldn’t be so forgiving

John makes a snowman that is disturbingly like on spot, he presents it to her when she gets home and she wants to know how he did it when he hadn’t seen her all day. She loves it though

8: What gifts would they get each other for the holidays?

John’s always trying to go over the top with clothes or trying to make something for her, the best gift from him was the polaroid camera she’d been thinking about buying, not as a professional camera just as one to goof around with. She loved it and immediately took a picture of the both of them.

Aside from the sweaters or blankets she makes for him Evelyn will get him nice ties, his favorite gift from her was the huge afghan she spent two months working on.

Evelyn likes chocolate covered pretzel sticks and buttons and truffles of any kind and those kiss cookies. John never really had a favorite til Evelyn made white chocolate peppermint bark to send to her parents, he tries to pretend he doesn’t absolutely love it but she knows.

John is usually the one who’s giving kisses, constantly, but Evelyn surprised him when he was distracted by one of his brothers and pulled him down for a quick kiss that turned into a full on make out til Jacob told him to get a fucking room.

Evelyn considers a date almost because it’s just so nice out and John’s holding her hand and talking about literally anything he can think of.

Dana’s the real big hot cocoa drinker and she always makes some for Sharky who only drinks it when she gives it to him.

Dana’s parents are the only ones never invited to holiday get togethers but otherwise Dana has a ton of family compared to Sharky who has Hurk and Adelaide. Sharky loves going with Dana to thanksgiving and christmas because it’s always such a happy and warm atmosphere, there’s bickering sometimes but it’s mostly teasing and never serious and her family is just so much fun to hang out with .

Sharky but that’s mostly cause he really likes seeing her in his clothes and never because she’s cold.

1: Who spends almost all their money on the other?

John, he would probably buy the moon for her if he could. She, and Joseph, had to like give him a talk early on about dialing back on the gifts, she did not want or need expensive stuff, she’s a simple person and just wants simple things. He finally figures out what kind of stuff she’d like from him which literally just buying clothes she can steal from him.

3: Who walks around the house half-naked and who yells at them to put on some clothes?

I mean they both do but Evelyn only does it upstairs where there’s a lot more privacy, John just walks around in his boxers everywhere and while it’s nice to find him making breakfast she’d really prefer if he’d at least have some actual pants on. He starts doing that after he forgets that jacob is coming over and is just in the living room in boxers. Evelyn’s the only one who thinks it’s funny.

5: Which one tries to make food for the other but burns it all by accident and which one tells them that it’s okay and makes them both cookies?

Evelyn knows how to make like five things and steak is not one of them, somehow she just fucks it up and gets a thin burnt black crunchy outside and a pink inside. She literally almost cried she had tried to surprise John, I mean yeah he was def surprised but not in the way she has wanted, John came home to a kitchen filled with smoke and a teary Evelyn shoving everything in the sink to stop the smoke which wasn’t helping. He sent her to take a bath to like chill out, and then he cleaned everything up and made pizza and would not let her get out of his arms because he thought the whole thing was fucking sweet and also funny. He brings it up every once in a while to tease her.

Usually it’s Evelyn in his lap cause he likes holding her close now that she’s not running around working and he has her all to himself. But there are times when he’s had a bad day and, especially when they first started dating, he didn’t know how to express what he wanted to say and the best that Evelyn could do for him was just hold him close, let him know she had him and wasn’t letting go.

Honestly it’s both of them because they’re both busy but try to tell the other to go to bed and then neither of them go to bed ‘til someone realizes that it’s 2am and no one is in bed and drags the other upstairs.

John is the who can draw the best and he does like sketching Evelyn, however she never fucking let’s him unless she doesn’t know he’s doing it. Evelyn is a photographer for a reason, she likes being behind the camera and not seen and will lock herself in the bedroom when John is trying to take a picture or draw her. So it’s a good thing John likes posing when ever she has her camera ever, even if it’s not for him.
