Michael Ontkean - (Twin Peaks) - played one of my favorite twin peaks characters, the gentle-souled sheriff harry s. truman. he has great chemistry with like half the cast, and his affair with josie packard is probably one of the most loving and functional relationships in twin peaks other than the whole it being an affair part. he also starred in a 70s police procedural called the rookies but i haven't seen that myself.
