The military NPCs that follow me around keep saying things like I didn’t sign up for a government conspiracy, and you know I think it’s much more than that.

Why send in the military to take out the scientists and then send in another group to take out the first group? Also, the military arrived almost immediately after the resonance cascade, now with this elite military group saying that their mission is to take out the remaining military grunts, it kinda seems like all this was planned. I kinda wonder if there will be someone else to take out this elite group at the end too.
