Mcr gets cronenberged i think because they naturally leaned real hard into vampirism/zombies/horror elements/etc so cronenberg's emphasis on the body and the body as a weapon and site of transformation seems kind of perfect for them also you must fix your heart and all that (which i know is literally a quote from twin peaks but image the body horror potential of that statement being taken literally). Fob is fincher....... toxic male codependence, surrealism grounded in reality, the sensation of starting/being part of something so much bigger than yourself like it's perfect + bonus the take this to grave cover with that ultra cool toned filter is sooooo fincher. THIS IS TRUE I DO LOVE FROZEN BLUEBERRIES. Though guess what..... they arent my favorite frozen edible because that spot (almost serendipitously considering the attached post) genuinely dos belong to frozen peas i adore frozen peas ITS HOW I LIKE TO EAT THEM ^___^ but never fear ive got a freak esophagus i can dry swallow 7 pills simultaneously and be totally fine (known record bc i tested it <3 when i have water i can get at least 25 down) a measly pea will not catch me slipping.
