Tsunade and Orochimaru first met when Tsunade ditched her lessons to go play in the forest and get her clothes and hands dirty for a change. She bumped into this weird pale kid who was sticking their arms down into random holes to look for snakes. She asked them if they were afraid of being bit and they said, "No. Snakes like me. Plus their venom doesn't affect me," which is like the coolest thing she's ever heard. So she shows them a slug she's been carrying around in her pocket and instead of saying anything about it being gross, they just nod and say, "Cool."
BAM, instant best friends.

My Girl(Sannin NSFW headcanons)
word count: 0.9k warnings: smut, being shared by the sannin, face riding, slight jealousy, mentions of virginity loss, lots of smuttiness, mentions of drinking. summary: after the war, the sannin came back feeling all kinds of different ways. this is the headcanons for that. pairings: Tsunade Senju x Fem!Reader, Orochimaru x Fem!Reader and Jiraiya x Fem!Reader
The war left Tsunade feeling so cold and lost. She’s a bit of a greedy and selfish lover, but she never leaves you unsatisfied.
She likes to show up late at night and is super drunk. She’s loud and brash, and makes lots of noise when she knocks on your window.
Tsunade loves to take her time riding your face. She will greedily grind against you until she is absolutely shaking.
She moans loudly as her third orgasm washes over her. You’re practically suffocating between her thighs, but you wouldn’t have it any other way. Out of your sannin lovers, Tsunade is easily the greediest. You think it’s because she’s so afraid of losing someone else. She’s afraid to lose you. You are someone she finds so much comfort in. She couldn’t even bear the thought of losing you just like losing so many others before.
She doesn’t care about sharing with her two partners. No, that doesn’t matter to her when all she wants to do is fuck the pain away. She shudders as the final waves wash over her, rendering her into a numb mush of a human being. She slowly comes down from her high and climbs off of you. You take a deep breath and let yourself get as much air as possible. Tsunade chuckles as she settles on the bed next to you.
“Thanks. I needed that.”
You kiss her softly and she moans at the taste of herself on your lips. It doesn’t take too long before these kisses become heated. Eventually, she’s kissing a sloppy trail down your body. She parts your thighs and smirks at you. Her fingers part your folds, collecting the juices on her digits. She can’t believe how wet you got just from letting her ride your face.
“So wet from just letting me use that pretty mouth of yours.”
You blush at her words. She’s always had that effect on you. And you think to yourself, that she probably always will.
Orochimaru comes back from the war with an even bigger need for love. He wants to feel connected to someone else. He longs to feel love.
He’ll be overprotective and possessive, but he enjoys spoiling you as well. He doesn’t like when someone tries to mess with his lover.
Long lovemaking sessions are his favorites. He will spend hours just rutting into you, his heavy balls slapping against you.
Orochimaru buries his face in the crook of your neck. He doesn’t want you to see the tears in his eyes. When he first met you, he thought so little of you. He found it revolting that his two teammates wanted to share a lover between the three of them. But as he got to know you, he found that your softness was the exact thing he truly needed. He was drawn in by your kind heart and he became addicted to having you around all the time.
He loves being so deep inside of you. Your silky walls pulse and clench around him so tightly, making him whine in a louder pitched voice than usual. Something that he would be so mortified if anyone found out about it. The way you moan his name just drives him crazy too. It sounds like a song written just for him. Orochimaru isn’t sure that he could continue being such a bad person with you in his life.
“Love you so much, Oro’.” You always coo the sweetest things to him. And he’s so sure that you must be saying these to the others, but he likes to pretend it’s for him only.
He grunts softly as you clench around him. He wants to tell you to keep your mouth shut to not give him hope, but he loves the sweet words you give him. It’s the only time he’ll truly hear it. He knows you’re in love with all three of them.
“I love you too,”
Jiraiya came back from the war hornier! He has lost his virginity, and his love for sex has grown even more than the last time you saw him.
He’s the one who suggested that the three of them share you. He knows that they all have softness for you, and he adores you to bits.
He was your first. Jiraiya took your virginity in a very sweet and romantic way. He loves to dote on you a lot.
“Come on, baby.” Jiraiya moans, “cum again for daddy.”
You moan as he pounds himself into you. His cock rubbing up against your sweet spot over and over again has you reeling. You’ve already cum so many times tonight, but Jiraiya is on a mission. He wants to prove himself to be a very good lover. You iust think it’s funny that he wants to prove that to you every time you have sex. He has your legs pinned against your chest, and he’s plowing into you with such vigor that the headboard of the bed slams against the wall with every thrust.
“Your poor neighbors, baby. They must hate me.” Jiraiya jokes before leaning in to nip at your neck.
A happy sigh falls from your lips as he finally bites down on the tender flesh. Jiraiya enjoys marking you up. He doesn’t care that he shares you with his teammates, they can mark you up all they want. But as far as anyone is concerned, you pretty much belong to Jiraiya. He claimed you first, and he will take you from the others if it comes to it.
His thumb comes to rub your clit in sloppy circles, and that sends you over the edge. Jiraiya thrusts into you harder with every wave of your orgasm, and you drench the sheets in your juices.
“That’s my good girl.”

Wife material
𝕄𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕁𝕚𝕣𝕒𝕚𝕪𝕒
Requested by @iwannabeacowboahbaybee: Would you be comfortable writing a Jiraiya x reader where the reader pretends to be his wife for a mission. Then during the mission he realizes he actually would not mind settling down on with someone? Maybe the reader 👀? Please let me know if you’re not comfortable with this idea! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
so this will be younger Jiraiya before the snake thot defected and all that
“Haah? You want me to be your what?”
You were enjoying the day, lounging in a hammock, reading a book when you were approached by Jiraiya.
Apparently he needed to infiltrate a village under the guise of a feudal lord. He’d been comisioned to pose as said person and obtain information crucial to the ongoing war between the two lands. The only problem was that the feudal lord was married.
“So? Can’t you hire someone? What about Tsunade?”
Jiraiya didn’t think it would be this hard to reclute you. The two of you had been friends for the longest time, so why were you being so apprehensive? “We don’t have chemistry. She’d probably punch me if I touched her and ruin the mission.”
You continued reading, making a face of understanding when he mentioned that. It did sound like something Tsunade would do. “If I hired a woman, it would take too long to fill her in. Plus, they’re not shinobi.”
“Neither am I.”
Jiraiya was getting exasperated. While not a shinobi, you practiced taijutsu so you were capable of protecting yourself.
“What about Orochimaru?” He was a talented ninja, skilled enough to take another figure if he desired. At the mention of his teammate, Jiraya shuddered. “Don’t even mention it.”
He sighed. “Please (Name), I need you.”
Hearing his pleas, you put your book down. Your face felt hot. “Stop begging, it’s unlike you. I’ll do it.”
The white haired nin had to use a transformation jutsu but you didn’t. Unlike your usual attire, you had to do wear elegant robes fit for a feudal lord’s wife. You donned them well, bringing out your best features.
“They’re uncomfortable.”
You weren’t used to so many layers wrapped around your figure. Jiraiya looked you over, “Fits you really—” his words died in his mouth when you jabbed his side. Looking at Jiraiya, it was weird seeing him as someone else. He too, was dressed differently than his normal outfit.
“I like you better as yourself.”
“That so?” you looked away from his analyzing eyes, “Don’t let it get to your head.”
The ride was rather boring.
Since it was going to be a long journey, you stopped at place for the night. Seeing as the two of you were ‘married’ it meant sharing a bed. It wasn’t a new concept to the both of you, having had many sleepovers during your teenager years. However, this time it was different.
The annoying white haired kid you once knew had become a man that you deeply desired. Though you’d never voice it, you would do anything for him. But Jiraiya didn’t belong to anyone. He was a ladies man; he couldn’t be tied down.
Getting into bed, you prayed that Jiraiya wouldn’t sense your racing heart. Too late. You felt yourself being pulled into the arms of your companion. “Oh?? Are you nervous (Name)?”
His heart, too, couldn’t sit still so you retorted, “Shut up. Yours is also beating fast.”
Jiraiya fell silent but did not release you.
No, he longed to hold you this close since you first smiled at him. Jiraiya had gotten his ass beat in practice pulling him into a bad mood.
You found him sulking. “Stop pouting. What are you, a child?” He didn’t respond to your teasing as he normally would. You poked him with a stick. “Oi.”
“What can I do to cheer you up..” you wondered aloud.
Hearing this, Jiraiya got a devious look on his face. “I want you to smile for me.” Seemingly surprised by this, you moved backwards, eyes wide. Jiraiya thought you wouldn’t do it. He knew you to be a serious girl, after being orphaned, so it wasn’t often that you smiled freely like the rest.
Jiraiya didn’t realize this back then, but you were happy to smile for him. Despite you insisting that he was a dummy, Jiraiya always found a way to brighten your day. What kind of friend would you be if you didn’t return the favor?
Smiling for Jiraiya, he felt his little heart beat faster, almost stop, before settling down. The sun held nothing to the warmth of your smile. He decided then that he would always love you.
Arriving to the village, important political figures of the land met at the imperial garden for a picnic. They’d all brought their families to discuss and celebrate.
One of your hands held onto Jiraiya’s arms, linking hands together, bodies pressed together. The wedding bands brushed against each other. Though you felt blissful your eyes scanned the area without trying to look suspicious.
You figured Jiraiya would join the men. Instead, he led you downwards. The white haired nin placed his head on your lap, closing his eyes. Had it not been for those present, you would’ve thrown him off.
Feeling awkward, you began to play with his hair. If it was possible, Jiraiya snuggled closer, freezing you. “You’re enjoying this a little too much aren’t you?”
“Not my fault you’re comfortable.”
By now, most of the wives, husbands, and children had moved to the other side of the garden. Jiraiya nudged you, making you lean down to hear him better. He whispered in your ear, his breath tickling your skin.
“Everyone’s gone. We should use this chance to consummate our marria-ACK!”
Pushing him, Jiraiya landed face first onto the grass before you mounted him to slap his dirty thoughts away. “You’re—on a mission— stop it!”
The best he could do was grab at your hands. Some of the guests must have heard the commotion because they peaked in to see you straddling Jiraya.
Distracted, you lost your balance. Jiraiya’s hands gripped your hips tightly to help but it only looked worse. The position, your red face, Jiraiya’s smug smile was all they needed to know before leaving the area again.
“Pardon the interruption!” “We’ll leave you now!”
You couldn’t even explain. Shooting your partner a glare, Jiraiya quietly explained that he needed to make a distraction so one of his toads could steal a scroll. “It was the only way to rile you up!”
“My ass-!” He could’ve just asked and you would have gone along with the plan.
“Yeah it’s very nice 👍 ”
Jiraiya hurried to meet the other men before you actually strangled him. It was boring but he payed close attention to every word that came out of their old mouths.
One of the leaders glanced at something, causing the rest to follow. It was you comforting a crying child.
You never imagined having kids, but you had an innate talent for calming them down. The little girl stopped crying, giving you a smile which you returned. It was a sweet scene, kind of dazzling in its own way. Those around couldn’t help but be affected and attracted.
“You got a good one feudal lord.” “Yes. I’d take her if she wasn’t married to you.”
Jiraiya laughed amicably but on the inside he was fuming. It was one thing for him to tease you, his life long friend and another for these old farts to ogle at you.
Sensing their states, you turned. Your eyes instantly became colder, sending shivers down their spines as if you knew what they were saying.
As the mission was complete; Jiraiya had extracted all the information he could, he transformed back.
Everyone, including you, stared at him with saucer eyes. You were confused. He wasn’t supposed to reveal his identity at all?? A bodyguard, figuring it out, jumped to attack but you kicked him away.
A fight ensued.
Jiraiya got the chance to use his abilities freely. By the end, every threat was down. You looked exhausted, it was difficult to fight in a long ceremonial robe. Not to mention that Jiraiya’s toads had made a mess. “Did... did you have to go all out?”
He didn’t.
The reason why Jiraiya went through all this trouble was to get back at those men for speaking too intimately of you. But, you didn’t need to know that so he gave you a shameless grin.
“Ugh. You’re so troublesome you know that?”
“But you love me~”
Things went back to normal when you returned to Konoha. You kept the ring, not taking it off and staring at it from all kinds of angles. It was fitting. Jiraiya did the same, which caused some comments from Orochimaru. Oh boy.
At night, you both missed the warmth of each other.
It took a while for Jiraiya to realize that he wouldn’t mind settling with you. Even if you didn’t want marriage, he would be happy just to be at your side. To sleep next to you for as long as he lived. Deciding it was time to say this, he ran to your house.
You laid in bed, bored. Your thoughts eventually led you to reminisce on the mission. Wife. Jiraiya’s wife. Wife of Jiraiya? You voiced it aloud, trying to decided which one sounded better. “Aaagh! It’s no use!” It was best to take a walk to clear your head.
Opening the door, something hit your forehead a bit hard. You nearly stumbled back, “Ow!” Jiraiya blinked in surprise. “Oh! My bad.”
You opened one eye, “Jiraiya it’s you.. I was— come in.”
It was aaaaawkward.
Jiraiya sat in front of you, silent. You stated at him, wondering why he showed up. He merely toyed with the glass of water you’d offered. You bit your lip anxiously. It was your chance to confess.
“So about the mission—”
“I want you—“
Both of you stopped midsentence. Jiraiya cleared his throat. “I want to settle with you. Marriage, kids, living together.. whatever you want. As long as I can be with you.”
You could not help your excitement. “I want that too!!”
“I mean, it’s whatever. Yeah I could live with you and stuff...”
The white haired nin couldn’t help but laugh.
He loved you.
And you loved him.

Right Where You Left Me (Kakashi x OC)
Pairings: Kakashi x OC, Jiraiya x Tsunade, Dan x Tsunade
Synopsis:
She was the daughter of a Legendary Sannin, He, a son of a disgraced shinobi. Fate brought them together but life tore them apart. Will they be able to take control of their destinies and find their way back to each other?
...Or will they be another victim of the cruel shinobi world they are both a part of?
Chapter Three
She was barely three when their paths first met. She had his attention for about ten minutes then that was it for the first meeting. It was because of her age and her last name. The Senju clan, nowadays, was only seen or heard in their history textbooks. Now there was one standing right infront of the class.
This is new. He remembered thinking.
They never really interacted because he was a chūnin a week later. She didn’t really notice his departure either. All she knew was the. class celebrated for something and the boy with the scarf was gone.
She stayed in the academy until she was six. She was hardly at school in her first year and the teachers didn’t question it. She was still young after all. She can take her time. She spent most of her days that year in the Medical Division of Konohagakure. She can learn ninjutsu from a lot of people but there was only one person to learn medical ninjutsu from.
Their paths crossed again when she was nine. Her mother just left. Jiraiya was knee-deep in his travels and she was stayed with her master, Inoichi Yamanka, before she moved to her own apartment. The Senju compound was too big for to live in alone.
Minato was teaching her a jutsu when the team he was leading arrived. This time he was able to introduce himself.
“Kakashi Hatake.” He said, almost too impatiently.
“Nice too meet you.” She replied, her voice dripping with sarcasm.
She stayed with them for the rest of the afternoon then tagged along for a couple of B-Rank missions. They never talked more than what was needed. Rin became good friends with her. Obito was amused to see the girls braiding each other’s hair.
Minato, along with Inoichi Yamanaka, took her under their wing. They said she was special.
More than me? He so carelessly thought back then.
He wouldn’t realize until years later that she was so unique she became dispensable.
Because of her training with Minato, Akira became close to his-then girlfriend, Kushina. Kakashi saw how close they became they were almost like sisters.
Akira became a permanent figure in Kakashi’s life. They mostly ignored each other’s presence but he got so used to seeing her in the takoyaki shop he half-expected her to be there everytime he walked by. She wasn’t always with friends, most of the time she ate there on her own, in the same spot every single time.
That was until Team Minato was pulled into a mission. When they came back, she was nowhere to be found. At first no one was really bothered. After all, they were all shinobis and when duty calls, they go. But then weeks turned into months and still not even Akira’s shadow was seen. Rumors began spreading in the ranks about her whereabouts. Some says she was in a long term mission in the Land of Rains, others say she was captured and was being held and even Kurenai, who was like her older sister, together with the rest of their batch had no idea where she was or if she was in a mission. He heard Asuma talking about how he asked the Third Hokage about Akira, however, much to their dismay, his lips remained shut and he simply dismissed his son from his office.
Finally, Rin gathered her courage and asked their own sense if he knew anything about this. Minato fought with himself for a while. It was classified information but seeing the look from his students even Kakashi was enough him to give in. He made them swore to never breathe a word of what he was about to say.
“She joined the ANBU Black Ops.” Rin gasped. Obito’s jaw hung wide open. Kakashi who always seemed to be unfazed struggled to keep his cold composture together. They didn’t see that coming. Not in a million years. Kakashi remembered how her name was so fitting for her. She was always so...bright. She was like the sun on a beautiful day. Wherever you go, or whoever you are she will always graze you with her presence like the rays of a sunlight. She lacked the darkness necessary to be an ANBU. She was the complete opposite of those people.
“The Third Hokage allowed it?” Obito asked. Lord Third treated Akira like his very own grand-daughter. After all, she was the daughter of one of his legendary students. It was only fitting that he looed after all while her mother was unavailable.
“ No. He didn’t.” Minato replied.
“ She joined The Foundation.”
—————
He didn’t see her again until Rin’s death. Once, he had asked Minato why Akira was always sent on dangerous missions. Missions they usually were not allowed to do until they were further into their career. This took Minato by surprise. He didn’t know Kakashi had been observing the girl since he usually ignored her presence and vice-versa. The time the two would acknowledge each other is through their relentless bickering due to the fact that no one wants to admit they’re wrong and often times than not, it ends in a full-blown fight between the two prodigies.
Minato eyed the silver-haired ninja. He was usually not bothered by anything that doesn’t have to do with abiding with the rules but the look on his face was clear enough for Minato to realize that this was not the case.
“Being unique isn’t always good.” Minato started.
“You know she uses Wood Release right?”
Kakashi silently nodded. That was common knowledge in the village. Even in the neigboring lands, her reputation preceded her.
“Villages seek power to protect their lands. Right now, Akira is one of the greatest threats to their lands that’s why we train her as hard as we possibly can. A lot of people wants to hurt her and use her for their own good. They want to use one of our own against us.” He remembered Minato saying.
During Rin’s funeral, he caught only a glimpse of her from where he stood by the trees. She was at the back despite being a close friend of Rin’s. She stood silently and kept her eyes firmly on the floor. Kakashi wouldn’t have recognized her if it weren’t for her golden hair that stood out among the sea of dark colored heads. She’s so different. Everything’s changed so much. After a few hi’s and hello’s, she was once again gone. But despite the dark hole Kakashi fell into, for some reason, the girl with the blonde hair never completely left the his mind.
—————
The first time she actually talked to him first, he just joined the ANBU under the Fourth Hokage’s Command.
“I guess we’re teammates now.’ She said removing a wolf-shaped mask. He looked up from the bench he was sitting on in the locker rooms.
A grin was plastered on her face.He immediately recognized her voice though it’s been years since he last heard it. She was twelve and he was just about to turn fourteen that day. But they were so much older and wiser than the kids their age. They had witnessed so many deaths to be called children.
It was the burden of being one of a kind.
They now worked often with each other since they are now both under the Hokage’s command. Gone were the days of bickering and throwing insults at each other. He now knew the burden of being an ANBU. He wondered how much worse she had to do while under Lord Danzo’s command. How many had she killed? Can she even count it at this point?
Minato, after being named Hokage, recruited Akira back from The Foundation to his own a little too quickly than the elders were comfortable with. But the Yondaime Hokage was adamant to have Akira back on his care knowing how much the irreversible damage The Foundation can cause to a person.
Even now, the changes in Akira’s disposition was easily seen by those who knew her before her time in the Root. She still smiled and laughed like she did before but her eyes no longer had the same shine they had before. She tried to hide it. But Kakashi wasn’t so easily fooled. She was just glad he never said a single word about it.
Kakashi and Akira were placed on different teams. She was already leading a group of three people twice her size when he joined but every now and then, when the circumstances call for it, they will be paired together. An unspoken rule was formed between the two. As the only living members of Team Minato (though she tagged along for only a couple of missions) they were to protect each other as best they can.
Though she didn’t need much protection, Kakashi kept an eye on her for old times sake. Just like a few years earlier, they didn’t really talked much during their time in the ANBU. He was too busy wallowing in his guilt and she was kind enough to leave him in in his own knowing it was what he wanted but not exactly what he needed. All she could do was keep an eye on him and make sure he knows that she was there if he needed her.
Their relationship didn’t change from what it was during the time of Team Minato but this time, they treated each other with the utmost respect. They were comrades now. Though the rules of the ANBU stated that the mission comes first, they both knew they had each other’s back. After all, among their classmates, the two of them are the only ones who understood the loneliness of being an ANBU.
Of being truly and utterly alone.
—————
He knew she was brave. She had proven it time and time again. He had seen it from their time together when they were younger, they had heard stories from the older shinobis who had worked with her, and he saw it again every time they were paired in a mission. There was no question that she was brave but that night during the Kyūubi Attack, he was almost certain she too was looking for an easy way to just die. He had a good reason. Unlike her, he was dispensable. He had no one. All he had was the nightmares that haunt him at night. The faces of his fallen teammates and the cold body of his father playing again and again like a broken record every time he closes his eyes. That was all he had. If he dies, people would mourn, yes, but they would move on and go about their life. They would eventually forget and he would always remain the ninja who killed his friend to others.
He had no real purpose. He doesn’t have anyone left to protect. Or to live for.
She was different. She was loved by everyone. She was alone most of the time but she still had Jiraiya who comes and visit every now and then. She had a purpose. She had a reason to live.
Or so he thought.
They were placed inside a barrier the night of the Nine-Tails Attack. The elders said it wasn’t their fight. They have to sit this one out so they could live another day.
Kakashi looked around the group that they have formed. Most of his former classmates were on the front of the pack together with a few other shinobis their age but as he scanned the crowd, he quickly realized Akira was not among them.
He knew she took her first day off in months today. She had deliberately worked during her time off in order to gain more experience and training. Kakashi always thought how Akira seemed to always seem to act as if she was running out of time and how she wouldn’t take rest until she was forced to by the injuries she acquired during her missions.
This time was no different. She came back from a mission in the Land of Lighting only a couple of days ago and if it wasn’t for the direct order from the Hokage to take a break, she would have been out for another one by this time. He was unusually aware that she was hardly in the village these days.
It was a few minutes later when Akira’s figure emerged from the woods. She stopped dead at her tracks halfway into the clearing. A look of confusion was visible on her face as she scanned the scene ahead of her. What the hell?
Kakashi watched as Akira stopped dead in her tracks and stiffened as she took in the scene in front of her. For a moment, their eyes met and almost instantly, the look of confusion was gone in her face replaced with outrage.
She shoved the two jonins on her either side then she was on the run back to the village. Her path was quickly blocked by more leaf shinobis assigned to keep the younger ninjas safe.
“Lady Akira, please.” Shinku Yuhi, Kurenai’s father, pleaded.
“What do you think you’re doing?!” She spatted back. Her eyes were full of rage. This isn’t where she’s supposed to be. She should be where the fighting is, not kept away from it. This isn’t what she’s been training for.
“We’re just followi-“ He wasn’t able to finish his sentence because Akira was on him. pinning him down with earth style.
Kakashi and the rest of the group inside the barrier couldn’t do anything but watch as Akira battled five jōnins at once. Their mouths hung wide open as they saw firsthand Akira’s proficiency in using the wood style. The group, excluding Kakashi, had never seen someone use wood style in person. Despite the common knowledge that Akira was a wood style user, she only uses it as a last resort knowing that it would only gain more unwanted attention in terms of her capabilities. She usually relies on other nature transformations as much as she can.
This was the first time for most of the people in the clearing see someone use wood style and handle it with such finesse and ease as well. They thought that her skills was on full display that night but Kakashi knew how much she was trying to hold back. He knew she would have defeated them if she wasn’t being as cautious as she is in making sure to not harm any of her comrades and if she wasn’t still recovering from her recent injuries.
Eventually, Akira was outnumbered by the seven jōnins who fought with her and they tackled her to the ground. Her cheek pressed on the dirt as they tied her hands behind her back and made sure she could not weave any more signs.
She could see her classmates staring at her in shock. They haven’t really seen her in action as she didn’t officially join any team after graduation. They had no idea what she can do. Or what I’ve done.
Once she was in the barrier Kurenai quickly untied the younger girl’s hand. Akira was still half a foot shorter than herself but she seemed so much older already.
Akira relentlessly pounded on the barrier. Her right hand was still bandaged but her hits did not falter.
“Listen, I know you have your orders but it doesn’t include me! I can help capture the nine tails with wood style! Don’t you understand that?!” She was practically screaming at her superiors standing only a fees feet away. She was trained to fight. To save the village. To not let anyone get hurt, to help the Hokage the best she can. That was what they drilled into her brain growing up. There was a reason she had all these abilities and she should use to help others. Being stuck inside a barrier wasn’t part of any plan.
“Lord Third specifically mentioned you, Akira.” Shinku replied. Akira was confused. She was the protector not the one who needed protecting. She would gladly lay her life for the billage but now, they’re asking her to sit back and watch the village burn just so she could remain safe?
“Akira, stop.” Kurenai was barely able to grab her arm mid-punch to keep it from colliding with the barrier once again.
“Damn it!” She gave the barrier once last hit and turned around. She didn’t saw it but the rest did as the barrier flickered and for a moment, a crack appeared from where punched the barrier.
Her abilities were one thing, her raw power were another.
“Just calm down, will you?” Kurenai was on Akira’s heels as she made her way to the back.
“Lord Third must have a reason of he wanted you here, Akira.” Gai chirped in attempt to help Kurenai calm the still seething Akira.
“Orders are orders, Akira. We can’t do anything about that.” Kakashi says. He wanted to fight as bad as she does. He knew Minato was out there fighting the kyūubi and having them in the field would be a great help for the village. Kakashi secretly hoped Akira could somehow break them out of this bubble so they could fulfill their duties instead of being forced to watch as the nine-tails burn their village just because they were not old enough.
“You know I don’t care about orders, Kakashi.”She snapped right back at him. She followed orders because it was the right thing to do, but unlike him, she had no problem on breaking it when push comes to shove.
Akira had already decided what she needed to do when Kurenai noticed. “No,no. Don’t even think about it.” Kurenai had grabbed Akira’s arm and gave her a stern look. She can’t do this.
“You can die.” Akira didn’t need any reminder. She was aware of the risks she as taking but she couldn’t care less about that right now. There were just some things that had to be done no matter what the consequences were.
“Only one way to know.” She said, already performing the hand signs for the jutsu. She’ll deal with the consequences for her action later, for now, she’ll do what she knows is right.
“Ghost Transformation Jutsu!” Akira’s body fell on the ground as her soul ascended. She was engulfed in a white glow as the others watched in awe. She didn’t waste any more time and disappeared in the sky like a shooting star to the direction of their village. She didn’t know if she can comeback to her body as she hadn’t mastered the jutsu yet and Inoichi had strongly discouraged in practicing without his guidance. She still haven’t got the right skill and the possibility of her being stuck in this form until her death was much greater than she would like to admit.
Kurenai watched as the girl’s body fell onto the ground as her soul left her body and into the night. She barely caught Akira’s head before her body collided on the soil. She was well-aware of the fact that Inoichi had barred Akira in practicing this jutsu without his guidance proving that the jutsu was more dangerous than what Akira could handle at the moment. It was no simple technique that could be undone in a matter of days. They were talking about life and death on this one.
The people outside the barrier were also alarmed of the what Akira had done. They were former comrades with her father, Dan, and they were well aware of the implications that came in using this jutsu. Even with Akira’s huge chakra reserves, she could still potentially ran out of it if she wasn’t careful of her actions.
They soon realized Akira was not being careful at all as blood soaked through her shirt and the land beneath her darkened from the massive amount of blood leaving her body.
No one knew what happened but a loud explosion was heard from where they were and the next thing they knew, Akira was just bleeding on the ground.
Kakashi was quick to react and firmly pressed his hands on Akira’s wounds on her midsection. There was just so much blood oozing out of her wound despite the pressure Kakashi was putting on. Kurenai was nearly in tears as she held the smaller girl’s head in her lap.
“It’s the jutsu.” Kurenai said when Kakashi’s clearly worried eye met hers. “Whatever happens to her soul also happens to her body.”
She was unconscious for two weeks. People wondered if another name was to be added in the already long list of the people who lost their lives that night.
What happened with her, the Third Hokage was the only one alive who knows.
Next Up: LOTS of Kakashi fluff.

promise
Requested by @foreverinlovewithodis: Could you write scenario where kakashi finds out he has a child from someone when he was a anbu, but he is dating said lover Preferably shippuden kakashi, but he doesn't remember her. Please and thank you.
A/N: My first request! Thank you so much for sending me this! :D
I hope you’ll enjoy ^^
You were locking your book store when You heard a soft thud coming from behind You followed by a soft “Yo.”
Turning around, You came face to face with a silver haired man who did a small wave. “Hey.” You greeted back and stepped closer to peck his masked cheek.
“Are you ready?” He asked You with his hand stuffed in his pocket.
Throwing the key into your bag, You wrapped your arm around his muscled one and replied, “Yep. I’m ready.”
Today marked your third official date. It would have been your tenth or maybe twentieth date had Kakashi not been hospitalized twice trying to fight off Akatsuki and helping his former student Naruto save his former teammate Sasuke. You had met Kakashi about five months ago and had your first date a week after your first meeting. The second date was two months later and now it was the third one.
“How are you?” You asked sofly as Kakashi led you through the village.
“Exhausted. Things are looking tense with Jiraiya-sama wanting to leave to face the leader of Akatsuki and Naruto is on edge lately, not satisfied with doing nothing while Sasuke is still with Orochimaru.” Kakashi replied while rubbing his head in hopes to release some of the tension. “What about you?” He asked you after he had answered your question.
You shrugged before answering, “I’m good. Things are a bit difficult with Riku. He wants to apply for the Genin school while I am strongly angst it.”
Kakashi nodded his head. He didn’t know much about this Riku person. He heard You mentioning him once or twice before and in his head, he filed him as your younger sibling...maybe your younger cousin.
“He’s beginning to look a lot like you.”
That caused Kakashi to freeze in his steps as his eye widened in surprise, “I’m sorry, he...he what?” he asked while turning around to face You.
You tilted your head to the side in confusion, “I said he’s beginning to look a lot like you.” You chuckled as if You had just stated the most obvious thing ever.
“Why would your brother look like m-”
Kakashi didn’t finish his sentence as You quickly cut him off, “Riku isn’t my brother.” You furrowed your eyebrows as You unhooked your arm from his, “Riku is your son.” You stated a matter of fact.
If possible, Kakashi’s eyes grew bigger as he chocked out the words, “My...My son? When did I have a son?”
“5 years ago?” You looked at him in slight anger.
“That’s not possible. I would know if I had a son.” His voice was shaky and his entire body tensed up at the sudden revelation that he was a father.
“Kakashi, this isn’t funny.” Your anger was a way to mask the hurt You felt.
“I’m not joking, Y/N. How do I have a son and not know about him?” Kakashi asked seriously.
You sighed loudly before taking a step forward and retold the story of how You two had first met and how Riku was born.
“The first time we meet was during ANBU. It was right after Itachi had joined. I was a new member on the squad too but everyone was interested in Itachi since he was the youngest member ever but I didn’t mind. We had a couple of missions here and there You and I before we drifted off due to You working with Itachi most of the time. We got closer again right before Lord Fourth Hokage asked You to watch over Kushina-sama but it wasn’t anything serious. Then, many years later, we finally met again when Sasuke had left Konoha. You were slightly tipsy but not too drunk to not recognize faces. You saw me and asked me to spend the night at your place and well...the rest is history as they say.”
You were away from the noisy village by the time You finished your short story and were close to your neighborhood.
“Wait, so you’re L/N F/N? The one with the panther mask?” Kakashi asked once You were done.
You simply nodded your head.
“How come you look so different?”
It’s true. When You were in ANBU, You had very short hair, a pixie cut and it was dyed a dark black color. You had told yourself that having long hair would simply come in the way and the black color helped You blend in. Now, your hair reached all the way to your mid back and it was back to it’s original color, a light brown one.
“So I became a father after a one night stand?” He asked guiltily after a moment of silence
You shrugged your shoulders as You raised your head to look at the moon, “I don’t like to think it as that. I’d like to think that You were just busy as a Shinobi that You didn’t have time for me or Riku.”
Still, Kakashi felt guilty for not remembering You, “Well, why didn’t you tell me?” he asked, pain lacing his voice.
“I wanted to, I really did. But Lady Tsunade told me not to. She said that if you found out, You would feel distracted with your duties and endanger your team. Worse, you could endanger Riku and I if Akatsuki ever found out about us.” You replied seriously.
“Then why did you approach me all those months ago?” Kakashi asked curiously.
“I didn’t. You were the one who asked me out on a date. I thought it was funny that you didn’t remember and I wanted to see how long it would take for you to figure it out.”
Kakashi sweat dropped and laughed nervously at You, “I didn’t forget you. I knew all along who you were ha...ha...ha.”
You snorted at the usually observant Shinobi beside You.
The feeling of him entwining his hand with yours surprised You but also made You relax as he tightened his hold and said, “I would get distracted if I found out at first. But, now, I feel even more motivated. I have a reason to work hard and deal with the remaining Akatsuki members and then...” He swallowed nervously as he cast a quick glance at You, “And then, we’ll be a family. A real one. But, only if you wanted to.”
You looked up at Kakashi with a smile on your lips, “I would like that.”
“Does...does Riku know?” the silver haired Shinobi asked nervously.
“He does.” You nodded your head, “He knows that you’re busy fighting off Konoha’s enemies and he loves you for it. He’s waiting for you to come home so you can help him be a strong Shinboi like you.”
Kakashi’s throat tightened at the image of his son fighting around the house learning knew ninjitsu while You yelled at him for breaking something in the house.
“I promise I’ll come home soon.”
Leaning down, Kakashi pulled his mask and locked his lips with yours, sealing his promise.

TBH I think Orochimaru's obsession with developing and discovering new jutsu is just a byproduct of his desire for immortality at any cost, and that his views of self-serving immortality was a gradual logical conclusion for him than an innate one.
Early Years
He was orphaned as a child and showed a desire to see his parents again. Hiruzen commented that the shed snake skin on his parents' graves is a symbol of rebirth and rejuvenation, and so Orochimaru naturally took that to heart and it became a motif of his fighting style and abilities. He grew up to see Jiraiya, despite being a fool, as a comrade, and he greatly respected Tsunade's chakra control and spirited nature (Orochimaru is far from a misogynist in any respect) as well as her ability to put Jiraiya in his place when he got too goofy. Orochimaru took Tsunade's little brother Nawaki under his wing, or at least doted on him as a friend of the Senju family or like an uncle. He was his sensei, so at least in an official capacity he had responsibilities toward him, responsibilities that were not inherently self-serving. And so he had at least four people (Hiruzen included) upon which he could say he was close to.
Nawaki's Death
While Orochimaru was a quietly confident, reserved, and cagey individual in his early years, Nawaki's horrible death shook him as much as it did Tsunade. For the first time since the death of his parents, he felt an emptiness and sorrow that he was unable to properly fix the source of. He was powerless to reverse death then as a child as he was in that moment while watching Tsunade sob uncontrollably over her little brother's body. He was not one for tears, he was not one to feel despair in the capacity that everyone around him seemed freely able to do, but in his own way he felt it. The fragility of life, the ease in which people can pass away, and the finality of mortality -- pointless, it was pointless. And so his heart hardened more that day.
Dan's Death and Tsunade
Upon Tsunade's second tragedy with the death of her lover Dan (during the Second Shinobi World War), I feel like Orochimaru had by then developed his views to the point that love was not enough to shield people from their ultimate expendability in life. Tsunade loved Nawaki fiercely, and he died. Tsunade loved Dan fiercely, and he died. Orochimaru was orphaned at a very young age but he doesn't recall hating his parents, and they were dead.
He admired Tsunade's concurrent crusade to train medical nin and place them in team cells so as to significantly lower the mortality rate during missions--now pushed even more fiercely after Dan's death, but deep down inside he knew it was staving off the inevitable. Still, he did not find her contemptible for such efforts because they were driven by logic and strategy as well as passion.
Ame Orphans
Another thought: Before the Sannin split up to do their own thing (Jiraiya to travel; Tsunade to train medic nin, at least initially; Orochimaru to work with Danzo, I guess), the Sannin met Yahiko, Konan, and Nagato in the Rain village, again during the Second War. Orochimaru's first instinct was to kill them, but the line delivery of his suggestion was not one of malice or sadism but pity, and not even a mocking pity. The war with Hanzo and the destruction that they the Sannin had caused was not unknown to Orochimaru since he had a huge part in it, nor did he feel guilt about it, per se. He was realistic about it, just as he was realistic in claiming that the trio of kids would likely suffer from starvation and disease before dying cold and alone in some burned-down house. This was a very accurate assessment of the situation before Jiraiya intervened and decided to train them for a spell. This was perhaps one of the final times that Orochimaru displayed genuine sentiment at the thought of death as a form of personal loss and suffering rather than the individual as a unit/pawn that can be cultivated, manipulated, and ultimately broken or discarded when it can no longer be used.
Sakumo Hatake and Disaffection with the Leaf
While Tsunade has clearly shown that tragedy and death do not necessarily break an individual, shinobi are successful partly because that is one of their most enduring rules -- no emotion, get the mission done. This is just conjecture, but it is unlikely that Orochimaru had not at least had a passing conversation with Sakumo Hatake, given how much renown he accumulated as the “White Fang of Konoha” during the Second War, and the news of his suicide after being branded a disgrace for choosing to put the lives of his team over the success of the mission may have further solidified Orochimaru’s growing conviction that people fear death so much that they are willing to act irrationally and forego what is logically most beneficial for the group because death’s severing of peoples’ close bonds is more detrimental and dangerous than the potential for failure.
And even though Sakumo succeeded in preventing the deaths of his comrades, his very human decision--a decision he was able to pull off because he was strong enough and capable enough to do so, an ability that Orochimaru did not possess in the moment when Nawaki died, an ability Tsunade did not possess when Dan died in her arms--still led to his death by his own hand. Tragic irony by this point was only becoming somewhat comical to Orochimaru, something that you can't help but laugh at because it is so ridiculous and yet the people around him are so blind. I don’t think it’s too much of a stretch that this scandal, if Orochimaru had paid attention to it at all, wouldn’t have furthered his graudal dissatisfaction and contempt of the Leaf for their circumstantial and hypocritical war time politics. Orochimaru always operated in shades of gray, but the Leaf's inability to reconcile the psychological anchors of their soldiers with the requirements of a shinobi must have read to him as being foolish and wasteful and a futile attempt at denying human beings' true nature, a nature that he himself had begun to gradually shed over the years.
Little Side Note of Orochimaru's Ability to Connect with Others
To say "camaraderie" and "friendship" would sound too Shonen, because Orochimaru did not grow up without enjoying the company of his sensei and teammates, but he was someone who either had the willpower to cut those ties and find satisfaction in his own company (like how some people just prefer to be alone and never report feeling 'lonely'), and thus psychically fulfilled with his own person (arguably, like Sasori, or Kakuzu to a certain extent) or he was born with something that allowed him to form bonds with others but those bonds were separate from his Self. He could live and thrive without them, sever them if he had to when he pleased if they furthered his own goals. Opportunistic and self-sufficient, independent but not the point of being incapable of working in tandem with others. Mentally, he was more than versatile and can not be be placed squarely in either the "Does Not Play Nice With Others" or "A True Team Player" boxes. Whatever is best for the situation and the long run is good enough for him, and he is not someone who does not clutch his chest in pain when his actions unintentionally benefit another, unless that benefit interferes with his own net gain.
Tanzaku Town and the Offer of Resurrection
When Orochimaru and Tsunade finally met again in Tanzaku, I honestly don't think that Orochimaru was kidding when he said he would resurrect Tsunade's loved ones in exchange for her healing his arms. He had been working on this technique for a long-ass time, upgrading it from Tobirama's original jutsu, and he was more than willing to show it off and give her a taste of it in return for her services. This here is where Orochimaru's demented way of thinking seems to reveal itself most clearly, though: For Orochimaru, the most powerful driving force that can encourage or break someone is grief and love. He saw how Dan and Nawaki's deaths ruined Tsunade for a time and changed her to the point that she developed a severe phobia of blood after the former died of blood loss (something he used to shake her up to compel her to agree, what an asshole). Playing with her head aside, I think that in that moment, him offering her her loved ones back seemed logical to him. She had been pining for them for so long beneath all that brassy exterior and gambling and medical ninjutsu, so why would she not jump at the chance to see them again?
But he underestimated Tsunade's grudge factor and her own maturity. She was able to throw away the ability to see them because of what he had done to the Leaf Village, the place that all three Sannin had grown disillusioned with in their own way, and that surprised him big time because on top of him having been one of her closest companions for a long time and seeing how their deaths wrecked her he had also become a master at manipulation and human psychology to Hannibal Lecter-like levels.
Aaaand that's all I got. At what point he went all Dr. Machiavellian Mengele, I have no clue, but he wasn't a completely heartless bastard in the beginning.
Edit: Added a few more ideas cuz my thoughts were running in every direction when I first wrote this and I wanted to get them down as soon as possible. P.S. If you have any more insights or want to debate with me on any of the characters or backstories I have mentioned, please do. I am not an Orochimaru, Tsunade, Jiraiya, or Sakumo stan, so any of your insights would be coolio. Also, apologies for long-winded sentences. I don't breathe sometimes when I'm trying to make a thought and it reflects in how I write :O
