He was routinely booked for 3-5 days, 3 sets a day, with dates usually set around Mother’s Day (though I recall some as early as March). People from around the world attended, with some scheduling their vacations around it. Sometimes guests such as Micky Dolenz or Flo & Eddie would drop in. For me it was an opportunity to catch up with Floridian family and friends. 

Davy brought me in on keyboards for the 1997 series (I remember Sandy Gennaro winging broken drum sticks at me) and every year from 2005 to 2011. We had a lot of great food, fun, laughs, and good times, and the Disney staff treated us like royalty. Hard to believe years have flown by since we were up on that hot stage by the lake…

The pet Bastard is still crawling in my brain, so here's something about a duo that I haven't seen talked about - Jimmy and Maxwell.

Them as friends with a common goal/enemy that almost boarders on Father/Son. Like after a night tormenting some poor soul Maxwell ruffles Jimmy's hair and he just bluescreens from the rare nice touch cuz Holy shit is that what I've been missing?

Just: Max hasn't had a stable relationship since his death; Jim hasn't had an actual parental figure ever. When they first meet, they agree to work together to scare Ghost. Then whenever P.I.E is at the Acachallas, Jimmy tries chatting to Maxwell. It takes a few trips but he does start responding to his attempts, which leads to visits on their own times and plans to cause trouble and ✨bonding✨

It takes a long while before anyone knows about this unlikely friendship, but it obvious when it does: Jimmy causes an "accident" that unintentionally burns down the waffle stash, which obviously gets Sally in a Not-Good mood and she destroys the shit out of him. A sudden bang rings out that gets her to stop, and soon looks up to see Maxwell has his revolver pointed at her.

"Unless you want to spend some time dead, I suggest you get off him"

Sally backs off, fuming, just enough for Max to pick up a very winded and suprised Jimmy and take him to a more safer location of the house.

I don't know what else to say, but just them with a positive bond gives me the sillies.

Hey, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one nudging to very different characters and deciding they were roommates. (Well, idk if you meant roommates literally— but I did bgjfhdkls) Our pairs even have some things in common!

James Maloney and Light Zeron… Never said the similarities between the groups were substantial things, but it’s there!

This does feel like a really fun dynamic, thank you for sharing it with me! I like the idea of the two of them being able to recover some semblance of normality through each other… even even neither of them are normal. It’s a nice trope done well here! I like Maxwell being protective over someone who really doesn’t need it, likely because he doesn’t want to see Jimmy get hurt At All, even if he can take it.

This is Erin Rose Bar in the French Quarter, an Irish pub always busy. Where SH appeared with the bartender Toby Maloney @tobycocktail in New Orleans.

Erin Rose’s life began long before becoming the lovable neighbourhood bar she is today. The property at 811 Conti was a single-family home built in the French Quarter over one hundred years ago and was converted into a bar by the mid-1950s.

By the early 1980s, Mr Jim Monaghan became the proprietor and placed the management of the bar in several hands before his right-hand man became the absolute caretaker, and took the reins as sole proprietor of Monaghan’s Erin Rose, and shortly after the “Irish Beauty” became known simply as Erin Rose.
