im not doll but i feel uncomfortable posting on the collective blog so

is it normal to have false trauma/memories or act like someone who’s gone through a specific trauma even when you haven’t? because we keep forming false memories of physical or /sx abuse. which we have not gone through, but the memories are still extremely stressful and cause intrusive thoughts that none of us like or want. we don’t know where the memories come from. we don’t think it’s repressed trauma and it’s for some reason more common with the recent splits and brainmade alters or alters who hold a lot more negative traits/disorder symptoms.

we dont have a therapist or any quick/easy access to therapy/psychiatrists right now, so i’m hoping that there are some things people can tell us that we can take with a grain of salt.
