Yes, but it wouldn't be right away.

The first thing that would happen is Nacho would think Jesse is an embarrassing, cringe, white-boy-wannabe-gangster (which he basically is lol). Jesse would try to impress him and Nacho would roll his eyes and later break into his house and rob him.

They would, at some point, attempt to physically beat the shit out of each other, until Mike would yell at them to pack it in. (Nacho always wins anyway because Jesse is skinny AF).

If they both worked together for Gus, there would be arguments in the car during collections, and Mike would threaten to drive it off a cliff.

Eventually they would bond over how they both disagree with their boss's tactics then slowly become friends. Mike breathes a sigh of relief and stops taking migraine pills.
