“Poe Cup Meetings”
Yoko: I can’t believe Wednesday canceled on us!
Enid: she got called for a meeting
Yoko: what meeting? This is important!! I don’t care if the Poe Cup isn’t until March! I want my revenge!
Jen: we need to get some strategies for the Poe Cup
Thing crawled out of Enid’s bag
Jen: Ah! What is that?!
Jess: it’s Thing. He helped us last year with Wednesday?
Kent skips over to the Ophelia hall girls. He sees Thing and gives him a fist bump
Kent: hiya! Wednesday said you were discussing Poe Cup strategies today?
Jen: hold up! You’re always helping Bianca and LeGrand
Kent: correction. My sis Divina. But Wednesday is my bestie now. So I told D I would be helping Wednesday and Thing. And don’t worry about selling the Black Cats to the Gold Bugs. I value my friendship with Wednesday and Thing.
Thing: wise decision. Wednesday has Pugsley working on some small explosives
Enid: Oh my god! They both wanted huge ones! But I said what the fun in a large explosion large enough to take everyone out at once? Including the risk of us as well?
Everyone laughed.
Yoko: that definitely sounds like our girl -making a grand waving hand gesture- EXPLOSION!! 💥
Jen: hold the phone! I got an idea! Since we can’t make ourselves too predictable like Usher does with every year, sorry Kent, for the front of the boat CATNIP!
Kent: I only live in House of Usher. I’ve been loyal to my sis and LeGrand for three years. But catnip?
Jen: maybe not catnip but exactly but we can call it that as an attack. Something that sprays/shoots from the front
Kent: Bees?
Enid: while I think Eugene would love to help? The hives are not strong enough to handle that. He already lost a bunch last year taking care of Thornhill, the hives are mostly still in hibernation
Kent: Thing? Any ideas?
Thing: Pugsley has been itching to make some sort of cannon for the front of the canoe
Enid: it has to be something that can be primed quickly and not be so powerful that it misses.
Jen: wait, who is this Pugsley?
Kent: Wednesday’s little brother

Music that works with the epithet erased cast!
Molly- Karma by AJR(and if she has a epitome I feel like DONT WASTE MY TIME by Legrand would work.)
Sylvester- the serious adult facade he attempts to put on would be Please Hold by Jono, or jazz, maybe even some classy music once in a while, but he would secretly enjoy techno music. Specifically opinions by CG5 or Dopamine Highscore by Legrand. (mainly because of the dopamine rush from the notes)
Giovanni- The Villain I Appear To be, all the way. But he would listen to stuff like smooth/soft rock.
Trixie- the artist Good Kid. That's it. It fits her. The style, the beat, the everything, she listens to it and you can't convince me otherwise.
Phoenica- the underwater mario level music soundtrack fits her, but she listens to cheesy love songs. I totally didn't have any in my Playlists.. coughs in from the start by laufley
Naven- six legs(tippy tappy toes) by scrawny fits him, specifically the music. If he wants music to listen to he has someone produce it for him.
Lorelai- I couldn't think of anything, but she listens to No normal music, only anime openings.
And yes, all this songs are music from various Playlists of mine.
Music mentioned below.

i would like to hear about this animatronic fan band if you're comfortable sharing 👀👀
I haven't shared abt my ocs in so long, i'll be honored!!
(Even tho i don't really have any art on these guys and i haven't given them much thought in a long ass time... meh)
So!! My idea for these guys came by thinking "man... it'd be really cool to have an animatronic band in my country (Argentina)" bc we don't have any of that here. So all these guys are pretty much argentine, and would sing mostly songs for here (and generally songs from latinamerican artists), with most being animal species commonly found here too!! (Most, not all)
There were 5 of them:
First off, Silvia, the pianist!! She would be a dog (poodle, to be specific) in her 40s. She'll be a complete old diva, dressing with very expensive and elegant ballroom-like clothing, which was meant to fit with her playing a grand piano. The idea for how she'll look like on-stage would be her being in a bit of a 3/4ths angle to the audience, so the piano was more visible. I was kind of inspired by actual argentine actress Mirta Legrand and Susana Gimenez while thinking of her!!
Then there was Tamara, the lead guitarrist!! She was a black cat and more of a rebel type, fitting her instrument, and in her mid 30s. She would dress in a bit of grunge fashion, with an old flannel over an old band shirt, ripped jeans, boots etc. She was meant to be a foil to Silvia, with her being very proper and elegant while Tamara was messy and casual about everything. On stage, she would even be sitting on Sil's piano, facing the audience more directly. Her guitar would be all black and red with a few stickers on it even.
Then there was the Actual Old Guy of the team, Don Sergio (Note: Don as in, 'Mister' but more casual) he's a Tatú Carreta (AKA a Big armadillo) in like, his 70s or so. I even envisioned him with a grey beard and the whole thing. He would be dressed like a gaucho, with a big ol hat and pancho, boots, etc. He would play an acoustic guitar, meant to sound more 'melancholic' and stuff. He was very much a grandfather type, more focused on playing tango and charreras. On stage, i saw him sitting on like, a log with a whole mate set up by his side
Then, there was the youngest guy, Ciro!! He was a carpincho (capybara) on his teens, 15/16 yrs old!! He'll be the baterist, and be sarcastic and bit of a joker, but still a very sweet kid underneath it all. He would wear very typical, but still modern-ish clothes, a coya hat and a sweater of llama wool, both green like his drum set. He'll have his whole little space on stage, with some fairy lights behind him and the band's name spray painted on the bass drum (i did never give the whole group a name tho).
Then, there was Iliana, the bassist!! She was a Aguará Guazú (Maned Wolf) on her 20s. She was pretty high-energy and easily excited, very friendly and outgoing generally. She would dress very colorfully, i hadn't really thought about it as much but she would def wear bali pants. Her bass would also be brightly painted. On stage, she would be standing, one of her feet resting on the amplifier.
That's everything i had for them, basically!! It's been years since i thought of them, but it was nice to revisit these ideas!!
To end things off, some songs they would definetly cover
Mariposa Tecknicolor - Fito Paez
Y Dale Alegria A Mi Corazón - Fito Paez
Carnavalito (El Humahuaqueño)
De Esas Que Te Hacen Llorar - Jorge Rojas
Ojos De Videotape - Charly Garcia

Luz Delito - Wos

Read or not: Books Hauled 2020 Edition
Hello gentlefriends! Today I thought that we could go through the books that I hauled this year. In 2020, I discovered a second hand shop for book in English (remember that I live in Portugal) and I was so happy to find cheap books in English. The rest of my books are bought in Fnac (a mostly technology store that also sells books) and from Book Depository, and later after discovering their ties to Amazon, Blackwells. After the cut is a list of the all the books, if you have the patience or are just curious. I wished I didn’t have to buy this many books but my library system is not great, doesn’t have books in English and if it does it’s not books I like. But I’m glad to find so many great second hand books, photo below, since it’s such a eco friendly way to get books.
Tumblr media
So... time for statistics! In 2020, I hauled 65 books. 46% for them were read and 54% were not. Of the books hauled, 6% were unhauled. Of the books read, 24% were 5 stars. I hauled approximately 5 books per month. And lastly the unread books hauled this year fill 80% on my TBR.

“Discussion”
The team had left except for Jack who was cleaning up. Enid would join him after Wednesday talked to her
Wednesday: Enid. What was with that snickering? Your spitting out your water
Enid: um. Ajax said something that caused me to do that
Wednesday: Ajax. What did you say?
Ajax: er um …
Wednesday: we were in the middle of a discussion. Not the time and place to be making jokes. What did you say?
Ajax: so, well. Um. Xavier was whining about how he pays attention to detail. I -uh, said to Enid ‘yeah like the details of the curvature of Wednesday’s breasts’
Wednesday smirked evilly. Enid knowing Wednesday knew it was the closest she would come to a smile
Ajax: I- I- I’m sorry, Wednesday!
Wednesday: relax. I am not got to kill you.
Ajax: yet?
Wednesday: not yet. You have proven yourself a good friend to Enid. And not at all a sore loser. While I do not consider you a friend, yet. You are let us say perhaps a step below Bianca
Ajax: Enid? Is this a good thing?
Enid: it is a good thing.
Wednesday: you lost gracefully. I must admit I did enjoy our little competition. The fact that you did not give up? And that you accepted defeat is admirable
Ajax: I appreciate that. My moms have always taught me there is great honor in accepting defeat and that there is much to win not making the winner an enemy. One may never be a friend. But it is always a win not to gain an enemy
Wednesday: interesting. And when it comes to someone, such as myself? Who sees everyone as an enemy until proven otherwise? You are not my enemy. You are Enid’s friend and have accepted her love for me
Enid: wait. Ajax? You have two moms?
Ajax: I do. I don’t talk about it much. Not that I’m ashamed. It’s just that they have gone through a lot protecting me.
Enid: Wednesday? We should get going. Shower and get ready for dinner
Ajax: can I come? If it’s not a date? I’ll pay
Wednesday: not a date. But a Poe Cup meeting. Cannot have a member of House of Montresor present at an Ophelia Hall meeting now can we?
Ajax: no. And wow? You’re having meetings? Xavier is our captain and he’s yet to organize anything
Enid: Jess is captain this year. I’m co captain because Wednesday has the production she has to watch. Since I’m Wednesday’s roomie I can talk to about things. And Jenn is our anchor since Yoko is now in LeGrand Hall with Divina. That is all I am saying Ajax.
Ajax: yeah. I get it. I’m gonna talk to Xavier. Maybe he’s forgotten with it being moved to February and his obsession over Wednesday
Wednesday: Enid. You go take your shower and get ready. I will help Jack clean up. Then take my shower. You always take longer to get ready than I do

Productions:
Little White Lie: a YouTube show about bands but Duder's a spy
A Very Potter Musical: Harry Potter but Harry is an ass, Ron is a jerk in love, Hermione is bullied, and Voldemort is hot and in love in Quirrel
Me and My Dick: Joey Richter plays a sex-crazed version of himself but it's a musical with singing dicks and vaginas
A Very Potter Sequel: Harry Potter but they go back in time and the actor who played Voldemort in the first one plays a chubby little fuck but is still hot
Starship: the little mermaid but with bugs and in space
Holy Musical B@man!: Batman but Dylan Saunders' voice fucking slays and instead of the Joker they have Sweet Tooth who makes a lot of candy puns
A Very Potter Senior Year: Harry Potter but Harry is even more of an ass, Voldemort is even hotter, and you will cry
Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier: Wicked but for Ja'far and Aladdin is a dick
ANI: A Parody: Star Wars but the villains are the heroes, Darth Vador is not threatening, Tarkin is in love with a stormtrooper, Jar Jar is lovable, and they pod race again
The Trail to Oregon!: the game but the characters are named by the audience and they are all idiots
Firebringer: cave people but with revolutions, love, and fucking awesome choreography
The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals: a musical about a guy who doesn't like musicals but a meteor crashes in his town that turns everything into a musical
Black Friday: a horror comedy commentary about capitalism and corruption but Dylan Saunders is BACK and fucking bops (i will add everyone who worked on this incredible musical to the list of StarKids as soon as i have time, sorry)
*this list does not include tours, concerts, reunions, The Harder They Fall, Hobbit, Hobbit 2, Yes, I am Afraid of the Dark!, 1 Night 2 Last 3 Ever, Airport for Birds, Movies, Musicals, & Me or their YouTube Short Comedy Sketches for the sake of simplicity
Tin Can Bros: a separate but similar theater company created by a few StarKids but they are still StarKids
Members:
Corey Lubowich, Joey Richter, Brian Rosenthal
Productions:
Spies are Forever: a musical about spies but they say the word spies way too many times and the plot twist will smack you and call you a bitch
The Solve It Squad Returns: Scooby Doo but they avoid copy-right infringement by changing all of the names and they are aged-up and depressed
*this list does not include Alive! On Stage!, Seriously Not a Joke, We Didn’t Plan to Kill Our Guest, Idle Worship, Flop Stoppers, Wayward Guide, Choose Our Destiny, or their YouTube Short Comedy Sketches for the sake of simplicity
If I forgot or am wrong about something, please let me know so I can fix it
