Music that works with the epithet erased cast!
Molly- Karma by AJR(and if she has a epitome I feel like DONT WASTE MY TIME by Legrand would work.)
Sylvester- the serious adult facade he attempts to put on would be Please Hold by Jono, or jazz, maybe even some classy music once in a while, but he would secretly enjoy techno music. Specifically opinions by CG5 or Dopamine Highscore by Legrand. (mainly because of the dopamine rush from the notes)
Giovanni- The Villain I Appear To be, all the way. But he would listen to stuff like smooth/soft rock.
Trixie- the artist Good Kid. That's it. It fits her. The style, the beat, the everything, she listens to it and you can't convince me otherwise.
Phoenica- the underwater mario level music soundtrack fits her, but she listens to cheesy love songs. I totally didn't have any in my Playlists.. coughs in from the start by laufley
Naven- six legs(tippy tappy toes) by scrawny fits him, specifically the music. If he wants music to listen to he has someone produce it for him.
Lorelai- I couldn't think of anything, but she listens to No normal music, only anime openings.
And yes, all this songs are music from various Playlists of mine.
Music mentioned below.

i would like to hear about this animatronic fan band if you're comfortable sharing 👀👀
I haven't shared abt my ocs in so long, i'll be honored!!
(Even tho i don't really have any art on these guys and i haven't given them much thought in a long ass time... meh)
So!! My idea for these guys came by thinking "man... it'd be really cool to have an animatronic band in my country (Argentina)" bc we don't have any of that here. So all these guys are pretty much argentine, and would sing mostly songs for here (and generally songs from latinamerican artists), with most being animal species commonly found here too!! (Most, not all)
There were 5 of them:
First off, Silvia, the pianist!! She would be a dog (poodle, to be specific) in her 40s. She'll be a complete old diva, dressing with very expensive and elegant ballroom-like clothing, which was meant to fit with her playing a grand piano. The idea for how she'll look like on-stage would be her being in a bit of a 3/4ths angle to the audience, so the piano was more visible. I was kind of inspired by actual argentine actress Mirta Legrand and Susana Gimenez while thinking of her!!
Then there was Tamara, the lead guitarrist!! She was a black cat and more of a rebel type, fitting her instrument, and in her mid 30s. She would dress in a bit of grunge fashion, with an old flannel over an old band shirt, ripped jeans, boots etc. She was meant to be a foil to Silvia, with her being very proper and elegant while Tamara was messy and casual about everything. On stage, she would even be sitting on Sil's piano, facing the audience more directly. Her guitar would be all black and red with a few stickers on it even.
Then there was the Actual Old Guy of the team, Don Sergio (Note: Don as in, 'Mister' but more casual) he's a Tatú Carreta (AKA a Big armadillo) in like, his 70s or so. I even envisioned him with a grey beard and the whole thing. He would be dressed like a gaucho, with a big ol hat and pancho, boots, etc. He would play an acoustic guitar, meant to sound more 'melancholic' and stuff. He was very much a grandfather type, more focused on playing tango and charreras. On stage, i saw him sitting on like, a log with a whole mate set up by his side
Then, there was the youngest guy, Ciro!! He was a carpincho (capybara) on his teens, 15/16 yrs old!! He'll be the baterist, and be sarcastic and bit of a joker, but still a very sweet kid underneath it all. He would wear very typical, but still modern-ish clothes, a coya hat and a sweater of llama wool, both green like his drum set. He'll have his whole little space on stage, with some fairy lights behind him and the band's name spray painted on the bass drum (i did never give the whole group a name tho).
Then, there was Iliana, the bassist!! She was a Aguará Guazú (Maned Wolf) on her 20s. She was pretty high-energy and easily excited, very friendly and outgoing generally. She would dress very colorfully, i hadn't really thought about it as much but she would def wear bali pants. Her bass would also be brightly painted. On stage, she would be standing, one of her feet resting on the amplifier.
That's everything i had for them, basically!! It's been years since i thought of them, but it was nice to revisit these ideas!!
To end things off, some songs they would definetly cover
Mariposa Tecknicolor - Fito Paez
Y Dale Alegria A Mi Corazón - Fito Paez
Carnavalito (El Humahuaqueño)
De Esas Que Te Hacen Llorar - Jorge Rojas
Ojos De Videotape - Charly Garcia

Read or not: Books Hauled 2020 Edition
Hello gentlefriends! Today I thought that we could go through the books that I hauled this year. In 2020, I discovered a second hand shop for book in English (remember that I live in Portugal) and I was so happy to find cheap books in English. The rest of my books are bought in Fnac (a mostly technology store that also sells books) and from Book Depository, and later after discovering their ties to Amazon, Blackwells. After the cut is a list of the all the books, if you have the patience or are just curious. I wished I didn’t have to buy this many books but my library system is not great, doesn’t have books in English and if it does it’s not books I like. But I’m glad to find so many great second hand books, photo below, since it’s such a eco friendly way to get books.
Tumblr media
So... time for statistics! In 2020, I hauled 65 books. 46% for them were read and 54% were not. Of the books hauled, 6% were unhauled. Of the books read, 24% were 5 stars. I hauled approximately 5 books per month. And lastly the unread books hauled this year fill 80% on my TBR.

july bookish wrap up
so, i read a fair amount this last month due to pain and me taking a month off of all drs appointments so i could just get my body more okay again without hours of car rides hurting me worse. of course, this meant that my sleep injury happened two nights ago - the end of my free month so i’m having to deal with thaaaaat which caused my left leg to have literally 0 strength/control and i’ve been hella relying on my rose cane like i’ve not quite needed to before. pains obviously bad when i feel anything. it goes from total loss of sensation to OH MY GD CUT IT THE FUCK OFF GIVE ME A METAL LEG EVEN A PEG NOT THIS which makes sleep interesting. i finished a 17hr45m audiobook in one sitting! and i’d started it at 1pm that afternoon, so... yeah! ended up finishing 31 books, listed below w my star ratings and maybe a sentence if i rly had Feelings. finished all but three books on my TBR for the month- NEVER have kept that much to a TBR before so go me, adulting and shit
1) “The Girl from Everywhere” by Heidi Heilig - 4/5 stars. i liked this one a lot, planning on reading book two probably today. it’s really great if youre in pain mentally or physically and wanna feel like you’re legit traveling via book 2) “Lament: The Faerie Queen’s Deception” by Maggie Stiefvater - 3/5 - didn’t enjoy this as much as i thought i would but it’s no fault of the book/author. it’s just a book made with 12-14 year olds in mind and i am not, but that’s IMPORTANT to see in YA and i plan on getting this for my lil sister who is 13! 3) “The Exiled Queen” by Cinda Williams Chima - 5/5 stars; this was the 17hr45m book i did in one sitting! SO GOOD, YALL. i’m easy to please if it’s a university/school that has a mage section, though, so i mean, shrug. i loved it. can’t wait to continue w this series once i’ve finished Heidi Heilig’s books that have Kim Mai Guest narrating since she also does the spin off series for this and i want to not associate her voice w anything else for a bit. 4) “Bryony and Roses” by T Kingfisher - 5/5 - I finally have a book version of Beauty and the Beast that I utterly adore enough to finish. 5) “Lake Silence” by Anne Bishop (there are valid criticisms of this book & it’s treatment of Native American cultures, which you should look up before getting into this series bc they definitely are valid things; i was already invested/had bought the whole series before i knew any of that unfortunately) 5/5, great installment in the sadly for me one book left series that’s helped me a loooot during flares 6) “A Book of Rare & Cunning Device” by Ben Aaronovitch - 5/5 7) Peter Pan & Wendy by JM Barrie - 4/5 8) The Wedding Party by Jasmine Guillory - 4/5, very cute as always for Jasmine Guillory 9) “The Toll” by Cherie Priest - 3.5/5, rounded up to 4/5 for GoodReads 10) “Daughter of the Pirate King” by Tricia Levenseller - 5/5, lived up to ALL the hype 11) “Daughter of the Siren Queen” by Tricia Levenseller - 5/5 see above 12) “The Bird & the Blade” by Megan Bannen - 5/5 13) “Tsumiko & the Enslaved Fox” by Forthright - 5/5 omg lived up to years of hype i’d seen. glad i waited for the audiobook though bc it came to life so fully. 14) “Furyborn” by Claire Legrand - 5/5 15) “The Forbidden Wish” by Jessica Khoury - 2.5/5 rounded up to 3/5 on Goodreads 16) “Shadow of the Fox” by Julie Kagawa - 5/5 17) “Signal to Noise” by Silvia Moreno-Garcia - 4.5/5 rounded up to 5/5 on GoodReads 18) “The Epic Crush of Genie Lo” by FC Yee - 5/5 ALL THE HYPE. SO TRUE. 19) “Sarong Party Girls” by Cheryl Lu-Lien Tan - 3.5/5 rounded up to 4/5; the dialect was only possible for me to love/appreciate via audiobook, so i truly encourage anyone wanting to read this who is not Singaporean to check into the audiobook version to fully experience this book! 20) “The Demon King” by Cinda Williams Chima - 5/5 21) “Ash Princess” by Laura Sebastian - 4.5/5 rounded up to 5/5 22) “All Systems Red” by Martha Wells - 2.5/5 rounded up to 3/5 23) “Spin the Dawn” by Elizabeth Lim - 5/5 LIVES UP TO ALL THE HYPE READ THIS PROJECT RUNWAY FANTASY BOOK NOOOOOW 24) “Flame in the Mist” by Renee Ahdieh - 3/5 25) “Song of the Dead” by Sarah Glenn Marsh - 4/5 26) “Romanov” by Nadine Brandes - 3/5 27) “Sorcery of Thorns” by Margaret Rogerson - 5/5 AHHH SOOOOO GOOD 28) “The Battered Body Beneath the Flagstones & Other Victorian Scandals” by Michelle Morgan - 5/5, very entertaining. while also showing compassion when needed 29) iZombie vol 4 by Chris Roberson - 5/5, great ending to a series i never wanted to end 30) “Unthinkable: What the World’s Most Extraordinary Brains Can Teach Us About Our Own” by Helen Thomson - 4/5 31) “The Kingdom” by Jess Rothenberg - 5/5
