yall, i’ve always know that im a child of Dionysus, but i THINK my “mortal” dad might be Dionysus…

so when the percy jackson show series first came out and me and my mom watched it, every time we put it on, my dad would say "oh, your watching [wrong name for percy jackson]!"

some of the incorrect names i can remember are Punky Johnston, Jercy Packson,

Pharmaceutical Jean-Jacket (no clue what that even means), and literally Peter Johnson. there's more than that though, but that's what i remember.

then i started to notice he would misname everything and everyone just for funsies. but yall... i don't know if it's just for funsies anymore

i told my dad he sounds a lot like Dionysus from the Percy Jackson series and his was response was: "how do you know i'm not him?"

so anyways, my irl dad is probably Dionysus. oh, he's also a mental health professional (mental health → insanity), he went to parties a lot when he was younger and was a dj, he was a theatre kid and still kind of is, and knows quite a bit about alcohol. so...

I think huge potential was missed when dionysus decided to mess up the half-bloods names but kept the first letters of their names the same eg P and J for Percy (peter johnson, perry johansson, etc). what about jercy packson. jerky person. jerry pohansson. chanabeth ase. bannie ell. unver groderwood. magnus chase becomes mango cheese becomes chango meese.
