Hilarious enough: I hated Teruteru. My friend's hate Teruteru. I like your depiction of him and it made him grow on me

And with the sentiment of just letting characters be characters: I hate Angie so much, but I chose to add her into my fangan and treat her fairly on my own terms. I'm letting Angie just be Angie

YEAH sometimes the characters you hate are really useful to have around and you just gotta shrug and acknowledge they exist for a reason

I feel like we need a more comprehensive timeline of Internet series/pilots that got turned into mainstream TV shows

It's sort of like the first gay kiss in Disney thing, where every time it happens somebody says it's the first time it's ever happened

I think this history just isn't very well known, and I'd like to see more work done to canonize the timeline

Here's what I can do off the top of my head, probably missing many things in between each of these events, this is just the best I can do off the top of my head

(And this order is not related to when the original internet versions of these properties were released, rather it's organized by when the television adaptation/continuation released)

Before hazbin hotel there was final space

Before final space there was Rick and Morty

Before Rick and Morty there was breadwinners (i think?)

And before that I'm not exactly sure

The earliest one that I know of is robot chicken, which people almost never talk about as being an adaptation of an internet show, but it's a redo of the web series "sweet jay presents", which is largely lost media but a select number of sketches are on the first season DVD

OC SHIP NAMES I JUST CAME UP WITH

So, I came up some ship names for my muses/OCs... :3

Jay and Rick - blue rabbit. I often see/depict Rick as a rabbit due to his backstory and his hairstyle, and the blue part comes a small joke I made to myself that Jay would prob be nicknamed bluejay

Aliza and Rose - orange roses. Aliza's hair colour + Rose's name. Plus, orange roses mean enthusiasm, desire, fascination and energy, and I think that describes their time together pretty well. Aliza and Rose are very fascinated in insects, space, starting a family and desire to be together forever.

Kiko (self insert) and FC Rick - rockstars. FC being in a band and Kiko having a heavy connection to stars.
