Thor’s curse - I didn’t realize they laid the groundwork here. It's also interesting that Thor's Curse was said BEFORE getting Sam down the stairs, yet, and he believes it's already in position.

Also, Alberta’s like ‘dude, why’?

Trevor, Bro, what are you doing?  Why are you trying to do - whatever you’re doing?  Are you trying to get closer, a better look, what?

Also, like with Sass in Episode 1, you can see them noticing and trying to warn Trevor.  

Isaac and Hetty have their hands up thing, Pete’s warning him.  THOR RUNS to the other side of the hall - WHY?  And Flower goes up against the wall.  POOR ALBERTA.  She goes to the door as well and ends up walked through.  

I do have some questions about Isaac putting his hands up like he does - is it like to protect his eyes from something?  Does walking through a ghost cause residue?  Would putting his hands up protect him from getting walked through himself? (Probably not).  So WHY does he do this?  

Also, Thor’s RUN - mentioned earlier is hilarious.

What's interesting was that it WAS going in order of Age - UNTIL TREVOR. Hetty doesn't get walked through - in fact, Trevor is basically a stand in for Hetty, because Alberta would be the next to get walked through (by age). It's very interesting.

What’s even more interesting is that Trevor and Alberta seem to shake it off faster than Sass and Isaac.  (Thor’s was in a ‘dream’ like thing, so doesn’t really count).  

Given that Sass (500 years) and Isaac (250 years) have been ghosts for SO LONG - do we think getting walked through is WORSE for them due to Age? Do we think Isaac's was worse due to his power? (I think I mentioned that before).

It would make sense given Trevor (22 Years) and Alberta (95 years) easy shaking of it off.  Could age of death contribute?  It would be rather curious if it did.

ANYWAY - Poor Sam.

MY THOUGHTS ON AHSOKA - Part 1 "Master and Apprentice" & Part 2 "Toil and Trouble"

(ok let's do this again, bc I posted the previous post before I was finished by mistake, and the power went out right at that moment which means I had no Wi-Fi to fix it 😣😣)

The first thing I can say is that I liked this premiere a lot, but it didn't blow my mind to smithereens. It was a pretty decent start and I can see the potential, I'm invested. But I'd rather remain cautious for the moment. I don't want to hype myself too much, fearing a big disappointment down the road.

There were surprises (very good surprises), some confirmations of things I suspected or have seen others speculating about, and a thing or 2 that I'm iffy about. and also I liked the pace. It's not too slow, nor too fast. It seems deliberated, and I think that's a good thing.

Let's dive into the details…

Part 1 - Master and apprentice

Watching a New Republic transport losing yet again a prisoner, makes me think the NR needs to work on this problem. Because so far, there've been 4 different prisoner breakouts that we know of (2 of those were the same guy!!)

Ahsoka in the ancient temple looking for the map was cool. I love the video game treasure hunt/solve the puzzle kind of feel about it (it made think about Jedi fallen order/survivor). And Huyang roasting Ahsoka for not having a padawan with her was the best.

I loved the subtle hint that Ahsoka made about Morgan Esbelth hiring mercenaries in the past (AKA: Din. I wonder if he could have a small cameo)

My first reaction to Hera believing that Ezra is dead was shock, especially since in the Rebels finale seemed that she knew he was just lost not dead, but after thinking about it, it does make sense. First, because she never had the confirmation that he was actually alive. There's no trace of him or Thrawn in the galaxy (we learned why later), and second, and maybe more importantly, it's much easier to continue living on with a loved one's death than a disappearance. The not-knowing, the constant yearning can be exhausting. With death come pain, but eventually with healthy grieving you should accept it and move on.

Omg! I can't believe Ryder Azadi and Jai Kell were there!! And the mural’s dedication to Ezra 😭😭😭😭 I love that everyone still have him so present even after all this time 💕💕

Sabine is commander, huh? Nice! But the fact that she wasn't in the ceremony doesn't surprise me at all.

Her Loth cat is the most adorable thing ever. I want one!!!

That Morgan Elsbeth being a Nightsister wasn't the biggest surprise for me, bc I had seen people speculating about. In fact, I like the idea of another surviving Nightsister. My only nickpicking about this is that her skin is too pink for a Witch of Dathomir. I guess she's either half-human/half-zabrak, or she's using some cloaking spell on herself.

Ezra's message just for Sabine 😭😭😭

(I have to make a pause here to confess something. When I watched Rebels for the first time, I was happy that Ezra and Sabine didn't end up being a thing. That doesn't mean I didn't see the signs that they could be more than friends/siblings, because there were signs, but I feel that media loves to put first love as if it should be the love of the characters' life always, when in real life it's much less common. It happens, but usually you don't marry your first love. And I thought it was ok to leave the romantic plot out of it. I mean, they were kids fighting a war, they had enough on their plate.

But now, as adults who have grown and gotten vastly different experiences in life and all that? I won't be mad if, when they find Ezra, they declare romantic love for each other. And regarding the message when Ezra says he sees her as a sister, I have the strong feeling that he said that because that was what he thought she wanted to hear. He accepted he was in the "friend zone" and respected that, not knowing Sabine was pinning for him, you know, like idiots in love.

It could be just as he said, they love each other platonically as siblings, and I'm ok with that too. But my heart goes out to all the Sabezra shippers. I know your pain, and as Kalluzeb shipper we might share the same boat soon. I'm fearing that they'll put even harder the "Only friends" sticker on Kallus and Zeb. But just like you, I'll ignore it. So, ship away, my dears. Who's going to stop you? Not me!)

Ahsoka should've known that Sabine would take the map! That was a very Sabine (and a very padawan) thing to do. She should know. How many times she disobeyed Anakin?

And Sabine should've known something like that would happen. When something goes as planned?

The fight between Shin and Sabine was great, but it was painful how rusty Sabine has become. Come on, girl!! and OUCH!!! I didn't expect she was going to be impaled. And thank goodness episode 2 was next because I would've hated that cliffhanger.

Part 2 - Toil and Trouble

Ahsoka's reaction about Sabine losing the map, altho understandable, got on my nerves. Really Ahsoka? have you never done something wrong? I know, I know!! her reaction stems off her trauma and all that, but idk, I didn't like it.

On the other hand, Mom daughter moment with Hera and Sabine was so precious 😭 That really took me back to Rebels. I always love when Hera is the best mom in the galaxy, showing Sabine unconditional support. Despite the physical aspect of the character that it's taking me a bit to get used to it, I think Mary Elizabeth Winstead is doing a pretty good job embodying Hera personality.

For one glorious second, I thought we were going to see live-action Kallus, I swear. I mean, who could've been better to accompany them to Corellia to found out if there were Imperial spies, hmm? I didn't even need him to be in the whole thing, just 5 seconds of screen time, giving them intel on the shipyard or something. Is that too much to ask?!!

OH!! So Ezra and Thrawn are in another galaxy! That explains why nobody found a trace of them. So I guess Peridea is a thing now. And what if Mortis is in that galaxy --or in another-- and Anakin , Obi-Wan and Ahsoka traveled in one of those paths back in TCW? Ok, this is getting interesting.

Thrawn calling Morgan?! Sounds unlikely. But if it's not thrawn, then who? Oh! OH! 😳 I just remembered, The Grysk can manipulate other people's minds!!! I thought we weren't going to touch on the Grysk on this show, like ever, but what if?!!! (i'm sure I'm wrong, but if I'm right? OH MYYY GOOOOSSSHH!!! This show could be soooo so good)

It’s always on Tik tok tooo like I rejoined Tik tok around a month ago after like a whole year or smth and so I started consuming Ninjago content form there too- and as a fan coming from tumblr it was soooo ….UUGHSHS

Like the edits adn hcs are great- there’s a lot of cool , sweet, Ninjago fans there but omg the comment sections can be SOOO annoying sometimes 😭😭 if I see one more person complain about the new character designs I’m gonna have to hack into the Tik tok headquarters and delete that app cuz I swear y’all r pissing me off too much💀💀 there’s always these people having to be like “ugh old Ninjago was better 😒😢” and shit like that and AUAHSHJSB

It’s even worse when u notice that it’s someone who like watched it only when they were a kid and happens to stumble upon some edit and decides to shit on how different it is or looks just cuz or nostalgia. Or like I saw a person go “oh I used to watch Ninjago but then after the movie they changed their designs…and they looked just so different like Zane was super robotic…Kai’s hair was so different ..(etc etc I don’t remember exactly what they said but i do remmeber them mentioning Zane’s robotic appeal which was already a thing before the movie?? And smth else ab another character) and I just…I just couldn’t do it “ SOMETHING along those lines in a way that sounded soo dramatic like I’m sorry you literally missed our on SEASON 8 because you got petty that they looked dif….

AND LOOK - I UNDERSTAND that change can be very deteriorating for some people - and I understand not watching a show cuz of the style or how it looks- but the design changes didn’t change for the worse?? Like at all- and the animation peaked after the movie cuz of the budget increase as well as the story like omg…watching season 8 as I binge rewatched Ninjago (cuz I was getting back into it) was so refreshing and I would even say I was magnified. Because of how the tone changed but in a good way, uk? Not only did like the story feel so much more captivating (for me) but exciting and interesting like DIEBWIHAY!:28!2@. And honestly? I PERSONALLY liked more these designs than the last ones. So the fact that people would pass off the opportunity to watch such a great season just because things are kinda different now. Stop assuming the worst just cuz something is different from what your used to. I understand that the change must be very like/ impacting for fans back then when they suddenly changed the designs that they had gotten used to and loved, but at the end of the day, being so clung to nostalgia just ends up ruining things for your just having a closed mind to discovering and experiencing new things that you might actually really like and enjoy, and honestly ruin it for others. Because you just have to ruin the mood by being all grumpy and upset everytime anyone brings up that new different thing.

That’s brings us to dragons rising, where people look at some snippets about it and automatically assume the worst like “ugh what did they do to Jay and coke they aren’t here 😢😒 “ or “ugh now one will ever replace morro as the master of wind- who the hell is this stupid pick me girl 😕🙄”(referring to Euphrasia and yes I have actually seen people calling her a pick me girl…) or even the example given by op ab wyldfire and Kai…and it feels like they’re already walking into these plataforms with a closed mind and looking at these spoilers already expecting the worst because I mean let’s be honest, any kind of change to them will be bad anyways so there’s no way of conforming to these ppl. Like I don’t know what they expected, obviously it isn’t gonna be the same as before it’s a basically a new series(a light spinoff) so of COURSE it’s gonna have new characters (with elemental powers because ofc it just makes everything more fun and interesting and etc) of COURSE they’re exploring new concepts and worlds and etc and this whole new freshness is also the reason why so many people love it because for many of us at least it does feel like Ninjago (heck they’ve been to the moon and the depths of the ocean I don’t think you can really pin point what feels like Ninjago or what not - uk what I mean? ) and yet it also offers so many new concepts and adventures for our favourite characters to go through as well as new characters - that not only introduces new dynamics but also helps build even more character for not only these new ones but for the old ones! And add new character arcs and etc (like Lloyd becoming a master or Kai having to deal with Wyldfire) . Just because an era is over doesn’t mean the new one will be trash or is Inherently bad. Keep an open mind and stop assuming the worst just cuz the old is dead. You should have seen the end of that era coming ever since it began.

AND YES- your totally entitled to proffering the og designs and the older seasons! Like obviously I should k be saying this. As well as you have every right to just simply dislike other seasons or the newer designs cuz they’re not your cup of tea. The problem begins when someone just starts blindly hating just because of their nostalgia and hate towards change - all meanwhile not actyakky knowing anything about this new thing and not even bothering to do any more thinking about it,research, or simply giving it a chance. And it’s also an issue when your just stating ur uo being annoying - LIKE IM SORRY BUT💀💀 cuz these people will just come to some post that has anything with I dunno,an edit of one of the ninja and it’s all with his post movie design and they’ll just go to the comments section just to hate on the new and mourn the old when no one trully cares like dude…you just gotta come and be negative for no reason like yeah it’s just straight up, simply, insufferable. A/N: I'm doing this off my phone so if the formatting is funky, it's because I'm not on my laptop. Also I didn't add a collage this time, and I might not in the future, because I think y'all understand the look I was going for and have a great imagination for these things.

As soon as you got back to your dorm and Evan saw you crying, she asked what was wrong and tried to calm you down. You told her what happened while twisting the truth to protect the others. She just held you and told you everything would be better. To make you feel more relaxed, she broke out some hidden treats and some self spa tools, saying she was going to pamper you.

15 minutes into the mini spa, you already felt 100 times better.

“Thanks Evan. This is the first time I've ever done a spa.” you say with an avocado mask on your face, laying on your bed with Evan right next to you.

With the same avocado mask on her face and 2 cucumber slices on her eyes, Evan says, “I can't believe you’ve never done this before. Not even with your sister?”

You sit up and look at your lap, taking a moment before you answer her question.

“No, she can't stand me, because I'm too soft. Family is not the same on the Isle as it is here. Just cause we're related doesn't mean you have to love or care for each other. You got to look out for yourself.” Your voice is heavy with years of loneliness. When you don't hear anything from Evan but a sniffle, you look to the side to see what's wrong.

Evan, with her adorable self, has tears running down her face full of avocado while she sticks a cucumber in her mouth. She sits up and while chewing the cucumber slice, she says, “That's so sad! I'll be your new sister!” you don't want to laugh, but the scene in front of you makes it hard.

“Why are you laughing? I mean it. I want to be your sister!” She says with the other slice of cucumber in her mouth. It makes you laugh harder, which results in her pouting like a little child.

After a minute you finally calm down enough to talk to her. “I'm sorry. I've never seen something so funny,” she gives you a look, “And sweet. I want to be your sister too. Come here.” you open up your arms for a hug and she takes it.

When you guys pull apart from the hug you both look each other up and down then bust out laughing. During the hug, you guys got avocado all over each other. It was all on both of your clothes. “I trust that you won't freak out when I do this.” Before she can question what you mean, you say a little spell, flick your wrist, and all the avocado is gone.

“OMG, you have magic!?” she excitedly said. You nodded ‘yes’, which resulted in a squeal from her. Her excitement was infectious and made you giddy too.

The rest of the night you guys played around with magic, until you guys fell asleep. But during your good time, the others were making a love potion cookies among other things.

After Lonnie left the kitchen, Mal put the cookies in the oven. In the silence of the kitchen the tension between the group was almost palpable, but Carlos soon broke it.

“Mal, what you said back there to Y/N was very uncalled for. Just because you and her sister have beef doesn't mean you can take it out on her.” Evie and Jay nodded to what Carlos said.

Mal is trying to hold her ground by staring Carlos down, but the guilt is too much. She huffs defeated and looks to her feet. “I know! I know… It’s just we have a mission to complete and if we don't,” she pauses looking up at the others equally frightened faces, then continues, “I don't want to think about if we don't.” The air is heavy with emotions.

The same thoughts all go through their minds in the silence of the room. They all started liking Auradon, but they wouldn’t say it out loud to each other. Here they could do and be whoever and whatever they wanted to be without worry of judgment or consequences. But when they thought about it they don't belong here. They had to remind themselves they were evil and belong to the Isle. Though, in reality, none of that was true.

They had been so lost in their thoughts, that when the timer broke the deafening silence, they all collectively jumped in surprise. They all shared a look before they all walked over to see how the cookies came out.

Mal takes out the cookies and places them on the prep table. “I think these are ready. So do we all know what the plan is for tomorrow?” They all nodded in unison.

After cleaning up, they make their way back to their dorm rooms. Jay and Carlos get to their room first, which leaves Evie and Mal to still get back to their room. When they finally get back, Evie stops Mal before she enters the room.

“You are going to apologize to Y/N, right? Just because we are evil doesn't mean we don't have manners.” Evie can understand where Y/N is coming from and hopefully Mal can too.

“Yeah, Yeah. Only so we can make her our ally again.” Evie knew Mal was actually doing it because Isle kids stick together, but if it helped Mal sleep at night she wasn't going to say anything.

When morning rolled around you felt like something good was going to happen, but it was going to have bad consequences. Letting that thought linger in the back of your mind, you thought about how first period would go after what went down. At least you knew that if Mal came after you again, Evan was coming after her. Yup, reassuring.

Evan was nice enough to walk you to your first period class, since you usually went with the others. When you got there, everyone looked at you, with sorry written all over their faces. Evie put her hand on Mal's shoulder, which prompted Mal to get out of her seat and walk over to you.

When she was finally standing in front of you, Evan stepped forward eyeing up Mal like she wasn't Maleficent’s daughter. “If you hurt my sister,” she points her thumb over her shoulder at you, “I’ll hurt you.” Your surprised by the protective nature of Evan, but let her do her thing.

Mal’s surprised too, but also impressed, so she tells Evan she understands. With that Evan hugs you goodbye and walks to her class. Once Mal has you alone, she says something you'd never expect from her. An apology.

“I want to say sorry about yesterday. What I said was not cool. Can you forgive me?” she asks, looking at you expectantly.

“Water under the bridge. Now let's get to learning.” She smirks at you, and you guys walk to your seats.

During break the group tells you about the love potion plan and you agree to help as much as possible. It hurts you to help destroy any and all chances of getting Ben, but you still feel obligated to help them and something is telling you to do so too. They tell you the plan is going to happen after school at Mal’s locker, so you just wait till then.

When the bell rings ending school, you shoot up out of your seat and run out of class since Mal’s locker is on the other side of school. This causes Evan to follow you, though. You guys always walk from 5th period back to your dorm, so she thought something had to be wrong

By running, you made it just in time. Ben had just taken a bite out of the cookie, when something roughly bumps into you, sending you into Ben’s arms.

Ben is looking down into your eyes and is holding you against his body to keep you from falling.

“Y/N, are you okay?” You nodded too speechless and dazed to verbally answer. The next thing Ben ask you truly knocks you out more than the mystery object that got you the first time.

“But did it hurt?” his slight pause gives you a chance to be confused, then he finishes. “When you fell from heaven?” At that cheesy pick-up line, everyone's jaw dropped, especially yours. You honestly couldn't believe your ears.

“Ben, Are you okay?” You ask ,being able to finally stand on your own legs, but Ben still has his arms wrapped around your thick waist.

“I'm fine, but not as fine as you, sweet thang.” he says with a love struck smile on his face which you promptly covered with your hands so he would stop flirting.

“Jay can you pull him off me, please?” Jay comes to your rescue and gently pries him off of you. Once Jay has him, he asks Ben, “Has your world been worked?”

The answer to Jay's question comes in the form of a song lyric. Looking you in the eyes, Ben sings, “You know you do.” (quoting one of Michael Jackson’s songs). At that you become flustered and turn around, not wanting to drag out your embarrassment.

When you turn around to see what pushed you into Ben, you see Evan.“Evan, what are you doing here?” she opened her mouth to answer, but you interrupted her. “Wait, were you the reason I fell into Ben?” When you said that, she became a little sheepish as she answered.

“Yes,” she whispered, “But I was only running in behind you to see if you were Ok because you left class so suddenly...sorry.” Hearing her explanation only made you smile. You could never be mad at her.

“There's no need to be sorry. You were concerned about me and I appreciate that you care enough to check up on me.” With that said you hugged her. During your talk with Evan, the boys left to get ready for their game.

Once you pull out of your hug, you look towards Mal and Evie and see they both have an urgent look on their faces. “Uh, you want to go to the field and save us some seats in the bleachers?” you ask Evan nervously. She nods ‘yes’ and runs off to the game.

“What was that?!” Mal asked incredulously.

“I’m so sorry guys. It was an accident. I tripped,” you said apologetically, “But you can fix this right?”

“No, there is no time. You’ll just have to become his girlfriend.” She said nonchalantly.

“Wait, what?!” your jaw was practically hitting the floor.

You guess this was the good thing that you felt coming, but unfortunately you knew it was going to end badly.

You and Bishop were laying on your backs on separate sides of the bed, breathing heavily after a hot and steamy sex session that had lasted most of the night.

None of you moved any closer to each other. You let the breeze from the window cool both of you down. The only contract you had was with your hands, holding and caressing each other’s fingers and palms to keep that little bit of contact.

Out of the corner of your eyes, you saw him resting his eyes for a bit. You could tell that he wasn’t asleep because his hand kept squeezing and caressing your smaller one.

You wanted to ask him something. Something that has been on your mind for a long time. Something you really wanted an answer to. You wouldn’t judge or complain. You just wanted to know for the sake of knowing. If this was the right time to ask it, right after sex, you didn’t know, but you couldn’t keep it in anymore.

“Bishop?”

“Hm?” His eyes were kept shut, but his eyebrows rose at you calling for him.

“I wanted to ask you something.”

His whole attention was on you now. Waiting and wanting to know what you were going to ask.

“I want to know,” you inhaled air deep through your nose before you continued with your question, “I want to know how it feels to kill someone? What goes through your head while doing it? Is it as easy as breathing to take someone’s life?”

What Bishop did for the club wasn’t a surprise to you. You had been together for a few years now, and you knew every little thing that he would tell you. You also knew that he had killed a fair amount of people. He never told you about it; he never wanted to put that burden on you. But you knew, of course, that he had done it.

Bishop looked at you with his mouth slightly open and eyebrows raised, all in all, a perplexed look on his face. He was stunned by your question for him, and he had no idea what to answer for that.

“Shit querida I don’t thi-“ “please Bishop… I want to know. I won’t judge you. I’m not oblivious. I want to know. That’s all.”

His eyes averted back to the ceiling; he didn’t dare look at you as he told you, afraid that you would see him as a monster. He took a deep breath before he opened his mouth again.

“The first man I killed, I was scared shitless... I thought I would never recover from that... I didn’t sleep for days... My mind was filled up with the last few seconds while he was still alive… and then just as easy as inhaling a breath, he was gone…”

He paused for a little, turning his head towards you to see if you were going to run out on him at any second. But you didn’t; you stayed right where you were, waiting for him to continue.

He kept looking up at the ceiling as he continued. “After a while, it just feels normal in a way... Like it’s just another regular day at work... It sounds fucked up, but that’s the full and honest truth… and just… the power you feel when you take someone’s life that has hurt and terrorized someone you care about… someone you love… it just releases some of that anger the minute you pull that trigger.”

He exhaled a deep breath when he was done talking. He didn’t know what more he could say to that question of yours. He had been dreading to tell you something like this, but he knew that sooner or later, you would want to know.

“I don’t judge you, Obispo; I hope you know that. Even if I sometimes may not agree with everything you do, I’ll still support you. Because I know you always make the right decision. You always try to make it, so it benefits everyone,” you turned on your side so you could have a better look at him, a comforting hand being laid on his chest, “I know what I signed up for when I decided to be with you, and I’ve never regretted my decision ever.”

You saw the relief on his face that your feelings for him didn’t change with him telling you about this. He knew that he had found the one that would stick with him through all the ups and downs of life and that you would always love and respect him no matter what.

“Can you just please hold me?” He muttered with pleading eyes.

You pulled yourself to him, clinging to him as your legs wrapped around to keep him close. He pushed his face into your chest to feel the comfort from there. His arms wrapped themselves around your middle as one of yours caressed his back, and the other one went into his soft locks to massage his scalp in a soothing motion that would help him relax in a heartbeat.

“Thank you… for not running out on me. You’re the only thing keeping me sane in this lifestyle.”

“I would never. I’m sorry to break it to you, but you’re stuck with me forever.”

A throaty laugh that made his chest rumble could be felt against you, and it made you smile that you could put him in a good spirit after the dark things that were discussed just a few moments ago.

“You are stuck with me also, baby. I love you.”

“I love you too, babe.”

It started out close. His friends were telling you that he was out with this girl they’d never seen before. Knowing that you should trust your boyfriend, you asked him. When you asked him, he chuckled, kissed you and asked if you wanted some food. Strike one. Next, Koreaboo had gotten ahold of the situation. K-Rapper HAON spotted with new fling(?) The article was titled. “Kim Haon, I need an answer on this, now.” You texted him as he was in the studio. 3 hours later you received a response. “Y/N don’t worry about it. You want anything on the way home?” His response had your eye twitch. Strike 2. You noticed that she was only spotted around the h1ghr music studio and Haon said they were shooting a MV today. You had messaged Jay to see if he’ll let you come but requested that he not tell your significant other. Jay thought you were doing a cute surprise so he let you come. You stayed in a bit of a secluded area where you knew he wouldn’t find you. The recording started and you watched as your boyfriend held hands with the new mysterious girl and walked around while lipsyncing the song playing. As the music got quiet, the girl put her hand on Haons face and pulled him in closer. Once they were close enough the director called cut. The two of them laughed and started talking about something else. She grabbed his hand and put it on her hip and you could see you boyfriend get a bit flustered. “Y/N!” Jay shocked you from your trance. “There you are, were you going to talk to him?” You faked a smile to him and looked back at the two of them who’s posture insinuated flirting. “No, I’m okay. I just wanted to see him today.” You responded and went back home. Your heart was burning from anger. The tears in our eyes were threatening to fall as you laid in your shared bed. Silently, you had cried yourself to sleep. 2. what fandoms were apart of that you aren’t any longer?

My biggest one is of course My Hero Academia. I was in a bad spiral of not thinking my content was good enough any more, not ever really being happy with it, comparing myself to other writers, feeling left out, needing to create more to try and get myself included and noticed and liked, feeling guilty for thinking that, feeling like my self worth was tied to my content output, so I had to keep creating, but now my heart isn’t in it the quality feels down- you get the idea. and so it went on.

Also the general attitude of the fandom was very negative at the time - every single official release was met with negativity. 

I had fun while I was writing, but that’s just because I find the act of writing fun in itself. All the baggage attached to it was the bit that was making me pretty miserable.

I can tell how bad I got because it was really hard to leave the fandom but I was so much happier and lighter after I did and got into something else. I was like, oh yeah, this is what enjoying fandom feels like,,

5. what is your favorite overused trope?

I love the ‘there’s no way we’re going there/doing that. no way.’ and then smash cut to the characters doing the thing or going to the place. I HAVE SO MUCH LOVE FOR THAT.

I also enjoy the ‘starts off bickering but you know will get together by the end’ couple.

Oh! or when a character says they’re done with love or whatever and you know by the end they’ll have a brand new found family and a partner

I love when a situation seems hopeless and then the character that everyone thought was dead comes back just in time to save everyone! I gasp like it’s the first time I’ve seen that trope every single time.

8. do you prefer happy, bittersweet, or sad endings?

omg happy every time.

sometimes a bittersweet one makes me emotional and that tricks me into thinking I like them, but then I think about it and I’m like, no I really just want everyone to be happy. I just wanted everything to be okay in the end. 

Sad endings usually just drive me to write fanfiction. I go too deep into denial like, jokes on you writers, I’ll just write my own ending.

Here we go with the next part! I really hope we get some major big plot twist at some point, because it's all really cool but I need something to really change from good to GREAT

For now, let's focus on the next episodes!

It's the 17th of April and here we go!

GENERAL

I feel like there's little time to really pull up something, I don't know. Like, what plot twist could happen now that there just half season left with only Unagami/Dyer's identity and maybe Scott's past as mysteries? There's little space for more plotlines, that's what I think

Overall fighting scenes, character designs and game backgrounds are AWESOME!!

Let's see how it goes, maybe I'll be surprised. Wouldn't be weird for Ninjago to pull a bomb last episode 😅

ONE STEP FORWARD, TWO STEPS BACK

HECK YEAH THE DANCING EPISODE!!! I was waiting for this, Jaya is so cute while they are on the dancefloor 😍 They have chemistry 😘😘😘

I like the implication that Nya was really bad at dancing before Jay, like Kai covering his eyes because he cannot handle her sister not being perfect at something 😛

And Cole being the dance expert, that little tango moment with Kai I bet made many lavashippers super happy 🖤❤🖤❤

THE TRIPLE TIGER SASHAY ALL THE WAY FROM SEASON 1-2 ABSOLUTELY YES YES YES!!! AND HE DIDN'T ROAR, HE STRAIGHT UP SAID "NO ONE PUTS COLE IN A CORNER" I'M DYING!!! With this and Nya's 'catch me', I expect so many Dirty Dancing AUs from this 😂👌

Okay, I think my theory won't happen 😅 Feels like there are not enough episodes for a good reveal, and it doesn't seem like Scott is that influenced by Jay. My last idea is that perhaps he has spent so much time in the game like Jay said (POOR BABY 😭) that he doesn't remember. Maybe the moment he will come back, we will find out that it is Jay's brother/twin, I mean he still has those dragon and lightnings drawing on his back... yeah I like this theory a lot, gonna hold on to it!

So Scott is indeed a person trapped in a game, at least that's confirmed 👍

Also he's got some major issues, the poor thing, and I think there is some special reason behind him not wanting to race besides having just one life.

OH MY GARMADON 😂😂😂 Okay, okay, it's actually better than I expected really. The scarf is cool, and so are the golden tattoos, the suit and the golden sleeve. It's just the mohawk that will take time to get used to, it's not even bad, just weird 🤷‍♀️

Racer Seven is so cool! Always nice seeing a new female character in this show that is not a love interest. I do love Nya, Pix and Sky to death, but I love variety too 💪

Oh finally the backstory of Unagami I'm really curious about what happened in the past and what exactly brought the shut down of Prime Emp-

I LITERALLY CARE ABOUT NOTHING ELSE BUT THIS BEAUTIFUL GAMER BOY IN REAL LIFE!!! 😍😍😍😍😍

So Scott was the first beta tester, Milton asked Unagami to make the experience as exciting as possible, and that ended very badly so the game was shut down and THEY LEFT HIM INSIDE FULLY KNOWING HE WAS THERE??? I HATE DYER NOW!!!

Although it is really interesting knowing a tech genius like him, until now we got Dr. Julien and Cyrus Borg that were plenty open about the idea of AI with feelings as meaningful as humans'. While he doesn't get that, they are only machines for him and that's the reason why he doesn't understand how much Unagami is mad and filled with need for revenge.

This is why I want more than 11 minutes, the themes of this season are really, REALLY cool. I would have loved more introspection and development.

I guess Scott being Jay's brother is officially debunked 😅 Although I am curious about the life he left behind, since he was stuck in that game for 30 years. He still has those lightnings on the jacket I don't understand...

THE TEMPLE OF MADNESS

This felt a little simple if I'm gonna be honest. I felt like the last mission before facing Unagami was a little basic, with nothing really exciting. Still liked it, but this is probably my least favorite episode 🤷‍♀️

Of course, put Jay is a sushi restaurant-themed level and he will kill you with puns 😂 I love this prankster

Again, the fighting scenes are dope. Definitely one of my favorite things since they changed the animation. You lose something you win something 😙

Jay taking charge is quite rare and when it happens you know things are about to get crazy 😂 It was really nice seeing how sensible he could be, telling that Unagami wasn't evil after all, that he needed closure and answers

I know I miss the animation peak we reached with SoG and Hunted, but I gotta say the atmosphere of the city with the lightnings and the gray sky was really awesome. Very cool.

Pff, that part with the elevator though, reminds me of the one in season 1 that made me start watch Ninjago ✌ Also it's always Borg's Tower indeed 😂

And wow. WOW. I didn't expect Jay to drop the I'm adopted bomb on us, I think I never heard him talk about it since Skybound (that technically never happened so 😅). It was SO good seeing him sympathize with Unagami because he was also left with no explaination. His desire to know, along with the hope that the past is the past, but they had a good reason for. Also he freaking said he didn't have the chance to ask because Cliff is dead and I 😭😭😭😭

And here I melted, because we finally see the situation for what truly is, the way Jay also sees it: Unagami is a kid, a child that doesn't understand how the world works, that just wants to make his father proud but got rejected instead. The confrontation was actually touching, I really wish we had more time for that. Even a little resistance from Unagami, another fight, and a finally reconcilliation with Dyer.

Okay, very nice to see Seven and Okino out there and deciding to live their lives in Ninjago, nice to see some others like the rats going back to Prime Empire. As Unagami said, he gave them a choice, it's up to them at this point

But I'm sorry, WHY ARE WE NOT GOING TO TALK WITH SCOTT??? That guy's been trapped inside the game the longest, not even a "Hey bud, you're alive, cool cool"? I know I've been overbearing about how much I love Scott, especially since I had all those theories about him (still don't know why he has lightnings on his jacket and hat, is it just a style thing? Idk), but come on! Well I guess if he's happy I am 🤷‍♀️

Is that his girlfriend or something? After 30 years? Or maybe she got trapped with him a while later? Or maybe that's his... mom? Look, we all know determine the age of LEGO characters is hard, give me a break please 😅😅

Overall, very nice ending, it brought everything together quite nicely. I'm satisfied, yes!! 💜💜

FINAL THOUGHTS

As I said, the episodes' lenght I really think gets in the way of making this an excellent season. There is so much that could be explored more, the choice matter, all the amazing characters, and the AI feelings stuff from the latest episodes. There is room for more, I wished we got that

The characters though were really amazing. Between Scott, Okino, Seven and Unagami himself, there were very different personalities with very different dreams and thoughts, that made this ride much more interesting

Fighting animation was 👌👌👌

Comebacks from past seasons were 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

Maybe it didn't really focused on Jay as much until the end? Yeah it was about him, but we got to see his sensibility and his past only last episode. He loves Nya, he likes videogames, of course but there's more about him than meets the eye! Wished we saw that, but in general it was nice seeing him first line again 💙

I liked this season. It has flaws, but I enjoyed many parts and at the end I was left satisfied 👍

Just... wasn't Jillian supposed to be in this? Or is it next season? She said a mom was going to come back, I took for granted it was going to be Edna. I'm curious about next season now... FINALLY A COLE SEASON EVERYONE!!! 🖤🖤🖤
