Javier stopped in his tracks. He replayed the last few seconds in his head, unsure how they had gotten here and more importantly, if he had heard correctly. He had been headed out the door. To give them space and because he knew if their argument went on longer, one or both of them would've said something they'd regret. He wasn't sure if this fell under the umbrella. He turned around to face Marcella, eyes squinting. Memory proved his hearing correct but he still doubted it. "You can't just say things to get me to stay. I don't think you would Marce, but babe I still should go." His feet did move towards her, even if his words were saying something else. Timing was something else. Horrible. It was hilarious though. Javi had been pining for Marcella for the longest, even when she thought he straight up hated her but here she was being the first one to say I love you. "Didn't expect this moment to be during an argument."

I know just about everyone is speculating that Santos will be another Pedro Pascal character that bites the dust.

If I was in charge of a film with a Pedro cameo (only in my dreams!) I'd play with that fact and subvert it and make everyone think that he dies but then appears towards the end of the film or in a fun mid credit scene.
