"They tell the hundred to avoid the pink hornet mosquitos. Bellamy drills that it’s a near death experience so he’s not asked too many questions about it, and Clarke parrots how critical it is to remove the stinger as soon as possible after being stung."
My Prof said: Write a piece of fan fiction in response to one of your favourite science fiction narratives (literary or otherwise). For example, you can create • an alternative ending, • a new narrative perspective to retell a section of the original text, • a new segment that you think would enhance the original narrative, • some other creative variation.
So I happily delivered and wrote some fanfic after being out of the groove since 2017! Also, so happy to write Bellarke like this fandom needs the most therapy after all of that man... no words.
love y'all and hope you enjoy!

A Typical Love Triangle (Chapter 1)
Hello! This is the first chapter of my short story.
A young woman welcomes home an old friend from high school as she tries to get her life after graduating from college.
______________________________________________________________
Eva stood at the bus stop with the ticket in hand. She had been there for over 2 hours, waiting and watching for the one traveling bus that mattered—the Greyhound. It was coming down from Philadelphia and her friend said it would arrive around 10 in the morning, but 10 in the morning had come and gone and Eva was still standing at the bus stop, alone. She was beginning to think that the workers at the terminal thought she was a vagrant, bouncing from city to city, unable to find her footing. The way they eyed her as they passed, the suspicion in their glares…Eva just shrugged it off. It would all be worth it when she could wrap her arms around his chest, and he brought her in for one of those full-frontal hugs that made her feel small and safe.
A ding on her phone shook her from her thoughts. Another job position had turned her down—that would be a 20 in the last 5 days. Eva didn’t understand what she was doing wrong; she went by the book: she graduated high school and went to community college, so she didn’t have to pay too much out of pocket at university. She worked her way through university, picking up odd jobs to make ends meet and dancing between research projects and projects for school, and when she graduated from university, she expected her efforts to be rewarded with some sort of financial compensation… but six months later, Eva was still working her job at the café. The only change for her was going from part-time to full-time.
“Cold weather we’re having,” a young man said to her. Eva didn’t see him sitting next to her on the old, wooden bench. Though he was bundled up by layers and layers of clothing, she could still see his red nose crinkle. He was smiling.
                “Real cold,” she smiled back.
                Another ding.
                Almost there.
Eva’s heart jumped to her throat, her legs bouncing up and down, feeling like static was running through her veins.
“Waiting on someone?” The young man said.
Eva couldn’t bother taking her eyes off her phone. “Yeah, an old friend of mine,” she said. Almost there.  He was almost here. She almost already smell the small hint of patchouli and clove wafting around her, engulfing her.
“Same,” the young man said. “I’m waiting for my girlfriend; she’s supposed to be here by now, but…” he shrugged. “There was an accident on the road, and it looks like they are running late.”
That explains why the bus had yet to show up when it was supposed to.
                “Coming down from Philadelphia?”
                The young man nodded. “You?”
                “Yeah,” Eva nodded.
They sat like this, exchanging small words with each other. The winter chill seemed to turn a bite, but the bus stop was right in front of the heated terminal building; every time someone opened the door, a blast of warm air came rushing toward the two of them. His name was Larry, and he was from Baltimore just like Eva was. When he asked for her name, Eva quickly said "Alice."
“Alice,” he repeated. “Pretty name. My girlfriend’s name is Alexandra.”
                “Oh, how nice,” she said.
Steam came bellowing toward them as a black bus pulled slowly in front. The sound of decompression and the sliding doors told Eva all she needed to know. Waving aside the steam, she watched as person after person stepped off the bus.
Electricity coursed through her. She stuffed her hands in her coat pockets, not because of the cold but because if she squeezed herself tight enough, she could control how excited she was. She was going to explode, shooting off into the stratosphere, and won’t come back down until next winter.
It’s been 10 years since she saw him last.
10 years since she hugged him.
10 years after he graduated and left, never looking back at their small city that didn’t hold enough for me.
10 years since she called out—
                “Jasper!”

More fanfiction I’m never going to get around to actually writing:
Someone comes to Pearl from Steven Universe for advice. They stumbled upon an unactivated pearl and in a brilliant moment of quick thinking asked her to call them “Mom/Dad.” This makes our Pearl incredibly uncomfortable for obvious reasons.
Mainly, I’m not sure how the protagonist would have enough background knowledge of gems to realize that that would probably be one of the least weird ways (for them) to deal with the whole gem programming dynamic thing until the nascent pearl could be brought up to speed with How to Deal With Being Around Humans.
Pearl is torn between the fact that the person clearly doesn’t want someone else taking advantage of the younger pearl (which she appreciates), the fact that they see her as an authority on how to handle the situation (which she likes), and the fact that she really, really Does Not Want to Make That Comparison (and probably resolves it, ultimately, by deciding that the fact that this person being human makes it different enough that she can just compartmentalize the issue away)
Maybe for bonus awkwardness have it be Mystery Girl who found the nascent pearl?

We're in a mood for moodboards so have our PREVIOUS fronting team that was comprised of Caliban, Judeau, Grael (he had a very strong presence in the system back in the day), Jasper (an alter from Chris' subsystem), Black Reaper (an alter from Kaneki's subsystem), Kovacs (me), May, Krauser (another alter from Chris' subsystem.... They used to switch more often back then), and Griffith (OG Griffith, not one of his many AUs). All of these alters took a billion steps back after the whole substance abuse crisis that was mixed into the drama from the breakup with our partner system IRL, nowadays it's mostly the Baldur's Gate folks running the show and everyone who used to be active fronters BEFORE the drug crisis happened kind of just hid themselves away, claiming that they aren't in possession of enough mental energy to help out with what's currently been happening on Main. I can't say I blame them honestly. Our life is incredibly stressful and we ARE falling apart at the seams so the exhausted veterans made way for the still-somewhat-put-together newbies to handle our daily life in their stead. I would like to say that we've been in recovery this whole time but some wounds take a LOT of time to heal which makes me happy that we found a new therapist today and that she agreed to help us sort through the psychological and emotional salad we've been carrying with us this whole time without knowing how to even BEGIN to unravel it.
– Kovacs
#kovacs speaks#guts should've been on this list as well but judeau fronted more often so we chose judeau in the end#but just know that guts is a close second to judeau he tanked a lot of stress back in the day#caliban is our one man crisis team#judeau is a soother#grael is a general helper who normally used to front when we had long to-do lists to go through he was our go-getter#jasper was comic relief for whenever shit got too stressful#reaper was trauma-related#kovacs was and still is a protector who will handle high-stress situations like it's nothing#may was also comic relief but make it introspective#she helped us process our feelings and shit#krauser was also trauma-related but also work-oriented he helped us go through our to-do lists without breaking a sweat#ran errands like a champ#and griffith was THE most related to trauma and represented a lot of internalized shit we needed to work through#griffith was often used as a scapegoat for whenever shit went wrong within the system#just a straight up punching bag because we wanted to have someone we could blame for a bunch of fucked up shit#we started treating him better over time but the fact he's directly linked to femto made it hard to separate femto's actions from griffith'#at times#griffith is caliban's wifey so caliban would bark at us for trying to use griffith as a scapegoat most times but sometimes#you know#sometimes#sometimes we just couldn't help it and we felt like we needed someone to blame for our shortcomings as a system and griffith was it#we're still learning how to lay off griffith but it's just so easy to hate him considering his canon actions in his source#he didn't hurt anyone as an alter but his canon is enough to make us point our fingers at him and accuse him of being a monster#charlotte is one of our biggest griffith activists though and she's trying her hardest to make us stop bullying him#with varying levels of success#anyway long story short griffith is a loaded subject#alter lore#system lore#personal

The World's Best-Kept Secret About Cats V
The next morning, the sun was out again, and after breakfast, Jasper and I went for a walk together. We wandered my usual path until he finally asked. “A. J. I’m tired. Would you mind picking me up until we reach the cemetery wall?” I didn’t mind at all but realized once more how frail he had become. While I carried him, he continued with the story: “I think Cain was gone for several months, and…

Jasper Hale dating headcanons
Tumblr media
- this man is definitely, definitely still very old school, very chivalrous and a western gentle man. Stuff like opening doors, kissing your hand and leading you on his arm is a must.
- This man loves showing and teaching you new things 100%. Oh you’ve never really played baseball?, hell show you exactly how to hold the bat and hit the ball with precision. Hell stand behind yo, his arms wrapped around your body, his hand pressing to to yours as Alice pitched the ball, it came at such speed and you were a little frightened, but he led the movements with ease.
- He definitely takes you to a ranch to show you how to ride a horse, western of course. You’re sitting in front of him on the sturdy leather saddle as he’s handing you the reigns, his ands moving to your waist instead. He’s giving you detailed instructions as he gives the horse a little nudge with his heel. He tells you to softly pull the leather straps in the direction you want to go and the horse follows, he’s definitely praising you every chance he gets.
- He definitely has a thing for keeping you close, always holding your hand, or resting or around your waist, he wont allow you out of his weight until he bids you good night at your window. By the way, he’s definitely no as creepy as Edward by watching you sleep. Jasper definitely respects your space and leaves the second you give him a kiss good night. Thats unless you ask him to stay, then he’ll gladly lay down with you, cuddling you close but making sure that you’re always covered with a blanket so that you wouldn’t freeze while laying in his arms.
- Jasper will show you his battle scars once he’s sure that you’re ready and of course you’re a little shocked, but at least now you know why he always wears long sleeves. He allows you to grace them with your soft warm fingers as you ask questions about them, of course he answers truthfully, having come to terms with them a long time ago. He even tells you about Maria and her army, but what he didn’t expect was that you’d start crying, big round tears rolling over your chest. He coos and takes you into his arms, comforting you and telling you that he’s alright all while you’re whining about the story being unfair and sad, he cant help but smile.
- He definitely introduced himself to your family as on as your relationship got serious, you couldn’t stop him from meeting your father and making himself known in your family. Unexpectedly, your father actually liked him, he could tell that he wasn’t just going to keep you round short term but that he’d planned his future around you, going as far as to ask your father for his approval of the relationship.
- Jasper definitely knows how to play the guitar, i mean, he’s a cowboy? Hell play anything and everything for you, in his room , at the beach, in school or anywhere you want. He’ll definitely attempt to teach you at least a few songs so that the two if you could duet, but he soon finds that you rather enjoy watching him instead of playing yourself, swaying softly to the tunes and humming along.
- Jasper defiantly takes it slow with you, just like a true old-school gentle man. He’ll kiss your hand whenever he picks you up and he’ll drive you to a secluded romantic spot, the beach for example, hell sit down with you and just bask in your presence, he’ll kiss you, sure, smiling every second and laughing with you at the awkwardness, only to kiss you again. He really does love you.

In the heart of the lush forests of Forks, the Cullen family existed as a unique coven of vampires who sought to lead a life far removed from their bloodthirsty nature. Among them was Emmett Cullen, known for his boisterous laughter and zest for life. He was a beacon of energy and strength within the family, his larger-than-life personality a stark contrast to his supernatural abilities.
However, it was a quiet and unassuming presence that would forever change the course of Emmett's existence. (Y/N), a human woman with an unbreakable spirit, had captured his heart in ways he never thought possible.
(Y/N) had been through more than most in her short life. A childhood accident had stolen her ability to speak, rendering her voiceless. Yet, her vibrant eyes spoke volumes, and the grace with which she moved resonated with the essence of her character.
It was during a chance encounter in the small town of Forks that Emmett first saw (Y/N). She was sitting on a park bench, reading a book, her fingers delicately tracing the words as if to hold onto every sentence. Intrigued by her quiet demeanor, Emmett approached, and as their eyes met, a connection sparked between them that transcended words.
(Y/N)'s accident had robbed her of her voice, but it hadn't taken away her ability to communicate. With the delicate yet deliberate movements of her hands, she wove intricate patterns in the air - a language known only to those who understood the power of silence. Emmett, captivated by this unique form of communication, found himself drawn into a world where words were unnecessary.
As days turned into weeks, Emmett and (Y/N)'s bond deepened. Their connection was formed through the silent exchange of signs, each movement carrying a weight of emotion that words could never convey. (Y/N) showed Emmett the beauty of patience and understanding, while Emmett brought laughter and adventure into her life.
The Cullen family embraced (Y/N) as one of their own, her presence bringing a sense of tranquility to their immortal existence. Alice, with her visions, often foresaw moments of joy between Emmett and (Y/N), and Jasper, with his empathy, felt the genuine love that radiated between them. Even Rosalie, known for her guarded nature, found herself warming to (Y/N)'s genuine spirit.
As their relationship flourished, the Cullens marveled at the profound connection Emmett and (Y/N) shared. They watched as the two of them communicated through touch, through shared glances, and through the intimate dance of their fingers in the air. The family respected and cherished this unique bond that transcended the limitations of speech.
And so, in the heart of the Cullen family's haven, an unconventional love story was written. Emmett and (Y/N) proved that words were not the only means of conveying love, and that sometimes, the most profound connections were formed through silence - through the quiet whispers of the heart.
Within the tranquil embrace of the Cullen family home, Emmett and (Y/N)'s bond continued to flourish. Their love story unfolded through gestures and expressions that spoke to the depth of their connection.
Emmett's boisterous laughter and playful antics were matched by (Y/N)'s radiant smiles and the light that danced within her eyes. He would often invent wild stories, acting them out with exaggerated gestures that made (Y/N) giggle in response. In return, (Y/N) would share her thoughts and feelings through a symphony of delicate hand movements, her eloquence in sign language surpassing the limitations of spoken words.
The Cullen family marveled at the harmony that Emmett and (Y/N) brought to their midst. Esme, the nurturing matriarch, had a soft spot for their unique relationship, seeing the purity of their connection as a testament to the power of love itself. Carlisle, the patriarch, respected the understanding they shared, acknowledging that true communication extended far beyond verbal expression.
Alice's visions of their future were painted with joy and warmth, while Jasper felt the serenity that emanated from their union, a tranquility that often eluded even the most harmonious of couples. Even Edward, with his mind-reading abilities, could not grasp the full depth of their emotions, for their love existed in a realm untouched by words.
As time went on, (Y/N) became an integral part of the Cullen family, her presence weaving seamlessly into their immortal lives. She brought a sense of serenity that balanced the frenetic energy of her vampire companions. The family gathered around as Emmett and (Y/N) recounted their adventures with animated gestures and subtle touches, their joy infectious and genuine.
But as with any love story, challenges arose that put their bond to the test. A threat from the outside world loomed, casting shadows over their peaceful existence. The Cullens' sanctuary faced danger, and the unity they had fostered was put in jeopardy.
Emmett's protective nature flared, a fierce determination in his eyes as he vowed to shield (Y/N) from harm. And through the intricate language of signs, she assured him that she was by his side, ready to face whatever challenges came their way.
As the Cullen family rallied together to protect their home, Emmett and (Y/N)'s silent communication proved to be an asset, allowing them to strategize and coordinate with a precision that transcended spoken words. The battles they fought were not only physical but also emotional, as they navigated the turmoil while leaning on the strength of their connection.
And so, as twilight bathed the tranquil forest in shades of gold, the Cullen family and their unique couple stood together, united against the storm that raged both within and around them. The echoes of emotion that passed between Emmett and (Y/N) resonated with a love that needed no spoken words to be understood. As they faced the trials ahead, their silent bond remained unbreakable, a testament to the enduring power of love and the strength found in shared silence.
As the threat to the Cullen family grew, so did Emmett's determination to protect (Y/N). He had witnessed firsthand the dangers that lurked in their supernatural world, and the thought of leaving her vulnerable and alone, especially considering her inability to call for help, was something he couldn't bear. He knew he couldn't protect her indefinitely as a human, and a sense of urgency pushed him to consider an unconventional solution.
One evening, as twilight painted the sky with hues of orange and pink, Emmett led (Y/N) to a quiet corner of the Cullen family home. He looked into her eyes, his expression serious yet filled with concern. Using the fluid language of sign, he conveyed his thoughts to her, his fingers forming each word with care.
"(Y/N), love," he began, his hands moving gracefully, "I can't stand the thought of you being in danger. I won't leave you unprotected like Edward did to Bella. I want to keep you safe."
He continued to explain his plan - the idea that (Y/N) could become a vampire, a creature like them, impervious to harm and capable of defending herself. His eyes held a mix of worry and hope, his love for her evident in every gesture he made.
(Y/N)'s heart swelled with emotion as she listened to Emmett's proposal. The idea of becoming a vampire was both daunting and enticing. She had already embraced the supernatural world through her relationship with Emmett and the Cullens, and the prospect of eternal life by his side seemed like a gift she couldn't refuse.
With a soft smile, she signed her response, her fingers moving in delicate patterns. "I agree. I want to be with you, Emmett, no matter the form."
Emmett's eyes lit up with relief and joy, his heart swelling at her willingness to share eternity with him. He took her hands in his, pressing a gentle kiss to her knuckles. Their silent exchange spoke volumes, a testament to the depth of their bond.
With their decision made, they turned to Carlisle, the family's patriarch and a skilled doctor who had experience in transforming humans into vampires. He led them through the process, explaining the changes that would occur and the challenges they would face.
For (Y/N), the transformation was a journey of physical and emotional trials. She faced pain and power, vulnerability and strength, as her human life faded away and her vampiric existence began. Emmett stood by her side through every step, offering his unwavering support and reassurance, their silent communication speaking louder than words ever could.
As the transformation neared its completion, (Y/N) felt the rush of new senses and abilities course through her, her body adjusting to its immortal form. Her eyes opened to a world painted in vivid colors and heightened details, a realm she had only glimpsed through Emmett's descriptions.
And as the first rays of dawn bathed the room in light, (Y/N) opened her newly enhanced eyes to lock onto Emmett's gaze. In that moment, their silent connection spoke of a love that had transcended the boundaries of time and form, a bond that was now sealed for eternity.
With a tender smile, Emmett extended his hand to her, his fingers inviting her to join him in this new existence. She reached out and took his hand, their fingers intertwining, a silent promise exchanged between them.
And so, as the sun's rays touched their skin, the journey of a new life began - one filled with challenges and triumphs, shared by a couple whose love had conquered the limitations of sound and words. In the embrace of their family and each other, they faced the future with a strength that defied the silence that once defined them.
In the days following (Y/N)'s transformation, a sense of renewal and exhilaration coursed through her veins. She marveled at the new world around her, her senses heightened to levels she had never imagined. The bond between her and Emmett seemed to have deepened, the unspoken connection between them now accompanied by a symphony of shared experiences.
One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon and the Cullen family gathered, a hush fell over the room. Emmett and (Y/N) stood at the center, their hands entwined. The air was charged with a palpable energy, a feeling that something extraordinary was about to unfold.
As everyone's eyes turned toward (Y/N), she took a deep breath, feeling a newfound strength coursing through her. And then, to the astonishment of all, she began to speak.
"Thank you," her voice, melodious and clear, filled the room, resonating with an ethereal quality that left everyone speechless. The sound was as enchanting as it was unexpected, a testament to the transformative power of their supernatural world.
Emmett's eyes widened in awe, his grip on her hand tightening as he listened to her speak for the first time. The joy that radiated from him was infectious, his laughter bubbling up like a spring of unrestrained happiness.
The Cullen family exchanged astonished glances, their eyes filled with wonder and amazement. Edward, whose mind-reading abilities were unparalleled, couldn't help but smile as he realized the extent of the change that had occurred within (Y/N). Alice's visions had not foreseen this, a delightful surprise that warmed her heart.
"(Y/N), your voice," Esme's eyes glistened with tears of happiness, her motherly love radiating through the room. "It's beautiful."
Carlisle, who had been studying (Y/N)'s transformation with a scientist's curiosity, stepped forward, his expression one of genuine awe. "It appears that your vocal cords have been restored during the transformation," he mused, a mix of fascination and delight in his voice.
As the room filled with applause and exclamations of joy, (Y/N) felt a sense of liberation she had never known. She shared laughter with Alice, exchanged words of friendship with Jasper, and even engaged in conversation with Edward, her voice a gift that allowed her to fully participate in the world around her.
But it was Emmett's reaction that touched her heart the most. His eyes shone with unbridled pride and love, his arms enveloping her in an embrace that spoke of a connection that had grown even stronger. They shared whispered words of love, their voices now harmonizing in a way that seemed to echo the bond they had always shared.
In that moment, the Cullen family celebrated not only the transformation of (Y/N) into a vampire but also the rebirth of her voice. Her words became a melody that resonated through the hearts of all who heard, a reminder of the remarkable journey that had brought her into their supernatural world.
And as the stars painted the night sky with their brilliance, the Cullen family reveled in the beauty of (Y/N)'s newfound voice, a testament to the enduring power of love and the extraordinary transformations that were possible within their extraordinary world.

Awww this is so me.
So You Wouldn't Get Married?
Jasper x reader ~ So you wouldn't get married?
Summary:
You we're sitting with The Cullens + Bella, your sister (You're adopted), at lunch time. And the topic of marriage came up and Jasper was a little displeased with your answer.
It was slowly becoming normal for you and your sister Bella to sit together at the Cullen's table during lunch. You've slowly been building a relationship with each and every one of them. Alice as always is the sweetest so it was no surprise that the two of you are friends. Your relationship with Rosalie was instant. Which was surprising because she basically hates your sister Bella and just about everyone else.
You don't know why though. Edward he was always kind to you, You could always talk to him and not feel uncomfortable. Emmett to say the least is fun to fight with, It's a very entertaining friendship. Now Jasper.. Your relationship with him you can tell it is not going to be on the lines of friendship. If anything that is Your Lover, Your Man, and Your protector. But none of that has been said out loud for all anyone could tell that was your homie.
You and Bella have been going to Forks High for about 4 weeks now. You both were immediately captivated by The Cullen's. Or precisely her Edward and You Jasper. Jasper was very quiet and reserved. It didn't help that you were the same but that all changes when you get comfortable with whoever the person is. With Jasper it didn't seem like it would change.
Everyone found him weird and strange. But you found him mesmerizing and a little… Addicting. You find it strange that from the first time you've laid your eyes on Jasper Hale, You've never been able to take them off of him. He's always on your mind and if he's not the first thing on your mind he's in the back of your head but best believe he is there. If you didn't have it like that there was no way you would be able to get anything in your life done.
"So y/n and Bella my parents are getting married this friday and I was wondering if you guys would come, Oh and the rest of you are invited as well!" Jessica said standing next to Bella with a fake smile on her face. I never liked her. I feel she only talks to us because the Cullen's talk to us and they showed interest in us and not her.
"I- I don't know Jess, we might be going to visit our mom this Friday." Bella said, sending Jessica a small sympathetic smile.
"What about you y/n?" Jessica turned to ask you. Annoyed that she asked you when the question was already answered for you by Bella.
"Didn't you just hear Bella answer you? We're going to go visit our mom on friday. And plus even if I was available I wouldn't go. I don't do weddings." I replied, turning my attention back to the window taking a bite of my cucumber sticks I chopped up this morning. After those words fell out of your mouth you felt eyes on you.
And you knew exactly who it was.
She scoffed, turning her fake smile into a real one looking towards the Cullen's. "What about you guys? Please can you guys come? It would mean everything to me." She asked once again.
"We have a camping trip on Friday, I'm sorry." Alice replied, smiling back at Jessica.
"Can't you just reschedule? You guys go camping every week!" Jessica practically yelled out at Alice.
This brought you out of your trance and made you glance at the rest of the Cullen's. Bella was sitting in front of you and Edward was on the left of her. Alice was on the right of her. Emmett was on the right of Edward. Rosalie was on the left of you and Jasper on your right. You two always found each other sitting next to each other no matter where you sat.
"Unfortunately we can't." Rosalie replied in a firm voice. That basically said shut the hell up and walk away before I make you. Shooting her and an ice cold stare Jessica walked away mumbling something under her breath that made you raise an eyebrow.
"What was that?" You said loud enough for her to hear you making Jessica walk away a little faster.
Her actions made Emmett laugh as he wrapped his arms around Rosalie as she glared at Jessica's retreating form.
Alice looked sympathetic. Meanwhile Edward looked like he was having a conversation with himself but he had a sly smile on his face. And Bella was just playing with her found as she voiced earlier not really having an appetite for anything.
"So what do you mean by ya don't do weddings?" You hear a southern voice beside you. Turning your head to look at Jasper golden eyes. You felt yourself wanting to melt from just his gaze.
"I mean basically what's the point? Half the people who get married get divorced like 3 Years later. They just leave the marriage with less money, heartbreak and trust issues. And that all comes free with life so why would I ever go through with it?" You answered.
While Bella was nodding in agreement Edward shot his stare at her in confusion as a frown soon settled on his face.
Jasper now too had a slight frown on his face.
"What about soulmates?" Alice asked, smiling a genuine smile at you.
"I love the concept of soulmates, I believe that everyone has one in some form. Some one more than others. But me? Nah I don't think I do." You replied with a shrug.
"And why's that?" Jasper asked, turning your attention back to him. His southern accent just did something to you fuck the accent. His voice.
"Because I'm too much to handle. I don't believe that I have the personality to be someone's soulmate. I'm not the nicest if anything I'm mean. I don't like alot of people. I tend to shut down and Block out the people I love when things get hard for me. I have attachment issues which also makes it hard for me to love. It's either I wanna be by your side 25/8 or I don't wanna be in your presence at all like I want to love you from a distance. When I love someone I love hard. The other person tends to never be able to handle it. Which is also why I don't do weddings." You said, Looking back outside noticing the raindrops on the windows.
"So you wouldn't get married?" Jasper said with a frown on his face as if it pained him. Edward was intensely staring at Jasper for some reason. And everyone else was watching the dispute between me and Jas.
"I mean if I were too it would have to be in Switzerland and most can't afford sooo." You laughed it off biting into another cucumber stick.
"And if he could afford?" Jasper questions with a sly smirk on his face tilting his head a little.
Looking at his golden eyes you squint just a little as if to tell him you're suspicious of him and his questions.
"If he could afford it would be difficult for him to get me on the plane. Because who knows if I'll even like him like that." You replied with a little flirt in your voice.
"I'll tell ya what doll if you end up not getting on the plane with him, just know that my jet will be waiting for you. And I'll be waiting for you at the end of the corridor." Jasper winked.
Flabbergasted by what I just heard and saw I didn't have time to reply as the bell rang. I reached down to grab my bag looking up to try to respond to Jasper; I realized that he was gone.
"What the fuck was that" I breathe out in a small whisper.
Jasper Cullen just flirted with me.
