Jasper Sfw Alphabet

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

-> affection would come very slow if you were a human

-> he'd be so scared to hurt you that if he held you at all it would be like holding fine china

-> and especially around other humans (at school) physical affection would be almost non existent save for perhaps a touch of the hand

-> he would show is affection in other ways, using his power to make you feel loved. Always doing small gestures. And verbally speaking affections towards you

-> however, after becoming more comfortable around you, when it's just you and his family, or if you become a vampire, I feel like he would be soooooo touchy.

-> he'd almost be as bad as Emmet, always holding you, sitting with you, etc. (He was probably so touched starved for most of his life that now he won't do anything but touch you)

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

-> he'd be super awkward at first, unsure of how to approach your relationship together. But you'd quickly realize he was an incredibly interesting person and enjoy being around him

-> it would be hard to control his thirst around you, but he'd invite you to his house to do homework, or go for long walks in the woods.

-> I don't think he'd be content with staying friends for long. He'd soon be asking you on a date to Coras, or the movie theatre, or maybe a picnic in the forest.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

-> I would say that he's not used to it, and when you first initiate it, he goes stiff as a board

-> but he soon falls in love with it. Whenever your relaxing in bed, watching a movie, etc. He'll tuck you into his side and rub circles on your back

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

-> He is quite domestic actually

-> having grown up in a more...domestic era, he really enjoys taking care of you at home

-> obviously he isn't used to cooking but he gets used to that. He much prefers that you eat at home. And he always makes the bed, runs you baths, etc.

-> if you aren't into cooking he will handle it, but if you do have a passion for baking or cooking he will make sure the kitchen is always stocked. He'll buy you pots and pans and all the utensils you might need. He does enjoy cooking with you.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

-> if he had to pull an Edward in New Moon, he'd go a similar route

-> obviously it would kill him to leave you, but he'd justify it, thinking it's too dangerous to be together

-> he'd use his powers to make you dispise him, and not want him anymore. Of course that wears off as soon as he leaves, but he would convince you that you want him to leave.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

-> being old fashioned, and knowing that you are his mate, he would want to get married sooner rather than later. Why wait? He knew that you were made for eachother.

-> but he might also want you to enjoy being human while you can, maybe you'd both go on a big vacation before settling down

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

-> physically, he is very gentle, like I said before, you're like a porcelain doll to him. He is constantly admiring you and being very careful, always making sure you are safe

-> emotionally he is guarded, and it takes time to win his trust but once you do, you are the only one he feels truly comfortable with. He values you more than anything,

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

-> it's very hard to hug you at first, because of his control, he would prefer to hold your hand and gradually move to holding and hugging.

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

-> he knows that he loves you almost immediately

-> I'm not quite sure when he'd say it, he'd either say it soon (maybe too soon) or wait awhile, he wouldn't want to scare you off. And he is a reserved man, he'd make it abundantly clear that he loves you more than life, but saying it, well he might save that for a dramatic moment.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

-> I would say it's hard for him to not get jealous becuase he can feel the other person's emotions

-> obviously this might be good becuase if the other person holds no romantic feelings for you, he has nothing to worry about. If they do though, it will be very very difficult for him to forget about it

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

-> he is very romantic and not at all casual with kisses. He puts all of his love and devotion into every kiss.

-> most of the time he'll kiss you on the mouth, but he also enjoys kissing the corners of your mouth, you fingers, your palms, and your forehead

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

-> honestly, he hasn't been around children in so long, and he completely abandoned the idea of having a family

-> he'd be lying if he said being with a human didn't get him a little exited for the possibility of a family, he thought it could never happen. I feel like he is a very family man so he would want kids but he'd be really worry becuase it would put you in harms way.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

-> obviously he doesn't sleep, so he spends his early mornings making you breakfast and tea/coffee, he'll put on an old record to slowly wake you up, and he'll hop back into bed to cuddle and watch you wake up

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

-> Jasper has a routine of reading every night, sometimes you'll read your own book beside him or you'll ask him to read out loud. He's really a great story teller. Some nights you'll ask him to tell you about all the stories and memories he's collected over the years

-> he likes to watch you brush you teeth and get ready for bed, for some reason he finds it so amusing

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

-> I would say that he's not too open, like he's open about his personality and he's confident in himself but when it comes to his past he is very closed off

-> but one day he just decides to bare his heart to you and reveal all of his misfortunes and mistakes. He might be afraid that it's too much backstory and too much messy history for a young human, but you handle it well.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

-> Jasper is soooooo patient like I can't argue this enough. He's so patient that when he really does get angry it's so hard to tell because he still seems calm.

-> over his many years he's slowly gotten past hot-headedness and there's very few things that surprise or agitates him

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

-> I feel like he tries to commit every moment with you, every thing you say, to memory

-> he'll love asking questions about you and tried to remember everything

-> he loves letting you just rant and he could sit there for hours, just listening and nodding along

-> but sometimes, when you're ranting about this or that, he'll zone out. Not on purpose! He just starts thinking about how much he loves it when you rant and how nice you look while you do it, that he just starts gawking. Like you know that one lego batman audio? The blah blah blah one? Yeah that.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

-> honestly I think meeting you for the first time would be an invaluable moment for him. Both of your lives irreversibly changed in that moment.

-> other than that, when he opened up about his past and he realized that he could tell you anything.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

-> he would be super protective becuase your a human

-> after what happened to Bella he would be hyper aware of how dangerous vampires can be, and how delicate humans are

-> but you have so much faith in him, and he is sure in his own ability to keep you safe

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

-> I don't think he'd be worried about trying to hard. He knows you'll get along, he knows you both love eachother

-> but it's not about trying, he just does it. As I've said before he's old fashioned and just simply believes in always holding the door open, always getting you flowers, etc. And obviously bc he's rich asf he gets you nice presents.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

-> definitely being so old, coming from times of different ways of thinking, maybe being stuck in his ways too much

-> sometimes he might manipulate your emotions, whether it's to make you feel good or bad, he does it once in a while.

-> sometimes he let's his inner turmoil effect his outside demenour and relationships, and that can be tricky. You might ask to talk about it but he is not at all used to sharing about his struggles.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

-> he doesn't care much at all about his hair or anything like that especially becuase he's a vampire, he doesn't need to do anything to look perfect

-> but when it comes to how he dresses he is very formal with it. You will never catch this man in sweats and a hoodie😭. And if you go on a date or anything he will be dressing like it's 1949.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

-> absolutely, once he's met you, he can never forget you or be the same.

-> he is used to people he knows dying though, so if you chose to stay human he will be able to pick himself up again, he will just always have you in mind. He'll do everything how you would want him to.

-> but if you become a vampire, you two would basically become one person. Never one without the other, doing everything together.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

-> even though he's so old fashioned, he loves doing silly modern things with you

-> like going to malls and shopping, he loves that you made a build a bear of him, going to arcades, roller coasters, theme parks. It all makes him feel more human, almost normal.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

-> I think if you had any big tattoos or dyed hair or piercings, he'd be...surprised. he wouldn't be disgusted by it, it would just take some getting used to. But he'd grow to love it

-> not talking to him when your upset annoys him a lot, he can feel that your upset but he has no clue why. Or he can feel your sad but you don't want to burden him.

-> also I have a feeling he's not a fan of rap, metal, hyper-pop, etc. So if you like that and listen to it, That could be a small peeve.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

-> well, he doesn't sleep. Normally he'll stay with you in bed, imagining he was asleep, sort of in a meditative trance. He finds it super peaceful

-> otherwise he'll just be hunting or spending time in the forest, he likes to get hunting out of the way when your sleeping so he can spend all your waking moments together.

I feel like one of his love languages is gift-giving, so he'd give you gifts all the time, it doesn't matter how expensive they are (he has vampire money baby). Although most of his gifts are probably jewelry, like necklaces or earrings.

H = Holding Hands (when/how do they like to hold hands?)

He loves randomly grabbing your hands, at first (if your human) he would try avoiding physical contact with you at all times, but now he's grown accustomed to your blood, he constantly has his hands on you in one way or another.

I = Injury (how would they act if you got hurt?)

He would immediately be angry if someone hurt you, he'd want to hurt them. After his initial anger, he would rush to your side even if you are bleeding he doesn't care he'll resist his inhuman urges for you.

J = Jokes (do they like to joke around with or prank you? how?)

He would more than likely be on the receiving end of your and Emmets pranks. Most of his jokes with you are just light teasing, nothing rude of course.

K = Kisses (how do they like to kiss you?)

He loves to kiss you, it doesn't matter how. He loves the feeling of your lips against his, even if it is just for a moment.

L = Love (how do they show you they love you?)

His favorite way to show his love for you is to tell you. He doesn't go for a complicated over-the-top gesture (all the time), he feels as though a simple "I love you" is enough to convey his feelings.

M = Memory (favorite memory together?)

If you're a human, one of his favorite memories of you is when he first told you he's a vampire. It isn't anything over the top or dramatic (like Edward) he just sits you down and tells you straight out. He expected you to run away, or scream, or somehow react badly, but all you did was hug him.

If you're a vampire, one of his favorite memories of you is when he said "I love you" for the first time. You were just lounging on the Cullens couch, with your head on his chest. He had turned to look at you, you looked so content that the words just slipped out. Had you not been a vampire, he thought you wouldn't have been able to hear him say it, but you had. Without missing a beat, you immediately replied "I love you too."

N = Nightmare (what is their worst fear?)

If you're human, him hurting you would be a big fear. Overall one of his biggest fears is you leaving him. I mean you were his life now, one of his main reasons for existing and if you just up and left- it would break him

O = Oddity (what is one quirk they have?)

Sometimes he'll forget to move- like he'll be looking at you speaking, he'll be watching your lips move but at this point, he's just zoned out staring at you.

P = Pet Names (what do they like to call you?)

He loves calling you darlin', your reaction the first time he called you that was enough to make him decide for the rest of eternity that's what he's going to call you. Another nickname he'll occasionally is sweetheart, I mean the man is from Texas what did you expect

Q = Quality Time (how do they like to spend time with you?)

He loves watching you read, or reading to you. A few times he's actually read to you as you fell asleep. Or he'll enjoy absolute kicking your ass at chess- (which will result in never-ending teasing on his end)

R = Rhythm (what song reminds you of them?)

'I See The Light' from Tangled, I mean he truly believes that you brought the light back into his life, you helped him see life the way that it really is.

S = Secrets (how open are they with you?)

At first, he was very closed off about his past, he didn't want to tell you of the horrors he had seen, the horrible things he had done. But when he told of you of his past with Maria and you were still there, still more than willing to love him, he opened up more.

He feels as though there is no reason to hide anything from you because to him, there is nothing worse than his past deads.

T = Time (how long did it take you to get together?)

It took him around six months after becoming your friend to even have the courage to ask you out and at that point, you had known each other for almost a year.

U = Upset (how do they act when you’re upset?)

He promised himself very early on he'd never influence your emotions (unless you asked him to), so he'd sense you were upset and immediately ask what was wrong. If you wanted to talk about what had happened he would listen for however long you needed to rant.

Or if you didn't feel like talking he'd pull you into his arms on the couch or on your/his bed, he'd turn on your favorite tv show or whatever music you liked and just whisper sweet nothing in your ear.

V = Vaunt (what are they proud of? Do they like to show you off?)

He's not the show-offy type, he's a very possessive person though so whenever you walk into a room together he makes sure that everyone know's that you're in a relationship.

W = Warrior (how do they feel about you fighting? Would they fight for you, beside you, etc?)

He would lose his shit if you got hurt, so you and fighting is something generally avoided. Even if you are a vampire, he would stay near you, fighting by your side the entire time

X = X-Ray (how well are they able to read you?)

Due to his gift, reading you is very easy. Even without his gift, he thinks he'd be able to read you easily.

Y = Yes (how would they propose to you?)

He'd wait a few years into your relationship before he thinks about proposing, and when he does it'd been when the two of you are alone. He wouldn't want you to feel pressured to say yes, so he'd propose while you're stargazing together, or while your somewhere you won't be distributed.

He'd want the moment to feel special so he'd ask Alice (who had already seen him propose) to help him plan the night and to help him decide on a ring if he, himself couldn't choose.

Z = Zen (what makes them feel calm?)

Just having you around is enough to make him feel calm, but if he's having an especially rough day he likes it when you read to him, or when you rub his shoulders.

Jasper would take (y/n) on many trips, either on a hike, or even up to the mountains for a weekend. It honestly wouldn’t really matter to him, what they were up to, as long as he’d be able to spend some quality time with her, he’d be happy with snuggling her on the sofa, while they would be watching some old classic movies. 

B eauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

I doubt, that there’d be anything Jasper wouldn’t find beautiful about (y/n), he’d think that she’d be beautiful inside and out.  

C omfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

Thanks to his gift, Jasper would know from the get go, if something was wrong with (y/n), she wouldn’t even have to voice it out, something she’d be very grateful for. Cuddles, cuddles, cuddles would be the name of the game, he’d wrap his arms around her, her head would be buried in the crook of his neck, while he’d tell her to take deep breaths. 

D reams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

It would obvious to the both of them, that he’d turn her at one point, so that they’d be able to spend eternity side by side. Jasper would see themselves travel the world together, exploring new places and cultures, at one point he’d take her to Houston and show her where he grew up. 

E qual - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

Major Jasper Whitlock. Don’t think we need to say anything else about this, do we? 

F ight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?

Fighting wouldn’t be a regular part of their daily lives, Jasper wouldn’t be one to lash out on her, he’d feel guilty as soon as he’d notice the way she’d turn her back on him, trying to swallow down the wave of sadness that was crashing upon her. They’d only fight, if Jasper or (y/n) would be worried about each other, too into their heads to think straight any longer.  

G ratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

Oh, Jasper would be the most grateful partner ever, he’d appreciate every little thing about her and the way she was caring for him, no matter how, no matter what, (y/n) would always have his back, something he’d never forget. 

H onesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

No, absolutely no secrets. Jasper would value honesty, just like (y/n), there wouldn’t be a way to hide stuff from each other anyways, Edward wouldn’t be able to drown out their thoughts and would speak out at one point. 

I nspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?

She’d inspire him, to become a better version of him. To talk about his past, knowing all about the cruel things he did, trying to make him understand, that what he did was wrong and there was no way to forget about it. 

J ealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

He wouldn’t get jealous, but he’d definitely get possessive relatively quickly, reminding her once again, who she belongs to. 

K iss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

Ohhh, let me tell you, Jasper would be an exceptionally good kisser. (Y/n) would be ‘addicted’ to his lips, trying to sneak in a good amount of kisses every hour. 

L ove Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

I’d say, it would be pretty obvious for Jasper from the start, that she was the one, after all he would have to realize the signs, that she would be his mate. He would take her on a few dates and would try and make her understand the concept of mates, it would probably take (y/n) a while to understand it. 

M arriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

Yes they definitely do, after all they belong to the Cullen clan, Alice would go all out for their wedding, just as big and wonderful as Bella and Edwards had been. He would take her on a trip, to one of her favorite spots, they would probably stargaze and Jasper would prepare a long monologue about the fact, that he won’t be able to survive, without her by his side. 

N icknames - What do they call their s/o?

Darlin’ 

O n Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

He’d shower her with love and affection, maybe not so much in the public eye, but definitely behind closed doors or at home. They’d hold hand in school and share a few kisses, but as soon as they’d be on their own, it would be a different story. It would be pretty obvious to their friends and family, so there was no reason to hide their feelings anyways. 

P DA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

Jasper wouldn’t be one to brag, of course he’d be proud to have her as his mate and wouldn’t have a problem with kissing her in front of other people, but he wouldn’t go all out in public. 

Q uirk - Some random ability they have that’s beneficial in a relationship.

I mean he’s a vampire, he’s got a special gift, I think that helps a lot. 

R omance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

He definitely would be creative, he’d think about date ideas, trying to surprise her with new stuff every time, he’d love to watch her eyes light up as she’d kiss him and thank him for taking her there. Jasper would be pretty romantic, he’d take his time in making her happy, he’d put his heart into making things work.  

S upport - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

Oh yes, he’d be supportive, would have her back no matter what and help her through every decision. There wouldn’t be a thing he wouldn’t support, when it came to achieving her goals. 

T hrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

Oh Major Jasper Hale would definitely be up to try out new things. 

U nderstanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

This is pretty self explanatory, thanks to his gift. He’d know her like the back of his hand, would be able read her all the time and help her through her sometimes confusing thoughts. 

V alue - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?

She’d be the most important thing to Jasper, he’d give up anything for her, they would be mates after all, something that goes way beyond a typical relationship. 

W ild Card - A random Fluff Headcanon.

He’d always carry her favorite snacks with him, or at least bunk them in his car, if she’d ever feel down or cranky, he could at least take her mind off things, for a good few moments. 

X OXO - Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?

Yes, he’d be a soft boy behind closed doors, would love to cuddle her, he’d be the big spoon, kiss her all the time, just to feel the warmth, that would be taking over her body. 

Y earning - How will they cope when they’re missing their partner?

He’d try to avoid situations, where they’d be apart from each other for a long time, but if he’d be away for a few days, they’d talk on the phone every day, he’d snap her a few pictures and tell her how much he loves and appreciates her. 

Z eal - Are they willing to go to great lenghts for the relationship? If so, what kind of?

There wouldn’t be anything he wouldn’t do for her, no matter what, Jasper would go through hell and back for her. He’d probably even leave his family behind, if he really had to, in order to save his mate.
