DAY 6080
Jalsa, Mumbai Oct 10, 2024/Oct 11 Thu/Fri 1:62 am
many offered to tell me the time was wrong .. but it was past midnight and so I did 1:62 am .. could not understand , so I shall understand now and seek forgiveness .. maybe it should read .. 00:62 or what .. how does one write if its one o clock in the morning of the next day after midnight .. 1:62 am is the one o clock of the Friday 11th October !! .. so how is it supposed to be written !!
🪔 ,
October 11 .. wishes to the Ef sharers of the day of birth : Ef Jasbir Singh Kapoor .. Ef Krishil Rajpal .. Ef Tatiana .. Ef Syed Imrul Kais (aka Anup) from Bangladesh - Dhaka 🇧🇩 .. Ef Anu Gupta from USA 🇺🇲 .. Ef Anusha Bansal from Delhi (aka ABY BABY) .. Ef Dilip Jasani .. Ef Panna Vyas .. happiness to all .. 🙏🏻❤️🚩
Birthday - EF Jasbir Singh Kapoor / Krishil Rajpal/ Tatiana Ef Friday, 11 October
the day of birth .. and another day in its knowing that the celebration at that time was different to the time now ..
and the most revered gift that comes to me is from the City of Wroclaw , Poland ..
wait and decide if my words ring true ..
The City of Wroclaw, Poland as you all may know gave me the Ambassador declaration of the City during my last visit there .. it is the City of Literature also and they have placed a molding of Babuji on their main Square .. it is also the City of Elfs and they honoured Babuji with this statue .. they have also named a Square-Street after Babuji, the Harivansh Rai Bachchan street square ..
AND ..
As a gift from the City they have sent me for this day a most loving generous and overwhelming gift ..
Young musicians play the violin as a respect to Babuji 's Madhushala the tune in which he sang it .. at all the prominent locations of the City .. it is a most humbling and overwhelming gesture .. and words fail me in expressing my emotion at this point :
To my dearest Ef's that have been waiting for me since last night and been putting up banners and decorations about Jalsa .. I have no words to express my love and gratitude .. thank you seems so small .. but I shall meet you shortly at the GOJ .. perhaps a little later in the DAY .. for right now am busy with the family and the staff at work ..
I am not working today - wish I was - but KBC and the entire show has done surprise elements which overtook me by complete surprise .. and again my gratitude to all that take so much trouble to give me their love ..
I pray for the wellness of all ..
And shall shortly be giving my prayers and respects to Ma and Babuji ..
Bear with me for today ..
❤️

Okalivember day 2: Galls!
The ocular jasani gall wasp makes galls on the stems of an annual plant full of needles, making them hard to reach without getting pricked by the leaves.
The buoy mutabuta gall wasp lays its eggs on the leaves of a small shrub that grows near rivers. The biggest gall that actually touches the leaf has a larvae inside, but the small floating ones are decoys to protect the larva from predators or hyperparasitoids.
The lichen agasur galls have long tendrils that mimic a lichen that often grows alongside them on the branches of the tree whose bark they've been laid in.
The bridge borolsa gall wasp makes its galls on the large leaves of boreal trees. Due to their bright colors, they're sometimes gathered and used as beads or small jewels.
The salt sijaga gall wasp goes for the young, tender branches of a tree that grows in brackish swamps. The salt gathers in the gall formation, protecting them from mold and predators due to being unpalatable.

Stock Market Crashes, Rupee Hits Record Low After Fed's Hawkish Pause
The Indian stock market suffered a significant blow on Thursday, with the Sensex plunging nearly 1,000 points, or over 1%, to 79,179. The NSE Nifty Index also dropped sharply by 301 points, closing at 23,897. Alongside this, the Indian rupee slipped to an all-time low of 85.06 against the US dollar, reflecting investor anxiety following a hawkish tone from the US Federal Reserve.
The Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 25 basis points, taking its benchmark rate to 4.25–4.5%. While the rate cut was in line with market expectations, the Fed's projections signaled a slower pace of rate reductions next year. This shift dampened market sentiment, leading to sell-offs in global equity markets and a spike in bond yields.
According to Ionic Wealth, the Fed’s decision to increase inflation expectations for 2025 by 30 basis points and its hawkish stance caused the Dollar Index to surge to 108. This further pressured emerging markets, including India.
Deepak Jasani, Head of Retail Research at HDFC Securities, noted, “US stocks and bonds sold off after the Federal Reserve released new economic projections pointing to a slower pace of rate cuts next year. Officials anticipate inflation to remain sticky into 2025.”
The rupee’s fall to 85.06 against the dollar is attributed to the equity sell-off and the strengthening greenback. Apurva Sheth, Head of Market Perspectives and Research at SAMCO Securities, said, “While the 25 bps rate cut was expected, the relentless rise in US 10-year bond yields from 3.6% to 4.5% over the past month was surprising. This rise signals market anticipation of slower rate cuts and potential inflationary pressures.”
The ripple effect of the Fed’s hawkish stance extended to Asian markets, which also witnessed a slide on Thursday. The global markets now await the Bank of Japan’s policy decision, further adding to investor caution.
Despite the current market turmoil, Sheth pointed out that cooling bond yields below 4.335% could benefit emerging markets like India. However, much will depend on how inflation and interest rate trends evolve in the coming months.
As global and domestic markets adjust to the Fed’s projections, investors are advised to remain cautious and focus on long-term strategies amid heightened volatility.

Why the Nifty dropped to 3-week low after hitting fresh highs
Market chatter on changes to capital gains taxes on equities—piling on to prevailing election jitters—dragged India’s benchmark equity indices to their lowest in three weeks, before finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman dismissed what she called pure speculation". This, after the Nifty50 opened higher on Friday, clocking a record intraday high of 22,794.7 points, until it ended the day’s trading in the red. The India VIX index—the fear gauge—ended 9% higher on Friday, indicative of the heightened volatility in the market.
There has been some anxiety in the market with investors taking some money off the table ahead of and during the ongoing national election. Over the past month, both the Nifty50 and the S&P BSE Sensex have remained almost unchanged, suggesting a cautious sentiment among investors. But profit-booking on Friday was mainly triggered by rumours of changes to the capital gains treatment of equities post the election results, souring investor sentiment further.
“On Friday, rumours of adverse STCG (short-term capital gains) tax changes post the formation of new government and of some cooling of the margin of victory by NDA alliance caused a minor selloff," said Deepak Jasani, head of retail research at HDFC Securities Ltd.

Week 9 - Cultural Materialism
Being a phrase I have not heard of before, cultural materialism peaked my interest.
It's a way of looking at art that focuses on how they're made. It uses three ways:
1. Infrastructure- looks at how the tools, materials, and resources available influence the way things are created. Also considers how the environment impacts design choices.
2. Structure- looks at how societal organization and economic factors play a role in design. (example: availability of labor, resources, and the economic system can influence designs)
3. Superstructure- considers the beliefs, values, and symbols associated with designs. Also involves understanding how cultural ideologies and meanings are embedded in designs.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/fd9910ed2f506e3af8c31def49c3bb06/362627b0ea3919f6-50/s540x810/eb187557f199fd8a5d355346f6911a44eef8876f.jpg)
Cultural Materialism helps us designers see how different parts of society affect how things are designed. It shows how technology, money, culture, and design are all connected.
For the class activity, we were asked to pick 1 piece of infrastructure around us and answer the following questions for discussion.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/cc20af04c0c093694dfd5edd77469586/362627b0ea3919f6-10/s540x810/92c0018831176b217685a8fc88a400b0af69519a.jpg)

Our group chose the Earl Lu Gallery to discuss as it is not just a space to display artworks but it has elements that supports artists. They are essential in our cultural enviroment, a place for artists exhibition, for audiences to engage with art, and for various cultural activities.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/5863a347e47ac9f3fcbc386d753b3278/362627b0ea3919f6-6b/s540x810/f01e0c906a5a17ec83028477bfad824f570bc027.jpg)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/c4262fcff0963c249d76ea9db525c5ca/362627b0ea3919f6-a2/s540x810/9b372f1cee6058386673ef8c0cb96170ab6417f6.jpg)
There are pros and cons to how phones affected our design experiences. For example, now we are able to experience exhibitions overseas virtually, which is a pro as it’s more convenient. However, it comes with limited engagement and definitely a loss of atmosphere.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/b6c274a7e51382a13389ac0934039ada/362627b0ea3919f6-34/s540x810/8c5bf3a762cd876f79359ea2a74da5bad0545d81.jpg)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/b46d7599909740cc8db05cd14fc4eb46/362627b0ea3919f6-8c/s540x810/be31fd784eb8c94bf99b306c9685a8a48d124656.jpg)
Seeing this question, we thought of copyright issues. Artists share their work, but with no privacy, big companies sometimes copy it without permission, leaving smaller artists unrecognized and unpaid.

Nifty 50 Outlook: Key Market Trends, Trade Setup, and Stock Picks for the Week Ahead
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/09d7794dfb687cee0be79be73b3d5b6c/f8270cb30f2d3f90-3d/s540x810/2e17fb4502fa53618cde01b67b312e4b584b37e9.jpg)
Source: ndtvprofit.com
The Nifty 50 outlook remains strong as the Indian stock market showcased a strong performance last week, with the Nifty 50 index crossing the critical resistance level of 24,500. The benchmark index ended the week at 24,677.80, registering a 2.3% gain week-on-week. Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex closed at 81,709.12. Banking stocks, represented by the Bank Nifty index, outperformed with a 2.8% rise, ending the week at 53,509.50.
Among sectoral performers, the realty sector led the pack, supported by IT and metal stocks, while FMCG and utilities lagged. Broader markets also saw gains, with mid-cap indices outperforming the benchmarks. Analysts expect the Nifty to target the 24,857-24,882 range in the near term, with further potential to touch 25,084. Immediate support is identified at 24,351, according to Deepak Jasani, Head of Retail Research at HDFC Securities.
Monday’s Trade Setup and Global Market Drivers
The positive momentum in the Nifty is expected to persist, with analysts identifying critical levels for traders. The Bank Nifty must decisively breach the 53,900 resistance to sustain upward momentum, while a downside breach of 53,200 could lead to further declines toward 52,800, noted M. Mehra, Technical Analyst at SAMCO Securities.
The Nifty 50 outlook will also be influenced by global market factors that will play a significant role in shaping the trading sentiment this week. Vinod Nair, Head of Research at Geojit Financial Services, highlighted the importance of upcoming U.S. payroll and CPI inflation data, which could provide insights into the Federal Reserve’s December meeting outlook. Back home, a pickup in government capital expenditure is expected to boost sectors like infrastructure, capital goods, realty, cement, and metals in the second half of FY25. Additionally, moderation in inflation due to seasonal factors and favorable agricultural output has improved prospects for the Reserve Bank of India’s February monetary policy.
Top Stock Recommendations for Monday
Analysts have identified five stocks for traders to consider this week. Sumeet Bagadia, Executive Director at Choice Broking, and Ganesh Dongre, Senior Manager of Technical Research at Anand Rathi, shared their picks:
Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd: Bagadia recommends buying at ₹1136.5 with a stop loss at ₹1095 and a target price of ₹1200. The stock is trading near an all-time high, supported by strong bullish momentum and robust trading volumes.
Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd: Bagadia suggests purchasing at ₹1423.85, with a stop loss at ₹1370 and a target of ₹1515. The stock’s recent upward trend indicates continued bullish sentiment.
Bharat Dynamics Ltd: Dongre recommends buying at ₹1220, setting a stop loss at ₹1180 and a target of ₹1265. The stock’s support at ₹1180 indicates potential for further upward momentum.
Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd: Dongre advises entering at ₹1340 with a stop loss at ₹1300 and a target price of ₹1385. The stock’s bullish reversal pattern suggests a short-term price rise.
GAIL India Ltd: Dongre recommends buying at ₹210 with a stop loss at ₹200 and a target of ₹224. A breakout above ₹207 and rising RSI indicate increased buying momentum.
With the Nifty 50 outlook riding a wave of optimism, traders are advised to monitor these key levels and global cues for a strategic start to the week.

Zimní bouře Filomena v roce 2021 zničila nejméně desetinu stromů v celém Madridu a poškodila též část stromů v parku.
V Casa de Campo lze nalézt mnoho různých druhů obratlovců: přes 140 druhů ptáků, 21 druhů savců, 14 druhů plazů, šest druhů obojživelníků a 6 druhů ryb.
