Durante la pausa-pranzo hai difficoltà a mangiare il panino a causa del caldo eccessivo? Vuoi un'idea fresca a prova di estate? Prova la jar salad (insalata in barattolo), è davvero semplicissima da preparare! ✅ Prendi un barattolo di vetro vuoto; ✅ Scegli gli alimenti che vuoi mangiare domani, cerca di fare un piatto unico (25% cereali, 25% proteine, 50% verdure); ✅ Inserisci ora tutti i cibi che hai scelto partendo dagli ingredienti più pesanti e non assorbenti sul fondo del vaso, aggiungendo via via i più leggeri; ✅ Realizza questi 5 strati senza mescolare gli ingredienti e mettendo sul fondo (quindi all'inizio della composizione) il condimento che più preferisci (olio, aceto balsamico, senape ecc.); ✅ Avvita il coperchio del barattolo e conservalo in frigorifero per non più di 5 giorni; ✅ Quando sei pronto a mangiare, svita il coperchio e scuoti l'insalata nel piatto. L'azione di scuotere l'insalata è sufficiente a mescolare l'insalata con il condimento. Se non ti piace mescolare gli ingredienti, li puoi gustare anche separati 😉 IO HO FATTO COSì: Alla base ho messo olio extravergine d'oliva e poco pepe, pomodori pachino tagliati in due, farro già cotto e leggermente salato, caprino fresco a cubetti e per finire qualche foglia di rucola fresca. That little jar salad was packed full of veggies. It was meant as a side salad with my wrap, but I could have eaten that by itself. Note to self, start using the smaller jars because the big jars are WAY too big. But my lunch was good though..
