This Japanese 🇯🇵 zuzu cheesecake is the ultimate fluffy, soufflé cheesecake 🥧 that is referred to as a “Japanese Cotton Cheesecake” due to its unique texture. This “Jiggly” zuzu cheesecake 🥧consists of basic ingredients that you can easily buy from your local shop 🏬 The most important 👊 part of the recipe is the actual technique. 👍 The recipe was created by a Japanese chef 👨‍🍳 “Tomotaro Kuzuno” who was inspired by a German🇩🇪 käsekuchen cheesecake 🥧 during a trip to Berlin in the 1960s.
