I actually didn't know about it! (do now)

But... if I may just ask a question... What would you suggest for an alternative? If you're not shopping at Target you'll move your business where? To Walmart? Amazon? 👀 Hopefully not to those competitors.

Not that I disagree with the boycott at all. This is for a good reason and I'm for anyone wanting to boycott but there are other implications that come from this. First, is that, as I just asked, what is the alternative? Do you stop shopping at one bad store and move on over to another one that's probably even worse just so you can make a point?

And then, what if you do find a good alternative that isn't more harmful than Target? How much are you paying for household items? How far do you need to travel to get there? Convenience and grocery stores mark up the cost of household goods enough that it makes it prohibitive for some people to even consider.

I just want to be sure we're being mindful of how we go about this boycott first because a lot won't even think twice about just going to Walmart instead or ordering off Amazon which isn't better at all.

So to anyone who just read this whole thing (sorry lol), boycott if you can but do it responsibly! Consider where you're moving your business to first, otherwise this is just virtue signaling.
