Everyone that was anyone, knew to not go near Jack Fenton. Even after he walked away from the underbelly of the darker side of humanity. He was someone that always got the job done without question. From the most would be considered a suicidal mission, he would return the following day without much of a scratch or laughing over how easy it was.

Many assumed he was a meta, non-human or something! Anything to explain Jack Fenton himself.

So when he walked away, many felt more at ease with this. Now there were more jobs on the docket for themselves. Albeit, the death rate has risen.

For Jack, that's all in the past. His college is paid off, that wedding he promised for Maddie was done to her liking. A tour around the country visiting the most haunted places. Finally, buying off a home in the most hunted place they could find, Amity Park! Whatever was left, went into their research!

Danny has a problem.

It's been around two weeks after fighting vlad and removing his powers, the tension has been building between them for a long time.

First it was the crown, Danny had earned it after fighting Pariah but Vlad thinks that Danny isn't ruthless enough to rule saying that he's "too soft" and "too indecisive" to wear the (for all the title of Ghost King is worth) glorified funny hat. Then after a long time of arguing between them Vlad came up with a scheme. If he couldn't become the king he would become the regent, he just needed to possess Jack Fenton, have him divorce Vlad's "beloved" Madeline and then possess her into marrying him.

As you can guess this didn't work, Danny found him about two seconds after he tried to divorce Maddy cause he wasn't even trying to act (like a human sized Golden retriever) his dad. So he and mom beat the creepy incel out of his dad, in the process Danny was forced to transform and his parents accepted him (YAY!), he also got hit in the side of his head by Vlad, damaging his Broca's area just enough so he can only speak in Ghostspeak, but he can still understand human words and letters. After that mess they moved to Gotham so he could recover in a place with high ectoplasm without Vlad harassing them. ( Lady Gotham hates Vlad.)

Now you're probably wondering, "What's the problem, Vlad is out of the picture and your parents accept your half dead-ness."

The problem is that some guy dressed as a scarecrow released some weird gas into his school. He didn't get a lot of people cause the "Bats?" Showed up but his friend Damien got sprayed and ran off saying he was gonna kill his brother tim. So in Danny's infinite genius he ran off after him to make sure he doesn't hurt someone.

He's not sure why Damien speaks Ghostspeak though.

When Jack put the red blanket on Joke, I noticed Joke has a little J with a heart tattooed on his shoulder, which I got a glimpse of in the second episode.

He doesn't have a chip on his shoulder. He has a heart on his shoulder. He wears his feelings on his shoulder. In his color.

And it's a J.

There is no Joker of Hearts. There is only a Jack of Hearts!

The Jack of Hearts sits on Joke's left shoulder which is normally concealed.

And the Jack of Hearts represents young men in love.

Every tattoo Joke has is about Jack.

Joke fell in love in one night five years ago and has been thinking about it ever since.

And that's why the ring with Jack's name on it belongs on Joke's finger. He already has Jack tattooed all over his body. Now he just needs Jack to allow Joke to permanently place Jack's name in his heart.
