I've been thinking about how Jack and Joke never managed to actually legally adopt Toi Ting (as far as it's shown in canon at least, since her biological father came back and apparently got it together after the scare), but she'll forever be their kid.

I also put my favorite outfits on them (except Toi Ting that I just wanted something cute for), Joke's wearing his outfit for ep 4 and Jack for ep 10/11 (yes my fav outfit for him is what he's wearing when he breaks down, don't perceive me lol he was crumbling and looking hot while doing it).

Also like, I absolutely eat up the brutalist, borderline dystopic aesthetic on J&J, it's all buildings and dirt and almost no green (because that's what gentrification usually looks like), but I wanted them to be in a grass and blue sky environment, like a breath of relief from all the tall concrete walls surrounding them, a comforting feeling, because that's what the found family is.
