What if Ivypool, in her grief, wanted someone to blame for her daughter’s death. Ashfur wasn’t enough, because she needed someone to direct her anger to, someone she could see and someone who mattered to be angry at (Ash is double-dead so what does snapping at him do?).

So she chooses Shadowsight. He started this all, didn’t he?

And Dovewing just snaps

She goes off on Ivypool, saying how she has hurt her (Dove) for long enough, and she will NOT be hurting her son too. She deserves to grieve, yes, and she doesn’t deserve her pain, but it’s always HER pain.

Ivypool never once considered how Dovewing felt. She wasn’t even bothered to talk to her before Dovewing left, and didn’t bother talking to her when she returned or when she announced she would be leaving forever for Shadowclan. She hated Dovewing because she got powers, but never wondered how the burden of such a prophecy cost Dovewing.

She didn’t consider why Dovewing didn’t like Bumblestripe and loved Tigerheartstar, nor did she ever respect it. She just wanted her sister to be with someone in the Clan because she didn’t like Tiger and it didn’t matter to her that being with Bumblestripe would have made her unhappy.

And it goes beyond Dovewing, too. She broke her own apprentice’s heart when she refused to help look for her family just because both Dovewing and Tigerheartstar would be on the patrol.

And Dovewing gets it. She gets the resentment when they were apprentices because they were young and Dove was in a prophecy and it was important and ‘cool’, but it wasn’t. Suddenly, Dovewing was burdened by so much responsibility when she was so young. Ivypool did too, training in the Dark Forest, but that was MOONS, even YEARS ago. 

Yet Ivypool still resents her for it all, still resents her for following her heart. She didn’t even bother saying hi to Dovewing’s kits, and now she has the audacity to blame one of those kits for getting Bristlefrost killed?

can’t remember if I’ve talked about this here before and too lazy to look so:

Warriors AU where the three are reincarnations of cats per the usual but Hollyleaf was always supposed to be the third cat. But something went wrong. The dark forest maybe found out and interrupted the process, causing that third soul to be partially tethered to Holly but without the use of any power. StarClan, being the bunch of crazies that they are, panic because they only had enough power/juice/magic beans/ Cosme energy to make three reincarnations and now one of their souls is trapped and useless. So what do they do?

They send terrible prophetic dreams to Jayfeather about his sister. Telling him he must kill her or the world will end and the Dark Forest will win. He managed to convince Lionblaze and together they kill her in an accident (aka the tunnel collapse). This frees the soul and allows it to be reworked into Dovewing. But, Hollyleaf is now a ghost. She’s not welcome I’m StarClan because she a symbol of their failure and they can’t have her spilling their secrets. But she’s not done anything to go to the Dark Forest. She does now have a burning rage in her heart against her brothers, the clans, and StarClan. But no means to get her revenge. Until….

Ivypaw. Forced to watch her sister excel while she suffers as a spare. Perhaps, they could help each other. So Hollyleaf (not Hawkfrost) reaches out to her in dreams and offers training. Hollyleaf shows Ivypool to the Dark Forest where they work together with the cat spirits there. She also shares her story with Ivypaw and shares her hatred of the all powerful three. Hollyleaf also shares something else, something she learned from talking to Sol and lurking on the borders of StarClan and the Dark Forest. That the three’s souls could also be untethered, and harvested for a living cat to use, if done correctly.

So that’s their plan. They go through and destroy each of the three. Starting with Jayfeather. Ivypool is able to absorb all their powers into her body by harvesting their reincarnated souls. She is able to help the Dark Forest and Hollyleaf topple StarClan and the Clans themselves. Placing Ivystar as the leader of the living world and Holystar as the leader of the heavens and underworld. Aka gaslight, gatekeep, girl boss the AU.

This would all be told with PMVs using songs from Tangled the Series. Because the songs are very good and fit very well.

been bouncing around an au in my head for a while. i dont have much solidified yet but here’s the three and their respective parentage

finchfeather (jayfeather) is the oldest of the three, he was born shortly after whitewing and birchfall became warriors (he was.. unplanned LOL)

finch and dove are siblings as jay’s wing and dove’s wing were siblings. it just makes more sense to me

since jay and dove have bird themed names, ivy gets a new one - pigeonfall to parallel dovewing (pigeon- from doves and pigeons being in the same family; -fall from her father since -wing is from their mother). jayfeather got changed to finchfeather since he’s no longer crow’s son (jays and crows are corvids)

holly and lion inherited their “manes” from leafpool’s side of the family

u can see the “order” of the three by the # of white dots on their faces lol

finch can perceive light and shadows, but not much else. to him, starclan cats radiate very brightly its almost impossible for even him to miss them.

squirrelflight has fertility issues, yellowfang did lie about being completely barren, though. she and brambleclaw had been trying for kits for moons so he considered it a miracle by the time the three were finally born. it was considered a cryptic pregnancy as whitewing didnt know she was pregnant until her third trimester!

sandstorm, daisy, and ferncloud noticed leafpool’s pregnancy. the latter two kept quiet, and had to convince sandstorm not to mention it before leafpool was ready.

i dont havw any other notes rn but maybe i’ll post more of this au later lol

As you know, the Clan cats in BB don't forget history "out of shame" like canon does. They reframe stories in ways that fit their narrative, changing details and altering StarClan itself over the generations. So, I was struck with the idea that I'll adapt canon by making them misgender Galestar and Stripestar over the years.

As a recap; Clan Culture has three genders. It is a trinary gender system.

Ssuf/Tom (what we might consider masculine, linked to social passivity and out-of-camp activities)

Yaow/Molly (what we might consider feminine, linked to social aggression and camp-defensiveness)

Meewa/Gib (we don't really have a word for this in English. It's "above behavioral sex-based characteristics" in a way you could roughly describe as 'de-sexed,' but even that doesn't totally capture it. Linked to wisdom, long-term planning, and blessedness.)

The Clan Culture perception of a queer cat is one that doesn't fall into the trinary. Multigender (Finleap), agender (Twigbranch), and genderqueer (Dustpelt) cats are distinctly queer in a way that's hard to translate.

So, I'm thinking that BB!Galestar and BB!Stripestar were both Meewa-gendered cats (Xey/Xem in English), from birth. They seemed destined to eventually occupy positions of authority within WindClan and ThunderClan, and THAT is what was forgotten over the years. It was a great shame that two incredibly wise, blessed cats did something so drastic, so they were remembered as a molly and a tom instead.

Meewa-gender is usually assigned based on "atypical" traits in newborns, such as unusual colors, multiple toes, or even certain intersex traits. For Stripe and Gale, I'm thinking they actually had six toes each-- on the opposite side of each other. So when they put their paws together, it was like they made a complete set of twelve claws.

Symbols are also not that strange in BB!Clan Culture, as they have a rudimentary writing system. I might make it that StormClan's symbol isn't really the thing that the Clan cats used to signal to the Wildcats that they're allies-- but a pawprint with an extra toe.

(...It would also be neat if Galestar's wildcat mate had a 6th finger too. Something about the way xey associate it with xeir gender and inherent blessedness... only to find that such things exist everywhere. That xey weren't just made to fit one mate. Losing Stripestar isn't the end of xeir world but the start of a new one.)

ivypool and dovewing for the fnaf warriors au!! dovewing sort of has the role of the crying child, where she has nightmares about the animatronics, but she does not die or get bullied her powers let her communicate with the dead almost? like she can hear the dead and experience dreams about them these two definitely have a better sibling relationship in this than in canon, and dovewing visits ivypool when she can at work (mainly just to see tigerheart because he works at freddys too) she doesn't get to visit work often because she gets dragged off a lot by jay and lion to do work

CHIMERA POWER OF THREE AU PART 2!!!

Aight following my last post about my AU just decided to draw the rest of the "important cast" so you all can see how they look in my head(?

Some notes about their designs:

Dovewing is a chimera (diluted calico and a mix of caramel and fawn), she has a split face marking (like Holly) but she is a real chimera!

Ivypool also has a split face marking thanks to her white spotting but she's not a chimera.

Dovewing and Ivypool have heterochromia and practically the same tabby markings but Ivypool's are sharper and Dovewing's are rounder.

Sol is another fake chimera, he is a tortie just like Holly. I also inspired his design in the myth chimeras so he haves some traits inspired in lions, snakes and goats!

Thinking abt an au type thing, where Dovewing (at the time Dovepaw) gets lost in the territory. And she’s all alone and crying because she’s lost. And then this black shape comes out from this fucking hole in the ground and is like. “Why are you crying?” And she helps her home. So then Dovepaw keeps visiting this shape and getting to know her. She finds her often drying herbs for her to take home and helps her with hunting practice and becomes a secondary mentor to Dove. And Dove begins calling her “The Shadow”.

Dove tells her all about her clan and such. One day she brings up the idea of bringing her to camp and giving her a place to stay. The Shadow bristles at this. “No, I will not visit your clan. All I’d bring is misery.” Dove questions why, and The Shadow is like “Well do you think they’d be happy to learn about a cat who’s been living under their paws, and eats their prey?” And Dove is like “ok.”

She tells her about the lonely she-cats, Squirrelflight and Leafpool. How their fur is dull and they’re graying early. How they only have each other and their parents. The Shadow presses on about Squirrelflight specifically, asking if she is okay. Dove asks why she cares. “She helped me once. A long time ago.” Dove asks why she doesn’t meet with her again. “It is better if she doesn’t. I bet she doesn’t even remember me. She’s helped so many cats in her life, I bet, it would be hard to remember one specifically.”

She tells her about her mentor, Lionblaze, who is bossy and too gentle in battle practice, and who hates thunderstorms. She tells her about Jayfeather, the grumpy healer who always asks her to get herbs while she’s out. She tells her about Tigerheart, the handsome tom from ShadowClan (not that she’d know what that is!) She tells her about her sister Ivypool, who feels so far from her despite sleeping next to her every night.

One night, Ivypool and Dovewing are fighting. “You don’t even know me! All you do is follow Lionblaze and Jayfeather, do you even have any thoughts of your own?”. Suddenly, the ground weakens beneath them and they fall into the tunnels, cloudy dust swirling around them. The Shadow appears, offering to help.

The Shadow leads them into the light, and just as she’s about to disappear back into the caves, a patrol lead by Lionblaze and Cinderheart catch her.

They pause, and with a single name everything shatters.

“Hollyleaf?”

Im sure plenty of people can probably guess, now that’ve shared the modified prophecy for TMT, but the 6 prophecy cats in TMT are Jayfeather, Hollyleaf, Lionblaze, Breezepelt, Ivypool, And Dovepool. Dove and Ivy are on dif paper cause i drew them a different day.

Each prophecy cat has a matching star mark to one of the other prophecy cats. Holly and Jay have their’s on their chest, Lion and Breeze have theirs in the middle of their face, and Dove n Ivy have theirs at the corners of their eyes

I’ll explain how Breezepelt ties in to the prophecy in a different post, cause he’s ALSO Firestar kin in this au, and Crowfeather is NOT his dad uwu
