#star wars #the original trilogy #boba fett #darth vader #hi. sorry for star war jumpscare. genuinely #i feel like ive kinda been on an art hiatus lately due to health stuff #i got diagnosed with a parathyroid disease recently (wahoo) so now i know why i have been feeling so bad! need more tests though #anyway. in the mean time most of the entertainment my brain can handle has been like. youtube clip compilations of shows and movies #not even the actual shows or movies. literally just sections of them on youtube #i wish i was joking #the only reason i know what happens in succession is because i have watched it in disjointed order in youtube compilations. not joking #anyway so ive learned a lot more about star wars than i ever. thought i would #mostly just the original trilogy and prequels. some of the old comics & books are interesting too #(sick to my stomach) i like darth vader he has like the same personality as ganondorf except he had no good reason for doing anything #when vader/anakin does literally anything weird or unacceptable it like. makes me laugh so hard its like jerma when he sees a car accident #boba fett’s costume design has been rotating in my head a lot too it’s very good #he’s very colorful and like. matte/unpolished compared to vader and it makes them a cool duo visually #those 2 are my favorites. vader why is the space cowboy the only person aside from sidious or tarkin who is allowed to get mad at you #sidious is my 3rd favorite. he sucks so bad as like a person that you just. you have no expectations of him except just being evil #so its just really funny like everything he does is horrible and he’s so happy all the time like good for him #i’m making it sound like ive never seen star wars before. i have i just never really cared about it until i got an endocrine disorder lmao #but yeah idk art may continue to be slow while im figuring out treatment stuff #if anyone reading this also has or has had hyperparathyroidism im wishing the strength & radiance of 1000 beautiful horses upon you

Here's a bit from a new fic, a FirstPrince Bachelor AU with Alex as the Bachelor and Henry as the overworked show runner :D

"Well Pez," Alex started, his smile unfaltering. "I'm really not that interesting. I was born and raised in Texas, hence the drawl you've probably notice." Alex gestured to his throat, earning a chuckle from both while Henry suppressed the urge to roll his eyes. He was used to big personalities but somehow it felt like this man was going to give him a run for his money. Alex was even more charismatic than the season four bachelor, even more attractive than season ten and even quicker with quips than season seven. It was a dangerous combination, and Henry had an inkling that this season was going to be unique in more ways than one.

"Parents were divorced when I was young but still loved me, they showed up to all my lacrosse games and most of my debates. After college I went to law school and now I'm an immigration attorney."

"It doesn't sound like that's left you much time for love."

Alex's big brown eyes turned sad for a moment as he shook his head. "No, no it hasn't. But that's what you're here for, right?"

i cannot stand the aot fandom this is not a new take at all they are universally intolerable but oh my dayssss u are FORBIDDEN from making ANY take about the show it's actually insane to watch. 'aot is perfect' no show is perfect. 'tell me you didnt get the show 😂🫵' people have different opinions/interpretations about things. 'eren is a good guy they could never make me hate him' i think there's actually 4 seasons and two movies explicitely using him as a tool to show that no one is 'good' or 'evil' they are only trying to survive. hello. the fandom r all so far up aot's ass that they actually discredit its writing in the process and it would be laughable if it wasn't so frustrating

THAT IS SUCH AN ICE COLD CONCLUSION. EREN WAS NEVER SPECIAL - THAT'S THE POINT #and like countless times through history one selfish person with their hands on an insane amount of power and a conviction #that they are doing the right thing goes on to lead to a continuation of the cycle of war #like the end credits with the tree is genuinely HAUNTING. it never ended. eren KNEW the rumbling would be unnsuccessful #and would leave enough of their enemies alive that they'd eventually retaliate HE KNEW THAT and did it anyway #why? bc he just /wanted/ it. desperately and immaturely. and so the war turned over for another generation and another and #LIKE THAT IS SUCH A POIGNANT HAUNTING TAKE. I FR STARED AT THE BLACK SCREEN ONCE I FINISHED IT FOR 5 MINS IN HORRIFIED SILENCE #yes it's not his sole motivation but ultimately the crux of his character boils down to the fact he's just some kid #to the point even when he's explaining it to armin at the very end they SHOW HIM AS A KID. THAT IS THE REAL EREN #THAT ANGRY SCRAPPY CHILD WHO THOUGHT HE COULD BEAT THE WORLD INTO SUBMISSION #NOT A HERO NOT A GOD NOT A DEVIL - JUST A KID GIVEN A POWER HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE GOT HIS HANDS ON #but if u say all that some chucklefuck tells u to kys and that u just Didnt Get The Masterpiece Of Attack On Titan #but do u know what? maybe people disagree w me! maybe this is just my interpretation! guess who's NOT gonna have a hissy fit about it?#fandom is about DISCUSSION and i have never seen a fandom as fucking allergic to it than the aot fandom #like omdddddddddd have a day off man isayama isnt gonna suck you off #aot

I feel like a lot of criticism of the good doctor comes from people who've never actually watched it

"My parents now think autistic people can't live by themselves". Well... I'm sorry to hear that, but Shaun does just fine on his own? A big part of season one is him not wanting a stranger to help him with things when his mentor/father figure tries finding him an aid or something. He only gets a roommate, his best friend and now wife, after she crashed at his place.

"He's such a jerk" he's... literally very sweet? The only person I can think of who he was purposefully rude to was his abusive jerk of a father, which... was deserved lmao

He usually tries to connect with his patients, and there are some very sweet moments.

#im not saying theres no valid criticisms #of course there are #i just feel like... some people say things about stuff without actually knowing about it?#i know a lot of people have issues with the show and with shaun and thats fair but #hes like. the character ive related to most ever in media #i started watching the show because apparently its one of the more medically accurate medical dramas #came out of it seeing myself in a character like never before #and such a great character too #i love him very much #ive never seen someone have. ? emotional outbursts like that #like ive had #where you breathe so hard you cant actually breathe #hit myself in the head #and when lea joins him in moving his hands and jumping around together when excited.....#i would die if someone did that with me rather than just giving me a weird look or laughing or calling me a bird #anyway. a lot of the criticism can be disproven if you actually watch the show #much like misako LMAOOOO #the good doctor #im so sad its goinh to end after s7 ;-;
