Been doing some thinking and I don’t think the reveal to Crispin would happen during the kyurem incident too much is already going on

It just happens on a regular day when Crispin drops by Opelucid city for a visit! The two boys are chilling in Drayton’s room when they end up falling asleep together (platonic sleeping together my beloved) and Crispin wakes up first and sees a lil white zoura sleeping next to him and he’s hella confused until Drayton wakes up startled and falls out of bed and transforms back into his human form and panics he doesn’t realize that it was Crispin who found out he’s just panicking because he’s been found out in his panic he transforms back into zoura and cowers away from Crispin

Now Crispin is HELLA confused and concerned! One of his best friends is apparently a pokemon??? And he’s never seen Drayton so scared besides the kyurem incident, Crispin being the not sharpest tool in the shed kinda just reaches down to pet/comfort Drayton and promptly gets bitten by Drayton, yeah not his brightest idea….Crispin had to leave Drayton’s room to get his hand bandaged and he makes sure to close the door so Drayton doesn’t go off and hide somewhere else in the house

Well in the search for the first aid kit Crispin passes the kitchen and realizes that he could make Drayton one of his favourite dishes to hopefully calm him down so once he’s all bandaged up he gets to work in the kitchen making one of Drayton’s favourite dishes and realizes it’s something that ghost/or normal types like, yeah that probably should’ve been a hint about his friend….once he’s done he returns to Drayton’s room and notices Drayton hiding under his bed so he leaves the food near the bed and Crispin goes to sit on the opposite side of the room to give Drayton space as he tries to look up what zoura Drayton is because he sure as hell doesn’t look like a unovaian one but he couldn’t really find much

Drayton eventually comes out of his hiding place once he smells the food and realizes it’s one of his favourite dishes and his head finally clears of panic once he’s finished eating and he shifts back to his human form, he notices Crispin and realizes he bit his best friend and promptly starts to cry which sends Crispin for a loop once he hears Drayton crying because he’s never actually seen him cry, yeah he’s seen his friend close to tears before but never actually sobbing like he is now so he rushes to comfort him, thankfully he’s not attacked since Drayton is in a clearer headspace

Crispin manages to move them back to the bed where Drayton ends up crying himself to sleep against Crispin as he’s exhausted from the panic attack and the crying and Crispin just holds him gently as he sleeps curled up against his best friend, eventually iris comes home and finds the two in Drayton’s room where Crispin quietly asks about Drayton and explains what went down well iris was away and how he found out Drayton was a Pokemon, iris looks at her lil bro and ends up explaining everything to Crispin

Also the bite mark eventually scars over and Drayton hates looking at it >:) ~Drayton angst anon💛

Aughgh Dray accidentally biting Crispin, not being able to look at him much bc he scarred his hand. But also y'know smth dope if Crispin would sometimes hold Drayton's hand w his scarred one, going on how it's okay now, he doesn't have to feel guilty over smth he didn't mean to do. Sometimes Drayton would run his thumb over the scars, and Crispin would just smile at him telling him they finally healed, and he shouldn't feel bad anymore

OOH thats actually interesting, and i agree! it actually brings to light the parallels between both harry and mattheo! harry potter being this amazing child who survived voldy, and then mattheo riddle who's feared due to being related by that same man by blood. tbh, dumbledore was probably a bit hesitant and nervous to approach mattheo abt his situation with voldy but im not entirely sure abt it (im not that caught up with dumbledore lore, sorry 😭),, but i agree that he will give vv big special treatment to both mattheo and harry!!

THIS IS THE LORE THAT IVE BEEN MISSING. i think this 'harry-mattheo' part tends to be overlooked (?? then again im not too sure, since whenever i scroll in tumblr i see mostly fics HAHAH, not that im complaining tho),, but my hcs were a bit related to the parallels i mentioned above ^^, it's like harry is in the light and mattheo's in the dark. harry's praised for his power (??) for surviving against the attacks of voldy as a baby and as the 'chosen one', whilst mattheo was in fact feared from being relatively tied, body and soul to voldemort. mattheo was never praised for withstanding the bs his father did and for being strong from the things he individually experienced as a son yk.

i'd like to think that harry actively avoids mattheo maybe, and he avoids him much MUCH more than draco. draco's whines he can tolerate, but the stare of riddle? HE'S RUNNING (jk). honestly potter and riddle would be the talk of hogwarts for a while bc yk:

i’ve tried getting out of my reading slump (WE’RE GETTING THERE WOOHOO!!) like i’ve recently started little woman by louis may alcott (a classic ik idk why i’m even referencing it shshs) and so far it’s pretty good! sometimes the dialogue throws me off a little since it was written so long ago and my mind just goes blank as soon as i read anything that’s not modern day english (i’m talking anything published before the 2000s 😭). i watched the movie a while ago so i’m kinda excited to see if there’s any major differences between the books and the movies. apparently there are a few but i didnt listen in further bc i didn’t wanna spoil myself hahah. welp ig i’ll k when i commit to actually finishing the book.

reading drown made me remember how much music personally means to me. i used to have a hard time sleeping back in 6th grade to the point that it badly affected my studies bc for some reason im wide awake at night, felt tired but still fully awake which made me unable to focus in school. so of course i researched what i can do since i didnt want to tell my parents (nasa google kaya lahat 😌) long story short, try listening to music daw 😭 so i did bUT since listening to music wasnt really my hobby, i didnt know what type i should start off and at that time, kpop just recently became big LMAO it was like around 2017 i think. so i liSTENED TO EXO since it was the group that i have been hearing around school AHAHAHAHA the song was baby, dont cry btw. it worked surprisingly, music does calm one's nerves. i didnt understand the lyrics ofc but just by the melody, it made everything around me peaceful. whenever i feel anxious, sad, or stressed, music is the way to go :"> SO EON STORY KO PANO AKO NAGING KPOP FAN 😭😭😭 parinig aq ng iyo po 🙇

-then hey Dia found him yknow. Found him slumped against a tree, he looked so tired, eyes bloodshot, his knuckles were red and bruised. She slowly approached him, kneeling right in front of him, smiling so softly yet her voice carried such concern that he never thought he could hear from anyone.

and Lance finally looks up to her, sees her worried look, and god he felt like shit that he's worrying Diantha

"I'm sorry.."

Lance then tells her what's bothering him, that he thinks he's really weak, that he really couldn't be the perfect Champion of the Indigo League, that some people still don't see him as a Champion, and he really trauma dumped on her. And by the end of it, Diantha was at his side, wrapping her arms around his torso, pulling him close to her. Lance let's out a dry laugh, leaning in to Diantha, "why.. do you still put up with me..?"

Diantha gave him a smile, soft and gentle as her touch on his cheek, "because I love you." And Lance let out a choked sob, pulling her impossibly closer to him.

btw free guy is ryan reynold’s recently released movie, chan basically had an early watch props to ryan and did an interview with him ! its abt an npc in a famous game who later turned into the main character of said game and saved his digital world. somewhere along those lines lol i rate it a 15 out of 10. the comedy was top notch and the graphics were so realistic in a game-like way. have fun watching if ever!
