#i will be live-blogging bc i'm missing out on so much lore input#i have to know who the fuck the watchers are and why does this past series echo so much in the present#so far i got a little happy that he's doing a subnautica like base underwater <3 my little heart did happy leaps#but also i can only imagine how EVERYBODY felt when past life's gimmick was going back to the early versions#it's basically evo part two but grian's more confident and there's more people and certain death is always around the corner#the bedrock logo! THE. BEDROCK. LOGO. #not sure if i already have this queued but i stared at this art for quite sometime last night#the conversation screenshot in and of itself was one thing but the way it was interpreted in this art was just so UGH#i've never dived deep into the watcher lore yet but based on what i understood so far—this is exactly how i envisioned it#it highlights how unfair things are#how this being is simultaneously a god and yet playing it off like he isn't#it's just a screenshot of an otherwise normal conversation between admins and a lead creator#but the lore behind it just makes it a lot deeper#we love to see it#op this is such wonderful art u're amazing#mcyt
