Petite découverte de ce midi que je voulais tester avant d’avoir un « big mamma » à Toulouse :)!!quelle charmante surprise : un service et un cadre au top sans parler de la nourriture à proprement parler..juste ce qu’il nous fallait pour un midi très chaud à Toulouse.. que des produits frais et italiens..nous avons partagé une bourrata avec du serrano 16 mois et de la roquette..un délice de fraîcheur..puis une « valentina » avec la sauce tomate de la mamma,stracciatella coppa basilic et surtout une pâte incomparable qui m’a rappelé mon séjour à Rome..pour finir,monsieur le gourmand a pris un café gourmand italien..c’est la première fois que j’ai aimé un panacotta ..pour vous prouver que cette adresse est top!courez-y https://www.leclandesmamma.com/valentina-toulouse/
