something people just don’t think about is how often chronically ill and disabled people just don’t have access to good food. not healthy food, good food; well made, tasty meals that don’t come from a jar or a freezer. how many of us are housebound or can’t drive? delivery services only offer within certain distances, if you live outside a city they aren’t an option. many people don’t have the energy or ability to cook for themselves if they have the skill to begin with. many certainly don’t have the ability to learn how. it’s something that goes completely unnoticed, just the opportunity to have a good meal and how much that wears you down

as we enter the start of a semester and the dreaded Hour of Making Friends us upon us... if ur ever at a loss for what to say in one of those weird social situations where you only vaguely-know people, one of my favorite questions to ask is "what is your favorite food crime." a food crime is like the food combination that you love that other people find revolting. press them to take it further than pineapple on pizza, that's rote. food crimes is a good topic that has many benefits as it turns out all people are degenerates and also it will give you some cool ideas to try out later in the privacy of your own degenerate kitchen

the other good thing to ask is "okay but has anyone here ever been someplace haunted" bc it turns out if you ask most people directly they don't believe in ghosts, but many people are like "oh yeah i lived in a haunted house. ghosts aren't real tho"

I’ve been seeing a lot of reaction channels put this image in their thumbnails (for good reason it’s a very wtf moment)

It’s meant to be unsettling out of context yes, but in context Ragatha’s subsequent reaction feels a little…off.

The sauce is supposed to make you stupid, so why is it causing Ragatha to hallucinate horrors of the uncanny variety?

If I had a bad trip like this I would not be giggling.

Then I looked at the following frames more closely

…It’s very likely that the entire time Ragatha’s under the influence of the sauce, she’s actually trapped in her own mind, like her consciousness was split.

The effects we see on the surface has Ragatha experiencing drastically lowered inhibitions and loss of motor skills, but I feel like this scene is implying that Ragatha is also quite possibly dealing with some nasty inner demons. And she’s incapable of making anyone else aware of them.
