If it's a rebrand, it's pretty scummy especially with the massive merch sale (and the two IG stories of them just bing chilling?? but it's good to know that they're still friends and that it's not health related). If it's leaving for good, it's weird that they've privated almost all their videos but understsandable if they've burnt out. DAO Remake wishlist

Idk how likely we are to get a remake for Origins, but I am still holding out hope for one, but the things I would want from a remake

DA2 combat system

redesign the DA2 companions to use their DA2 headmorphs (Isabela, Merril, and Anders)

redesign Morrigan's headmorph with the one from the Sacred Ashes trailer

overhaul the qunari and the elves to use their DA2 designs

make the questline linear and progress in a specific order instead of being free range

Rework requirements to trigger Leliana’s personal quest. If playing as a female warden, delay the conversation about hair until she's at ~35 approval.

Add Grey Warden armor to warden NPCs backporting the models from DA2/DAI.

Redress the templar NPCs using the armor models from DA2.

backport the DAI models for the Dalish armor

backport the DA2 designs for the mage robes

voiced protagonist, with a "classic" option for unvoiced (Female Warden: Laura Bailey, Male Warden: Matt Mercer)

Veilguard graphics

add Veilguard's blight boils

redesign Morrigan's default robes

animate a new "Dark Ritual" scene (bc we all know the original was hella cringe)

redesign the high dragons to use the models and skeletons from Inquistion/Veilguard's dragons

overhauled Character Creator

Veilguard's inventory system
