She lived in Colombia but seemed to have friends in Miami, so I'd guess that her friends fled the violence in their area. It was probably a big argument. Yo-Yo has a temper, and I would bet she accused them of cowardice for not staying and fighting for their home and they called her reckless for staying.

They reconciled sometime after Yo-Yo joined up with S.H.I.E.L.D., but even so she was shocked when she was still invited to her friend's bachelorette party in season 4

After some of the dust settled after season 7, she managed to reconnect with some of those friends. A few years passed and they learned more about inhumans and unlearned some of their biases. They approached her to apologize. They get drinks whenever Yo-Yo is in town

tbh, love that you made tails’ adventure canon to your fic. this 8 year old has a body count and realistically like 3 or 4 people know aside from tails himself if rouge didn’t tell GUN. it’s only there to explain what he was doing while sonic was away and it’s kinda funny

This fluffy thing? Killer of hundreds? Weapons designer? Willing to build bombs and shoot guns and explode his enemies? Surely not!

Honestly, I love the dichotomy of Tails, and I think Tails Adventure is one of the best examples of it. He's adorable, and he's dangerous, and we should be very glad that he looks up to Sonic as his moral compass.

Though I'm sure a lot of the humans wish they both understood the cost of property damage, but hey! We take what we get!

i had a dream that time travel was invented and too many people choose to travel back in time to save the titanic from sinking (the question of whether unsinking of the titanic deserved so much attention in the face of human history was the subject of both heavy academic and online discourse), which caused a rift in the space-time-continuum that led to the titanic showing up indiscriminately all over the world’s oceans and sea in various states of sinking.

this caused a lot of issues both in terms of fixing said space-time-continuum and in terms of nautical navigation, and after a long and heavy battle in the international maritime organization it was decided that the bureaucratic burden of dealing with this was to be upon Ireland, much to their dismay. the Irish Government then released an app for all sailors and seafarers so they could report titanic sightings during their journeys, even though they heavily dissuaded you from reporting them given the paperwork it caused.

But re: Sonia believing Tails knows about bombs? Yeah, she did.

Tails the Fox is a Known Entity, which is how Sonia knew to send him a letter in the first place, so she knew he was a weapons engineer from the start. But she thought he was a bit older and a bit more like Cyrus, who mostly just builds scary things and doesn't use them himself.

She was surprised to find out how young he was, and when he told her he was the one who threw them, that scared and surprised her, but after some room to react, she absolutely believed him.

That conversation with Tails was a big turning point for her, opening her up to thinking in different ways.

Mint literally lives rent free in my head, right down the road from the corner store (we literally have an introject of her. She showed up having flashbacks to the difficult part of the Mynt ending) so it seems rude to say it's a different character.

It would also be inaccurate, our top six in order are probably Mynt, Archie, Lana, Kade and probably Marei then Thelly.

I know you don't interact with Archie directly, but there's something about a sanctimonious priest who is trying to help make sure people who he believes to be irredeemable sinners have the best life they can for as long as they can regardless of what comes after, and it's because of some confusing conlmbination of actually just wanting to help people and wanting to feel more secure in himself because being gay(the main but not only sin in question) he relates to them heavily.

Meanwhile Thelly might be the only character in the whole game that isn't an unreliable narrator
