You know, I've seen many people explore the Chip being the nameless prince concept with him probaly turning evil and betraying Gillion In various ways, and I really love this idea, I really do, but I propose a new idea: Atlas and Calypso methapor. Its goes like this: Chip and the others discover he is the Nameless Prince, his vessel, his descendant, perhaps a beloved creation, a child of him for a certain purpose. However, he goes agains't the purpose of being a destroyer of life, of spreading despair and agony and instead, with the help of his friends, prevent the spreading of corruption and evil into the world. But, the gods end up discovering his link with the Nameless Prince, be it intentional or not, and even through saving the world and being on their side, they trap him just as it was done with the hole in the sea in means of preventing the chance of him trying to spread darkness and evil.

i think a lot about this picture because there are other people besides the 6 that we know, and they never explained who the others were supposed to be...

so I like to think that it was really just the 6 of them and that they decided to bring in random people to take a picture to make their cult look more legit.

Okay hi I’m being very annoying about the Deja Vu AU right now but. As time gets reset more and more do you think Cross would start losing it and hallucinating seeing blood on himself. So he slowly begins wearing darker and darker clothes to cover it up and “hide” the blood stains (they don’t exist). And after long enough he’d go from no gloves to partial gloves to full gloves because the sight of his hands is too much because he can so clearly see the blood on the white of his bones. So at the beginning of the AU he’s a combination of blacks and whites and lighter colors and tends to wear whatever but at the end he’s fully covered head to toe in blacks and greys with the only bone exposed being his face

i think he wouldnt go anywhere near mirrors too. because maybe the resets get so blurred in his mind at a point that whatever he sees in them is him at a point in the loop he never wants to see; he has to see himself scared, running, covered in blood, red and blue lights bathing his back. and in a mirror he would be able to actually see the blood he imagines on his face, the last part he can’t cover up

and do you think he would hallucinate blood on killer, too. because he can’t do anything about what killer wears. do you think after a point, the next time the loop starts over and he sees killer again, he sees him covered in blood. but he can’t do anything about it. maybe he tries, but killer just brushes him off like he’s acting weird. so he has to see flashes of killer stained with blood (both his own and someone else’s) over and over again, both real and the products of his own mind.

sometimes i get a little sad about the way being at the phd home for a long time makes me want to like. take off the academiasona and just breathe for a bit. bc i love my friends here but our lives are v fundamentally different and this becomes glaringly obvious when one of them mentions their summer home or says they're taking their mum to the folkwang museum for her bday or when they randomly have cremant in the house and i instantly feel like im wearing some kind of Bildungsbürger skinsuit they tailored for me and it doesn't fit right. but then. these are the same people you can send a silly little poem to that you wrote about a rotten lemon and they'll reply straightaway saying they love it and it reminds them of this one contemporary sculptor who makes giant bedazzled rotten lemons. and for a second this whole thing makes sense
