anyone who knows me personally will know that, ever since i first stared keeping houseplants (about a year and a half ago now?), i've wanted something that flowers yellow or has distinctive yellow parts and.. well... my brother and i were in a home improvements shop and i started wondering around the houseplant section and found a very special plant full of water and mites and.... i brought it and treated it as best as i could and now that the risk of him dying is much lower i think i should name him and

We really are all suffering together, huh? The tags in the rbs of that last post feel almost comforting bc even if we’re all suffering at least we’re not suffering alone. Solidarity! I guess. It took my mind off of things for a second purely bc my therapist friend instincts kicked in and I felt the urge to comfort everyone talking about the rough shit they’re dealing with. I love humanity so much sometimes. I wish I could hold everyone in the world who’s hurting and promise them that better things are coming. Alas I am but one man. I guess the next best thing to do is care for the people I can and hope it passes on to others.

Suna knocks on the bathroom door, ‘Y/n?’, he whispers, ‘Can I come in?’

The girl opens the door and his eyes widen seeing the state she’s in, ‘Y/n...’ his hand trembles as he reaches out to her, eyes fixed on her side where a big cut made its way through her suit, pajama and skin.

‘I’m fine,’ she grabs his hand and smiles softly at him, ‘Ignore that, it looks uglier than it is, I promise,’ she gently takes the clean tshirt and first aid kit from his other hand, ‘You passed the infirmary on your way here? Thank you,’ and she places them on the sink.

Y/n takes the suit off of her, her pajama top is covered in blood and it sticks to her skin.

‘Let me help you,’ Suna opens the aid box and gets the sanitizer and cotton pads out, ‘You should take that off,’ he says pointing to the stained top.

The girl obliges, leaving herself wearing her bra and pajama pants. She leans on the sink with her back and winces a little, gaining a worried look from her friend.

‘I’m okay,’ she quickly says, ‘Just disinfect this and I’ll be–’ a groan leaves her lips when the sanitizer hits her wound, ‘Fuck,’ she breathes out.

Suna holds the cotton pads against her skin with a gentle pressure, ‘Sorry,’ he says, ‘I’m gonna do that again, I’ll be quick.’

Y/n holds her hand over her mouth getting ready for the second round.

Suna’s hand rests on her side for a little while, holding down the pads. His eyes worriedly scan her face and then the rest of her body, ‘Do you have any other injury?’

Then it all dawns on her, how close their bodies are, how she’s half naked, how worried he is for her, how gentle he was in taking care of her, how his hand is still on her skin and how there’s a weird, unknown feeling growing in her stomach.

She clears her throat, ‘That’s all,’ she lowers her gaze, ‘Thanks.’

Suna moves from her side and grabs some bandages, ‘You’ll be fine, right?’ He covers the wound all over and fixes it with a knot, making it thigh but careful not to hurt the girl.

‘I’ll be as good as new tomorrow,’ she reassures him, ‘Spiderman heals faster than normal.’

He nods as he holds out the clean tshirt he brought her, ‘Here, wear this,’ he watches as she makes the tshirt fall down her body, it’s a bit big on her but it looks cute. Suna smiles to himself, he goes to place everything back into the aid box, ‘How did this even happen? And why do you kinda smell like smoke?’

Y/n lets out a chuckle, ‘Here,’ she pats the sink next to her signaling the boy to get there and then she tells him about it.

notes:

– suna almost died on the spot when y/n said she stained her pjs with blood

– he run to the infirmary before going to find her in the bathroom

– he also almost died for everything that happened in the bathroom

– y/n finally realized her feelings! yippee!

– suna was really excited abt giving y/n his tshirt

– they talked for two hours straight then decided it was time to get some sleep especially for suna that has practice in the morning

finally gonna make a ref sheet for this man!! repurposing an old sketch cuz I still generally agree with the design…I actually intended to render that old sketch but never did 😭

now here’s some never-before-revealed lore and headcanons!! (this all takes place in a story I’ve never created except in my head 💀 also some have been told, I’m just reiterating them):

-This is how LJ generally looks between the years 1817 to 1886. He was “born” in 1803, stayed with Isaac for one year, got stuck in the box for 13 years, and only started wearing bandages in 1817 once he became a target to the public. As he started getting more wounds, he found out that they would open up easily and opted to wear bandages most of the time.

-He can’t eat as he lacks a digestive system. Instead, he feeds on human interaction. The more positive the interaction, the better it is for him. Because he had such a poor relationship with humans during these years, he ends up looking starved. He’s quite weak in this state, and the only thing keeping him alive is his wit and his sharp nails for weapons.

-His limbs are black right above the connection of his joints (knees and elbows). The rest of his skin is white.

-His hair would be naturally curly, but due to improper care and the long length dragging it down, it ends up looking wavy and sometimes even straight, albeit very frizzy and/or greasy.

-In 1886, that’s when LJ and Lillian first meet (omg OC and canon??? gross 😰🤢). They create a pact, and he starts getting more positive interaction with humans. As he gets more “sustenance,” his wounds start to heal properly and he gets stronger. Unfortunately, most of his wounds have scarred over at this point and they remain on his body as it’s now recognized as “healthy” tissue. (Placement of scars will be in another post)

-Lillian is 23 when she first meets LJ.

-Before his strength improved, Lillian could actually beat LJ in an arm wrestling contest!! But after about a few months of being together, that was no longer the case. (Lillian’s ego was a little hurt, but it was inevitable 😞)

-Although it looks like it, he never actually felt starved. He doesn’t experience typical feelings like hunger or fulfillment.

-Sadly, he’ll never retain his curl pattern. Lillian tries very hard to get it back as she has her own experience with her hair, but she can never get more than a few curls on his head. She gives up at some point and just accepts his wavy/straight hair as is. LJ truly doesn’t care either way. If he had his way, he’d probably forget and never wash it again.

-the dickless look is on purpose!!! No reproductive system means no dick!! Yippee, no nsfw 🤗 Unless I feel freaky, which will most definitely happen…so if you ever see him with a dick, it’s just for my own nefarious purposes 😞

-When Lillian first found out how old LJ was, she said “wow, you could be my grandpa….” LJ didn’t take too kindly to that and scolded her like a grandpa.

-His body stopped aging once Isaac died. In this version, Isaac dies at the age of 21. LJ is physically around 5 years older than Isaac, so his physical age is stuck at around 26 (but it’s not rlly trustworthy as his body isn’t comparable to a typical human’s…I’d say it’s probably between 25-35 though)

This is so crazy... I haven't made any content in 4 years... that's so many... but I just got covid again recently and all I've done is sit in bed and play sims and amid the comeback of the hyperfixation I was compelled to create this.

This doesn't mean I might be back for good, I have no idea what's gonna happen; if I'll make anything else or if making this scratched an itch and I'll disappear again. But yippee!!!

Sometimes I draw stars over my moles, so I made that part of the skin. And so it's called Eve because that's my name and I draw the moles.

Edward:

He pulls all the stops for your first date

He goes the very traditional route

He makes reservations at a really fancy restaurant, takes you to the museum, and then takes you home

He’s a bit nervous tbh

Even though he’s known you for months, he still wants to make a good “first” impression

After the date he takes you back to the Cullen house to meet all of his family for the first time

He tells them to behave beforehand

Mostly Rosalie and Jasper but still

Alice:

She just showed up at your house one day and told you to get in the car

She took you to a pottery studio ❤️

She made a mug and on the inside it said “date me?”

So that was your first date

You didn’t even know it was a date

After that she took you to a flower garden

She made you a bouquet that was literally bigger than your head

She’s not nervous

She knows you’ll love it

Jasper:

Ok so if we’re talking about people who would be nervous

This man’s shaking

He doesn’t let it show though

He shows up at your door to pick you up in a suit and tie holding a bouquet

He takes you on a boat ride on one of Carlisle's little yachts

You both admire the view of the city skyline at night

He brings you food that Esme cooked

Give him a little kiss and see what happens ;)

It's Kate and Garrett's wedding yay

And this girl you've been like sort of really interested in just asked you to be her plus one

So for your first date with the pretty vampire lady from school you get to fly to Canada to attend a big fancy wedding of even more pretty vampires

I just want to really stress how quick this is

Like bringing some guy you just met to the family reunion vibes

But anyway

Your first date is spent dancing the night away and chatting it up with all of the vampires there

The Denalis were nice enough to doordash you something

Very stressful first date

But hey at least you'll never forget it

Emmett:

He would try to be so sneaky

Like you would have been talking for a couple of months

And then one day he's like

"Omg you're not gonna believe this but I was walking around town yesterday and someone dropped these tickets! They're for your favorite artist and there's two of them! Would you want to go with me?"

Like you're not sly, sir

But you say yes of course

He picks you up and takes you and you guys have a great time

At the end of the night on the drive back home he makes a guilty confession that he lied and that he actually bought the tickets

You just laugh

Esme:

I feel like she would ask you out to do something disguised as just asking you but really it's a date

She asked you to go do something with her

But it turned out actually being a date

She takes you to the movies and to a big craft fair

She buys you anything you want

Will not kiss you on the first date btw

Sorry that's like a fifth date thing

Carlisle:

I think he wants to do something fun

Like rent out a trampoline park or do one of those flying simulators

Or even an arcade

Like something super fun

But I think he'd choose the trampoline park

And then pay the employees extra to leave the building completely so it's just you two

He gets the zoomies like crazy

He's so fast

And the trampolines make him even faster

And it's so fun when he runs with you

I think she'd try too hard

She would talk about how nervous she was to Alice and she would take over

Thus leading to a very nice candlelit dinner at the Cullen house

That Bella absolutely hates

She feels stuffy in her dress and she's not having fun

It feels too formal

So like a week later she asks for another first date to try again

This time she does what she wants

She takes you down to the beach to watch the waves and just chat

She packs some food for you and you guys just talk for hours

She thinks she did a better job the second time :)
