you know how resurrected people in asoiaf get singularly obsessed with like one thing they were doing before they died so beric is obsessed with defending smallfolk from invaders and stoneheart is obsessed with revenge against the freys. i think it would be funny if jon came back and he was just tirelessly devoted to the same bland nights watch management as before. just murdering anyone who tries to tear him away from drafting architectural plans for a greenhouse or writing pointless letters. can i dwell on what i scarce remember? sometimes i think i was born on the floor of that stock room, counting barrels of turnips
Poor baby is definitely homesick of course; he misses his mother, Tara, his library and his balcony.
But more than that he is so sure he will never go back. As far as he knows this is the last time for him to gaze upon the Waterdeep Harbor and feel the oceanic breeze. It being an illusion and not the real thing is even more daunting.
He looks so pained in that moment. But then he sees you sitting on the bench and interacting with his space, shifts his focus from his sorrow and melancholy back to you in a heartbeat. You bring him peace of mind.
It's such a small detail but it's definitely one of my favourite.
sometimes i forget that tim is still robin...my man please let that go.....you can't be 17 and robin forever......
Honestly it always fascinates me to see people who genuinely are not even remotely upset but are even overjoyed that Tim is still robin I remember when it was announced that Tim was going back to being Robin and there were multiple people celebrating like really this is what you wanted a 19/20 year old Tim sharing the robin mantel with now two young teens thinking about it now its like when they announce they're rebooting a old kids show with the original cast coming back
Soulmate aus are so interesting in an iwtv context. Like for humans it's easy, right? They get their soulmate mark, they find their soulmate, or maybe they don't, and they live their life. For vampires though? Do vampiric soulmates even exist? How could they when the soulmate marks are relics of their human life? When the other person who has the mark will be dead before their life as a vampire has even begun? Or were they always fated to become a vampire? Did the universe take that into account? Will they have to wait some hundreds of years for their soulmate to be born? Their soulmate could be anywhere, any time. Hell, their soulmate could be the person they just drained. Who knows. Even if they were somehow able to find them, what are the chances they'd stay together for eternity? It is eternity after all. Not even the universe or fate can guarantee that.
Thinking always of King Tealeaf stealing his very first kiss from Caleb and being so giddy about it. King kissing his Magician over and over and savoring the way Caleb smiles and melts at his touch every time. Caleb Widogast still feeling like "softness and light." Every stolen moment of affection echoing another kiss from a lifetime ago--
(I'm so sorry y'all but I heard the audio and I just thought about Troublemaker and Overachiever...)

🌿📜🫀: Go down below the surface to hear headcanons about the Passage Season!
So:
In my AU and story, the Passages Guide adopted all the students one after another except the Outcast. In fact, all the students have no families except the Outcast, who participated at the Passage lessons like any other Skykid, but for a longer time. He began to stay close to the "Passage Family", so I call it, one year before the lessons;
The students are Spirits, but they still can die. I mean, they're in the land of the alive for some reason... Right? It's hard to explain, but they can still die and not come back, even thought real and strong magic is needed to kill them;
You can see that there is an original character of mine, in the last image. Ojtaro, indeed, was adopted too. Thought he's not a Spirit. And, during the Passage lessons, he actually participated to the Prophecy Trials. Soon I'll upload more information about him and the main characters of my story!
"And you guys saw our arena? Like, the arena in Florida is obviously grown so much during the season but playoff times is a whole new level. You know, I think—I mean for me, I had a feeling and I knew that I was probably on my way out. So after we won, I would just kind-of circling around looking at how crazy this atmosphere was. You know, it's obviously something I'll remember forever."
Oh so like im supposed to be normal about this... that monty absolutely knew it wasnt likely he was gonna stay so the second he won the cup he tried to take it all in the best he could like he was
ruminating once again on the concept of murdering shen yuan for fun suspense and ghosty reasons and like. i like the concept of trying to write a murder mystery but fanfiction doesnt really Work for murder mysteries because you know what everyone is about before you read the first paragraph. there's very little mystery to be had in guessing between a set of likely candidates, and a lot of it has less to do with logic and puzzling things out and more to do with judging how the author interprets 7 and also 9 so ive been stuck ruminating on it for ages.
and then earlier i had a stroke of what im not going to call genius because i thought "the best way to add a twist to a scum villain murder mystery!!! would be if the person who murdered shen yuan!! was also shen yuan!!!"
